為建立(li)企業(ye)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)分配共(gong)決(jue)機(ji)制和正(zheng)(zheng)常調(diao)(diao)整(zheng)機(ji)制,依(yi)法保(bao)障(zhang)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)參與(yu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)分配和獲(huo)得(de)合理勞動報酬(chou)(chou)(chou)的(de)(de)權益,福(fu)建福(fu)維公(gong)司(si)(si)開展(zhan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)集體(ti)協(xie)商(shang)(shang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)。公(gong)司(si)(si)薪(xin)(xin)酬(chou)(chou)(chou)領導小組(zu)在(zai)深(shen)入(ru)基層調(diao)(diao)研、廣(guang)泛征求(qiu)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)意見基礎(chu)上,制定了《公(gong)司(si)(si)員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)薪(xin)(xin)酬(chou)(chou)(chou)調(diao)(diao)整(zheng)實施(shi)方(fang)(fang)案(an)》。公(gong)司(si)(si)組(zu)織召開首(shou)次工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)集體(ti)協(xie)商(shang)(shang)會議(yi),經(jing)企業(ye)方(fang)(fang)與(yu)由職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)的(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)集體(ti)協(xie)商(shang)(shang)方(fang)(fang)展(zhan)開充分協(xie)商(shang)(shang),并就職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)和福(fu)利的(de)(de)增(zeng)(zeng)長與(yu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)績效(xiao)、企業(ye)經(jing)濟效(xiao)益增(zeng)(zeng)長掛鉤達成(cheng)(cheng)共(gong)識(shi),以及(ji)如何轉變工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)方(fang)(fang)式、加強(qiang)管(guan)理、降(jiang)本(ben)增(zeng)(zeng)效(xiao)等展(zhan)開研討。公(gong)司(si)(si)在(zai)充分吸取工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)協(xie)商(shang)(shang)會議(yi)的(de)(de)意見后,進一步細化(hua)完(wan)善了《公(gong)司(si)(si)員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)薪(xin)(xin)酬(chou)(chou)(chou)調(diao)(diao)整(zheng)實施(shi)方(fang)(fang)案(an)》。經(jing)公(gong)司(si)(si)二屆十(shi)二次職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)代會審議(yi)通過《公(gong)司(si)(si)員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)薪(xin)(xin)酬(chou)(chou)(chou)調(diao)(diao)整(zheng)實施(shi)方(fang)(fang)案(an)》、《公(gong)司(si)(si)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)集體(ti)協(xie)商(shang)(shang)協(xie)議(yi)書》。本(ben)次集體(ti)協(xie)商(shang)(shang)不僅梳(shu)理規(gui)范工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)薪(xin)(xin)酬(chou)(chou)(chou)結(jie)(jie)構、薪(xin)(xin)資(zi)(zi)標(biao)準,優化(hua)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)薪(xin)(xin)酬(chou)(chou)(chou)結(jie)(jie)構,建立(li)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)薪(xin)(xin)酬(chou)(chou)(chou)的(de)(de)自然增(zeng)(zeng)長與(yu)業(ye)績同步增(zeng)(zeng)長的(de)(de)協(xie)調(diao)(diao)機(ji)制,更維護職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)權益,引導員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)樹(shu)立(li)正(zheng)(zheng)確的(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)增(zeng)(zeng)長的(de)(de)價值導向(xiang),促進企業(ye)和諧發展(zhan),實現雙贏。
