上(shang)海城(cheng)投所(suo)屬(shu)上(shang)水(shui)(shui)市北公司(si)在寶山供水(shui)(shui)管理所(suo)試(shi)點推行PDA(掌(zhang)上(shang)電(dian)腦)現(xian)(xian)(xian)場維修(xiu)系統,以(yi)全新電(dian)子(zi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)單形式取代(dai)原有紙質(zhi)派(pai)單模(mo)式,經過三年試(shi)運行,目前已逐(zhu)步(bu)向滬(hu)東、滬(hu)北供水(shui)(shui)管理所(suo)全面推行。通過電(dian)子(zi)化(hua)(hua)服務(wu)終(zhong)端(duan),提升(sheng)了工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)效(xiao)率(lv),提高了服務(wu)品質(zhi)。在對(dui)外(wai)現(xian)(xian)(xian)場維修(xiu)服務(wu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)中(zhong),PDA的(de)應用(yong)不僅(jin)實(shi)現(xian)(xian)(xian)了作(zuo)業(ye)無紙化(hua)(hua)和(he)體現(xian)(xian)(xian)了低碳(tan)環保理念(nian),還由于它具有的(de)GPS定位(wei)功能,使(shi)維修(xiu)人(ren)員在工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)途中(zhong)能隨時(shi)接收工(gong)(gong)(gong)單,準確了解報(bao)修(xiu)內容;負責派(pai)單的(de)服務(wu)中(zhong)心可(ke)以(yi)根據各維修(xiu)人(ren)員位(wei)置分布情況,擇優配(pei)(pei)置資源,做到“優化(hua)(hua)配(pei)(pei)置、提高效(xiao)能”,減(jian)少客戶等待時(shi)間,提高服務(wu)水(shui)(shui)平。PDA的(de)使(shi)用(yong)改變(bian)了上(shang)水(shui)(shui)市北公司(si)傳統服務(wu)模(mo)式,在推廣應用(yong)過程(cheng)中(zhong),公司(si)服務(wu)理念(nian)與水(shui)(shui)平也(ye)得到了轉(zhuan)變(bian)與提升(sheng)。
