進入5月,卡車股份(fen)車架(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)部(bu)(bu)(bu)的(de)(de)“車架(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)縱(zong)(zong)梁生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)”成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)功上線試(shi)運(yun)行,這是繼(ji)車架(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)總(zong)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)、停線監控(kong)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)、資(zi)源預(yu)警系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)功發布后,車架(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)部(bu)(bu)(bu)在(zai)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)信(xin)(xin)息(xi)化管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)方面(mian)取得的(de)(de)又一(yi)(yi)個(ge)(ge)重大突破。車架(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)縱(zong)(zong)梁,是車架(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)總(zong)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)中的(de)(de)最關(guan)鍵、最重要的(de)(de)主體部(bu)(bu)(bu)件,它貫(guan)穿整(zheng)個(ge)(ge)車架(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia),體形修長,加工(gong)工(gong)序復雜,品種繁多,它的(de)(de)價值(zhi)占到整(zheng)個(ge)(ge)車架(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)總(zong)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)的(de)(de)一(yi)(yi)半。今年年初(chu),車架(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)部(bu)(bu)(bu)領導就將進一(yi)(yi)步提(ti)升車架(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)縱(zong)(zong)梁的(de)(de)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)水(shui)平(ping),納入車架(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)部(bu)(bu)(bu)2012年精益管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)、準時(shi)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)的(de)(de)改(gai)善計劃(hua)。為(wei)配(pei)合工(gong)作開(kai)展(zhan),車架(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)部(bu)(bu)(bu)與企劃(hua)部(bu)(bu)(bu)聯合研究開(kai)發了(le)車架(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)縱(zong)(zong)梁生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong),該(gai)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)設置(zhi)了(le)訂單排產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)、生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)進度(du)實時(shi)監控(kong)、縱(zong)(zong)梁孔數(shu)統(tong)(tong)(tong)計等模(mo)塊,并為(wei)以(yi)后的(de)(de)進一(yi)(yi)步拓展(zhan)升級預(yu)留了(le)空間。經(jing)過試(shi)運(yun)行,車架(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)縱(zong)(zong)梁生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)目(mu)前(qian)已初(chu)步取得成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)功,這是車架(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)部(bu)(bu)(bu)在(zai)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)及信(xin)(xin)息(xi)化管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)方面(mian)的(de)(de)又一(yi)(yi)次創新。車架(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)縱(zong)(zong)梁生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)功運(yun)行,將大大提(ti)升車架(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)部(bu)(bu)(bu)的(de)(de)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)組織(zhi)水(shui)平(ping)及生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)組織(zhi)過程中的(de)(de)信(xin)(xin)息(xi)傳遞效率。
