2月(yue)(yue)21日(ri),國(guo)(guo)宏公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)銷(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)售(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)正式“開(kai)門(men)”營業。截(jie)至3月(yue)(yue)7日(ri),共銷(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)售(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)甲(jia)醇9800噸(dun),實現了(le)甲(jia)醇銷(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)售(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)“開(kai)門(men)紅”。一是國(guo)(guo)宏公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)從50萬噸(dun)甲(jia)醇項(xiang)目立(li)項(xiang)建設起,就立(li)足(zu)高(gao)品質(zhi)(zhi)定(ding)位,采用(yong)了(le)先進的(de)(de)(de)水煤漿加壓氣化、低(di)溫(wen)甲(jia)醇洗等世界高(gao)新技術,為生產(chan)高(gao)品質(zhi)(zhi)產(chan)品提供技術保證。在(zai)原料煤使用(yong)上,選用(yong)礦區優質(zhi)(zhi)高(gao)硫(liu)煤,并嚴格各項(xiang)工藝操作(zuo)和指標控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi),實施全方(fang)位、全過程自(zi)動質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)(liang)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)。二(er)是嚴把甲(jia)醇質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)(liang)化驗關,確保化驗數據真實無誤(wu)。針(zhen)對銷(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)售(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)人員年輕化、營銷(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)經驗少(shao)等實際(ji),明確銷(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)售(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)人員分(fen)工,劃定(ding)銷(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)售(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)工作(zuo)重點,在(zai)邊(bian)(bian)學邊(bian)(bian)干、積(ji)極拓展(zhan)銷(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)售(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)渠道的(de)(de)(de)同(tong)時,及時加強與生產(chan)部門(men)的(de)(de)(de)協(xie)調和溝通,隨時掌握生產(chan)一線狀況,以(yi)每日(ri)業務碰(peng)頭會的(de)(de)(de)形式,交流市場行情、分(fen)析客(ke)戶需求(qiu)、策劃操作(zuo)方(fang)案,有力(li)地推動了(le)甲(jia)醇銷(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)售(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)工作(zuo)有條(tiao)不紊地開(kai)展(zhan)。自(zi)2月(yue)(yue)中(zhong)旬以(yi)來,共簽訂甲(jia)醇銷(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)售(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)合同(tong)14份,合同(tong)銷(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)售(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)量(liang)(liang)16610噸(dun)。
