山(shan)東鋼鐵(tie)集(ji)團(tuan)(tuan)風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)險(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)“六(liu)機制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)”為企業科學發(fa)(fa)展護航。一是(shi)建立預警指(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)標動態監控(kong)(kong)機制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)。按照重(zhong)大(da)(da)風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)險(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)應(ying)對(dui)(dui)(dui)策略中(zhong)關鍵指(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)標的(de)設(she)(she)置情況,將指(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)標分(fen)(fen)解(jie)到不同的(de)單(dan)(dan)位(wei)(wei)(wei)和部(bu)門(men),并(bing)指(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)定(ding)(ding)(ding)專人負(fu)責,按照設(she)(she)定(ding)(ding)(ding)周期(qi)向(xiang)風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)險(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)信(xin)(xin)息(xi)(xi)(xi)系(xi)統中(zhong)錄入指(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)標變(bian)(bian)化信(xin)(xin)息(xi)(xi)(xi)。對(dui)(dui)(dui)于財務、投資等重(zhong)要信(xin)(xin)息(xi)(xi)(xi),按季(ji)度向(xiang)集(ji)團(tuan)(tuan)公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)(si)提(ti)(ti)交預警指(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)標監控(kong)(kong)報告,詳細分(fen)(fen)析(xi)關鍵指(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)標變(bian)(bian)化趨勢。二(er)是(shi)建立重(zhong)大(da)(da)事(shi)項(xiang)專項(xiang)風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)險(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)評估機制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)。根(gen)據集(ji)團(tuan)(tuan)公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)(si)經(jing)營(ying)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)和重(zhong)大(da)(da)事(shi)項(xiang)決策的(de)需要,經(jing)集(ji)團(tuan)(tuan)公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)(si)風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)險(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)領(ling)導(dao)小組提(ti)(ti)名,對(dui)(dui)(dui)于超出一定(ding)(ding)(ding)金額以上的(de)投資、融資或其他(ta)重(zhong)要決策項(xiang)目,由(you)主責部(bu)門(men)牽頭,集(ji)團(tuan)(tuan)公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)(si)風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)險(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)領(ling)導(dao)小組辦公(gong)(gong)(gong)室(shi)及(ji)(ji)其他(ta)相關單(dan)(dan)位(wei)(wei)(wei)參與(yu),形成專項(xiang)風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)險(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)評估報告提(ti)(ti)交公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)(si)領(ling)導(dao)決策。三是(shi)完(wan)(wan)善(shan)重(zhong)大(da)(da)風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)險(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)情況監督機制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)。對(dui)(dui)(dui)各(ge)(ge)單(dan)(dan)位(wei)(wei)(wei)風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)險(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)工(gong)作開(kai)展情況進行過(guo)程監督,并(bing)根(gen)據實際需要對(dui)(dui)(dui)有關單(dan)(dan)位(wei)(wei)(wei)風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)險(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)情況進行動態抽查(cha),不定(ding)(ding)(ding)期(qi)組織(zhi)有關人員(yuan)到各(ge)(ge)單(dan)(dan)位(wei)(wei)(wei)進行專題調研和座談,了解(jie)重(zhong)大(da)(da)風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)險(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)管(guan)(guan)(guan)控(kong)(kong)情況。四是(shi)完(wan)(wan)善(shan)工(gong)作考核機制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)。根(gen)據全面(mian)風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)險(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)考核制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)度,按照季(ji)度考核、月(yue)度兌現(xian)的(de)方(fang)式對(dui)(dui)(dui)各(ge)(ge)單(dan)(dan)位(wei)(wei)(wei)風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)險(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)工(gong)作進行考核,定(ding)(ding)(ding)期(qi)向(xiang)集(ji)團(tuan)(tuan)公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)(si)風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)險(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)委(wei)員(yuan)會提(ti)(ti)交風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)險(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)考核方(fang)案(an)(an)。五是(shi)完(wan)(wan)善(shan)風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)險(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)信(xin)(xin)息(xi)(xi)(xi)溝通機制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)。以集(ji)團(tuan)(tuan)公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)(si)全面(mian)風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)險(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)信(xin)(xin)息(xi)(xi)(xi)系(xi)統為平臺,完(wan)(wan)善(shan)風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)險(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)信(xin)(xin)息(xi)(xi)(xi)渠道建設(she)(she),逐步建立全員(yuan)參與(yu)、分(fen)(fen)級控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)的(de)風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)險(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)信(xin)(xin)息(xi)(xi)(xi)交流機制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)。各(ge)(ge)風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)險(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)單(dan)(dan)位(wei)(wei)(wei)按照風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)險(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)信(xin)(xin)息(xi)(xi)(xi)通報的(de)有關規(gui)定(ding)(ding)(ding)和要求及(ji)(ji)時、準確報送風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)險(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)信(xin)(xin)息(xi)(xi)(xi)。六(liu)是(shi)完(wan)(wan)善(shan)公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)(si)應(ying)急管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)機制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)。根(gen)據生產經(jing)營(ying)活(huo)動中(zhong)可能出現(xian)的(de)重(zhong)大(da)(da)突發(fa)(fa)性事(shi)件(jian),各(ge)(ge)單(dan)(dan)位(wei)(wei)(wei)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)定(ding)(ding)(ding)并(bing)完(wan)(wan)善(shan)應(ying)急預案(an)(an),明確風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)險(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)措施,劃分(fen)(fen)風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)險(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)管(guan)(guan)(guan)控(kong)(kong)責任,并(bing)根(gen)據公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)(si)內(nei)外部(bu)環(huan)境(jing)變(bian)(bian)化適時調整應(ying)急預案(an)(an)內(nei)容,使突發(fa)(fa)風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)險(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)事(shi)件(jian)在正常受控(kong)(kong)范圍之內(nei)。專業主管(guan)(guan)(guan)部(bu)門(men)定(ding)(ding)(ding)期(qi)組織(zhi)開(kai)展應(ying)急預案(an)(an)演練,提(ti)(ti)升突發(fa)(fa)事(shi)件(jian)處理(li)(li)能力。
