近5年中公(gong)交(jiao)營運線(xian)路從35條增加到69條,營運車(che)(che)輛從445臺(tai)增加到 868臺(tai),城區(qu)萬人(ren)(ren)(ren)擁有公(gong)交(jiao)標(biao)臺(tai)數達到9.6標(biao)臺(tai);日客運量52萬人(ren)(ren)(ren)次;新增30多個公(gong)交(jiao)站和便民站點(dian);為65歲以上老(lao)年人(ren)(ren)(ren)、殘(can)疾人(ren)(ren)(ren)、傷殘(can)軍人(ren)(ren)(ren)、現役軍人(ren)(ren)(ren)提供免費(fei)乘車(che)(che)服務……
一(yi)、 倡(chang)導低碳出行,做好節能減排。
隨著時(shi)代(dai)的(de)發展和社(she)會的(de)進(jin)步,人(ren)們(men)的(de)節(jie)(jie)能(neng)(neng)減排意(yi)識日益加(jia)強,已(yi)充(chong)分(fen)認識到節(jie)(jie)能(neng)(neng)環保(bao)(bao)對(dui)保(bao)(bao)護生存環境的(de)重要(yao)意(yi)義。坐公交(jiao)車代(dai)替開私家車,促進(jin)節(jie)(jie)能(neng)(neng)環保(bao)(bao),在許多市民心(xin)中已(yi)經(jing)達(da)成共(gong)識。為(wei)了(le)發揮城市公共(gong)交(jiao)通對(dui)推行節(jie)(jie)能(neng)(neng)減排的(de)重要(yao)作(zuo)用。近(jin)年來(lai),宜(yi)昌公交(jiao)在為(wei)乘(cheng)客提(ti)供“快(kuai)捷(jie)、安全、方便、舒(shu)適”的(de)公交(jiao)服務的(de)同時(shi),加(jia)大技術創新(xin)力度,大力實施了(le)“綠色(se)公交(jiao)建設(she)”和“車輛裝備提(ti)升(sheng)”兩(liang)大工(gong)程,有效分(fen)擔(dan)了(le)一部分(fen)節(jie)(jie)能(neng)(neng)減排的(de)社(she)會責任。
2007年以來,面對(dui)(dui)燃(ran)(ran)油(you)(you)大幅度、高(gao)頻率漲價形勢,為降低(di)營(ying)運成本,減(jian)少(shao)汽(qi)車尾氣(qi)(qi)(qi)對(dui)(dui)空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)污染,集團公司大力實施油(you)(you)改氣(qi)(qi)(qi)工(gong)程(cheng)。吸(xi)引社會民營(ying)投資3000萬元,在(zai)西陵區、伍家崗區和宜昌開發區建設了4座(zuo)CNG加氣(qi)(qi)(qi)站。并向銀行貸款500萬元,對(dui)(dui)所有車輛進行燃(ran)(ran)料系統改造(zao),使(shi)穿梭在(zai)宜昌大街小(xiao)巷的(de)(de)公交車全部使(shi)用“CNG”天然氣(qi)(qi)(qi)為動力運行。實驗(yan)表(biao)明:1立方(fang)米天然氣(qi)(qi)(qi)可行使(shi)的(de)(de)里程(cheng),與(yu)1.1升汽(qi)油(you)(you)相當。綜合比照燃(ran)(ran)料成本比使(shi)用汽(qi)油(you)(you)便宜近(jin)30%,而且環保價值高(gao)。天然氣(qi)(qi)(qi)能完全燃(ran)(ran)燒,基本無(wu)污染,與(yu)燃(ran)(ran)油(you)(you)車相比,CNG公交車的(de)(de)尾氣(qi)(qi)(qi)二氧化碳排(pai)放(fang)量(liang)減(jian)少(shao)25%,氮(dan)氧化合物排(pai)放(fang)量(liang)減(jian)少(shao)80%。尾氣(qi)(qi)(qi)中(zhong)的(de)(de)有害物質排(pai)放(fang)量(liang)只相當于汽(qi)油(you)(you)公交車的(de)(de)13%,噪音降低(di)約10%,并根除了對(dui)(dui)人體危害極大的(de)(de)四乙(yi)鉛的(de)(de)排(pai)放(fang)。
為提升車輛(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)裝備水平,集(ji)團(tuan)公(gong)司還不斷加(jia)快車輛(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)更新。三年共購(gou)(gou)置(zhi)(zhi)公(gong)交(jiao)(jiao)車輛(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)276臺,淘汰(tai)了車況(kuang)差、排(pai)(pai)放不達標、已無修(xiu)復(fu)價(jia)值的(de)(de)(de)(de)營運(yun)車輛(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)139臺,使城區擁(yong)(yong)有(you)車輛(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)標臺數提高(gao)10%。