日(ri)前(qian),由上(shang)(shang)海(hai)城建(jian)(jian)(jian)承建(jian)(jian)(jian)的(de)同(tong)三(san)國(guo)道(dao)跨(kua)橫(heng)潦(liao)涇大橋(qiao)改(gai)(gai)造順利竣工通車,一(yi)舉打破世界最長、最重橋(qiao)梁整體頂升(sheng)工程(cheng)兩(liang)項世界紀錄(lu),并被列為國(guo)家(jia)住(zhu)建(jian)(jian)(jian)部市政公(gong)用(yong)(yong)(yong)與建(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)工程(cheng)科技示范(fan)工程(cheng)。此(ci)次改(gai)(gai)建(jian)(jian)(jian)工程(cheng),上(shang)(shang)海(hai)城建(jian)(jian)(jian)建(jian)(jian)(jian)設者擯棄(qi)拆舊建(jian)(jian)(jian)新的(de)傳(chuan)統方案,轉而(er)通過采用(yong)(yong)(yong)整體同(tong)步頂升(sheng)技術,在不破壞橋(qiao)梁整體結構的(de)基礎(chu)上(shang)(shang),使用(yong)(yong)(yong)112臺200噸雙作用(yong)(yong)(yong)液壓千(qian)斤頂歷(li)時14個月(yue),將(jiang)總(zong)重10408噸、跨(kua)徑達295米的(de)主橋(qiao)橋(qiao)體緩緩抬(tai)高(gao)1.58米,在確(que)保(bao)上(shang)(shang)海(hai)航(hang)道(dao)內船(chuan)流密(mi)度最高(gao)航(hang)段——橫(heng)潦(liao)涇航(hang)段不停航(hang)的(de)情(qing)況下,成功(gong)打通上(shang)(shang)海(hai)連接江(jiang)蘇(su)、浙江(jiang)咽喉要道(dao),且橋(qiao)梁改(gai)(gai)造時間較傳(chuan)統方案節約(yue)近2年,改(gai)(gai)建(jian)(jian)(jian)費用(yong)(yong)(yong)降低近50%,為推動上(shang)(shang)海(hai)建(jian)(jian)(jian)設華(hua)東(dong)、長江(jiang)流域國(guo)際航(hang)運中心做出了積極貢獻。
