日前,由上海城建集團投資22.4億元,以BT模式承攬的江(jiang)(jiang)西(xi)省南(nan)(nan)昌老城區改(gai)(gai)造“一號工(gong)程(cheng)”沿(yan)江(jiang)(jiang)北、中大(da)道(dao)連通(tong)(tong)工(gong)程(cheng)日前正式竣工(gong)通(tong)(tong)車(che),為(wei)即將(jiang)舉(ju)辦第(di)七屆全國城運會的南(nan)(nan)昌,打(da)通(tong)(tong)了長(chang)期困擾當地(di)(di)的交通(tong)(tong)“腸梗阻”,更讓(rang)滕王(wang)(wang)閣這座江(jiang)(jiang)南(nan)(nan)名樓(lou),在改(gai)(gai)造和保(bao)護(hu)中獲得新生。南(nan)(nan)昌沿(yan)江(jiang)(jiang)北、中大(da)道(dao)連通(tong)(tong)工(gong)程(cheng)全長(chang)3.3公(gong)里,包含隧道(dao)、道(dao)路、橋梁(liang)、地(di)(di)下停車(che)場、景觀綠化工(gong)程(cheng)等(deng),是迄今為(wei)止(zhi)南(nan)(nan)昌歷時(shi)最(zui)短(duan)、單體最(zui)大(da)的市政工(gong)程(cheng)項目。為(wei)保(bao)護(hu)工(gong)程(cheng)周(zhou)邊滕王(wang)(wang)閣等(deng)歷史(shi)名跡,上海城建多(duo)投入16億元,改(gai)(gai)造現有(you)滕王(wang)(wang)閣隧道(dao),由原來的4車(che)道(dao)改(gai)(gai)建成8車(che)道(dao),在滕王(wang)(wang)閣附近新建兩座跨河(he)橋梁(liang),與(yu)隧道(dao)配合,讓(rang)兩條“斷頭路”連通(tong)(tong)起來。并首次采用雙排樁“雙保(bao)險”工(gong)藝,一天三測,嚴密監控基坑(keng)變(bian)形(xing)等(deng)情況,將(jiang)曾(ceng)在外灘通(tong)(tong)道(dao)等(deng)工(gong)程(cheng)中的“心臟搭(da)橋”技(ji)術沿(yan)用至外地(di)(di)工(gong)程(cheng)建設,為(wei)南(nan)(nan)昌的市政建設和文物保(bao)護(hu)做出了積(ji)極貢獻。
