日前,由上海城建(jian)承建(jian)的同(tong)三國(guo)道(dao)(dao)跨(kua)橫(heng)潦涇(jing)大(da)橋(qiao)改造順利竣工通(tong)車,一舉打破世界最(zui)長(chang)、最(zui)重(zhong)橋(qiao)梁(liang)整體(ti)頂(ding)升工程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)兩項世界紀錄,并被列為(wei)國(guo)家住建(jian)部市(shi)政公用(yong)與建(jian)筑工程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)科技示(shi)范工程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)。此(ci)次(ci)改建(jian)工程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng),上海城建(jian)建(jian)設者擯棄拆舊建(jian)新的傳(chuan)統(tong)方案(an),轉而通(tong)過采用(yong)整體(ti)同(tong)步頂(ding)升技術,在(zai)不(bu)破壞橋(qiao)梁(liang)整體(ti)結構的基(ji)礎上,使用(yong)112臺200噸雙作用(yong)液壓千(qian)斤(jin)頂(ding)歷(li)時14個月(yue),將(jiang)總重(zhong)10408噸、跨(kua)徑達295米的主(zhu)橋(qiao)橋(qiao)體(ti)緩緩抬高1.58米,在(zai)確(que)保上海航(hang)道(dao)(dao)內船流密度最(zui)高航(hang)段——橫(heng)潦涇(jing)航(hang)段不(bu)停(ting)航(hang)的情(qing)況下,成(cheng)功打通(tong)上海連接江蘇、浙江咽(yan)喉要道(dao)(dao),且(qie)橋(qiao)梁(liang)改造時間較傳(chuan)統(tong)方案(an)節(jie)約近(jin)2年(nian),改建(jian)費用(yong)降低(di)近(jin)50%,為(wei)推動上海建(jian)設華東、長(chang)江流域國(guo)際航(hang)運中(zhong)心做出了積極貢獻。