按照節能(neng)(neng)環保的(de)(de)(de)(de)要求,新購(gou)(gou)置(zhi)(zhi)車輛(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)經(jing)多方面性(xing)價(jia)比(bi)分析,采用(yong)了質(zhi)量(liang)信譽度高(gao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)鄭州宇(yu)通(tong)客車,在車輛(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)部件選擇上采用(yong)玉柴(chai)發動(dong)機(ji)、方盛車橋、前盤后鼓制動(dong)器,動(dong)力轉(zhuan)向,雙管路氣壓制動(dong)等部件,增(zeng)加(jia)了安(an)全設施的(de)(de)(de)(de)配(pei)置(zhi)(zhi),加(jia)裝了緩速器等,提高(gao)了車輛(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)可靠性(xing)、安(an)全性(xing)和(he)駕駛舒適性(xing)。雖然公(gong)交(jiao)(jiao)還有(you)部分老舊(jiu)車輛(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang),但宜昌公(gong)交(jiao)(jiao)集(ji)團(tuan)負(fu)責人(ren)表示,我們宜昌公(gong)交(jiao)(jiao)總(zong)共擁(yong)(yong)有(you)公(gong)交(jiao)(jiao)車輛(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)800余部,如果(guo)每一(yi)輛(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)公(gong)交(jiao)(jiao)車在節能(neng)(neng)減(jian)(jian)排(pai)(pai)上都能(neng)(neng)取得(de)一(yi)點效果(guo),那對整(zheng)個城市的(de)(de)(de)(de)節能(neng)(neng)減(jian)(jian)排(pai)(pai)工作將(jiang)起到一(yi)定的(de)(de)(de)(de)推(tui)動(dong)作用(yong)。如果(guo)我們的(de)(de)(de)(de)公(gong)交(jiao)(jiao)車能(neng)(neng)夠做到服(fu)務(wu)優質(zhi)、乘(cheng)坐舒適、出(chu)行(xing)便利(li),吸(xi)引(yin)越來越多的(de)(de)(de)(de)市民特別(bie)是私家車主乘(cheng)坐公(gong)交(jiao)(jiao)車,那對推(tui)動(dong)城市節能(neng)(neng)減(jian)(jian)排(pai)(pai)就有(you)了更進一(yi)步的(de)(de)(de)(de)意義(yi)。
加(jia)(jia)強(qiang)(qiang)制(zhi)(zhi)度(du)管理(li),規(gui)范(fan)節(jie)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)減排(pai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作。為貫徹《節(jie)約能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)源法(fa)》等(deng)相(xiang)關(guan)(guan)(guan)法(fa)律法(fa)規(gui),積極落實《市(shi)(shi)委、市(shi)(shi)人(ren)民政(zheng)府關(guan)(guan)(guan)于進(jin)一步加(jia)(jia)強(qiang)(qiang)節(jie)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)減排(pai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作的(de)意見(jian)》,集團公(gong)司(si)(si)(si)嚴格按(an)照《年(nian)度(du)責(ze)任(ren)目標(biao)》要求,明確責(ze)任(ren),加(jia)(jia)強(qiang)(qiang)組(zu)織領(ling)導,秉承綠(lv)色環(huan)保的(de)理(li)念,將(jiang)節(jie)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)減排(pai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作納入“星(xing)級管理(li)、星(xing)級服務”制(zhi)(zhi)度(du)。