一是依靠自身積累,降低資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)金(jin)使用成(cheng)本(ben)(ben)。狠抓成(cheng)本(ben)(ben)控制和節(jie)能減排,實現(xian)節(jie)約(yue)增(zeng)效和效益最大化(hua),搞好資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)金(jin)積累。從收(shou)支兩方面(mian)對(dui)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)金(jin)實行(xing)集中統(tong)一管理(li),應(ying)收(shou)應(ying)繳的堅(jian)決收(shou)繳,不亂花亂支。二是依靠對(dui)外引(yin)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi),積極尋找(zhao)戰略投(tou)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)伙(huo)伴(ban)。結合(he)現(xian)有項(xiang)目建設和內蒙(meng)古礦區的開發,與有實力的大型企業(ye)和投(tou)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)公司(si)進行(xing)戰略合(he)作,引(yin)進資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)金(jin),優化(hua)投(tou)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)結構。三是依靠資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)本(ben)(ben)運營,拓展融(rong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)渠道。積極創造(zao)條件,爭取省內煤炭主業(ye)上市融(rong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi),還將通過發行(xing)企業(ye)債(zhai)券、銀行(xing)貸款等多種渠道和形式(shi)進行(xing)融(rong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi),為企業(ye)做(zuo)強做(zuo)大奠定基(ji)礎。
