重慶市國資委日前發出通知,為提高職工工作積極性,年內在全市31戶市屬國有重點企業中建立首席員工制。
據介紹,首(shou)席(xi)員工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)將首(shou)先在各國有(you)企業的(de)技術(shu)含量高(gao)、技術(shu)要(yao)求強的(de)主(zhu)要(yao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)種(zhong)及核心崗(gang)位(wei)中選擇,并逐步在其它崗(gang)位(wei)推(tui)開(kai)。受聘(pin)為(wei)首(shou)席(xi)員工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)后,可(ke)享受高(gao)管或高(gao)級技術(shu)崗(gang)位(wei)經濟待(dai)遇(yu),聘(pin)期(qi)原則上為(wei)兩年一聘(pin)(也可(ke)一年一聘(pin)),合(he)格者可(ke)續聘(pin),不(bu)合(he)格者不(bu)再聘(pin)用。按市國資委出臺的(de)規定,首(shou)席(xi)員工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)應(ying)通(tong)過民主(zhu)、競(jing)爭產生(sheng),首(shou)席(xi)員工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)評聘(pin)、考核等,應(ying)受職工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)監督。