逐級成立了(le)節(jie)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)減排(pai)領(ling)導小(xiao)組(zu),公(gong)司(si)(si)(si)成立了(le)30多(duo)個氣耗攻關(guan)(guan)(guan)小(xiao)組(zu),節(jie)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作指標(biao)對各級管理(li)人(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)及駕駛(shi)員(yuan)(yuan)進(jin)行經(jing)濟考核,實行節(jie)獎超(chao)罰。在(zai)管理(li)上還形(xing)成了(le)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)耗定(ding)期(qi)分析制(zhi)(zhi)度(du)、路查(cha)制(zhi)(zhi)度(du)、一對一幫教制(zhi)(zhi)度(du)、故障車(che)(che)(che)(che)不上路制(zhi)(zhi)度(du)、車(che)(che)(che)(che)輛尾(wei)氣排(pai)放匯(hui)報制(zhi)(zhi)度(du)等(deng),定(ding)期(qi)分析車(che)(che)(che)(che)輛能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)耗情況,及時發現(xian)異常車(che)(che)(che)(che)輛,做(zuo)到事后(hou)分析,事前控制(zhi)(zhi)。加(jia)(jia)大路查(cha)力度(du),抓日常維(wei)護檢查(cha),凡冒黑煙(yan)、高能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)耗車(che)(che)(che)(che)輛一律作為故障處理(li)加(jia)(jia)強(qiang)(qiang)車(che)(che)(che)(che)輛維(wei)修(xiu)。同時,公(gong)司(si)(si)(si)通過強(qiang)(qiang)化(hua)駕駛(shi)員(yuan)(yuan)的(de)技(ji)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)培(pei)訓,來提升節(jie)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)環(huan)保效果。公(gong)司(si)(si)(si)將(jiang)節(jie)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)標(biao)兵組(zu)織起來,編寫《公(gong)交車(che)(che)(che)(che)節(jie)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)環(huan)保操作法(fa)》,在(zai)公(gong)司(si)(si)(si)范(fan)圍(wei)內巡(xun)回演講,為更多(duo)的(de)駕駛(shi)員(yuan)(yuan)搞好節(jie)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)減排(pai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作打下基(ji)礎。開展各種行之(zhi)有效的(de)節(jie)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)減排(pai)競(jing)賽(sai)活動,涌(yong)現(xian)出(chu)了(le)宋俊(jun)明、鐘安武等(deng)一批節(jie)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)技(ji)術標(biao)兵。
二(er)、加強信息化建(jian)設,提(ti)高科學管理水平。
宜昌公(gong)交的信(xin)息(xi)化建(jian)設(she)起步于2009年(nian)。近年(nian)來,宜昌公(gong)交充分(fen)利用現代科(ke)技成果,不斷提高自主(zhu)創新能力,推進(jin)公(gong)交智能化建(jian)設(she)。2009年(nian),公(gong)司(si)(si)成立了(le)信(xin)息(xi)中(zhong)心,由(you)初步的IC卡(ka)電子(zi)收(shou)費(fei)系(xi)統(tong)、VPN城域網(wang)、公(gong)司(si)(si)網(wang)站(zhan)等平臺(tai)起步,在三年(nian)多時間里(li)陸續建(jian)設(she)完成了(le)車輛(liang)監(jian)控系(xi)統(tong)、公(gong)司(si)(si)OA信(xin)息(xi)平臺(tai)、智能調度系(xi)統(tong)、ERP綜合管理系(xi)統(tong)等信(xin)息(xi)共享(xiang)平臺(tai),使公(gong)交科(ke)學(xue)管理水平得到(dao)了(le)很大幅度的提高。
