一(yi)是(shi)創新(xin)培(pei)(pei)訓(xun)模(mo)式(shi)。設(she)立培(pei)(pei)訓(xun)日(ri)。明確每周六下午為(wei)班組內部(bu)培(pei)(pei)訓(xun)時(shi)間,制定培(pei)(pei)訓(xun)計(ji)劃、加強(qiang)過(guo)程監控、完善(shan)效果評估(gu),以確保培(pei)(pei)訓(xun)落到實(shi)處(chu),真正達到“學(xue)有所得(de)、學(xue)以致用(yong)”。領導干(gan)部(bu)半年(nian)一(yi)課。每位領導干(gan)部(bu)結合專業特長及個人成(cheng)長經(jing)歷,自選主題,每半年(nian)為(wei)員工(gong)授課一(yi)次,充(chong)分發揮領導干(gan)部(bu)帶頭作用(yong),加強(qiang)干(gan)部(bu)與(yu)員工(gong)之間的(de)溝(gou)通交流(liu),通過(guo)言傳(chuan)身(shen)教(jiao),為(wei)員工(gong)樹立成(cheng)長榜樣(yang)。師徒know-how行。“know-how”即專有技(ji)術或(huo)技(ji)術訣竅,通過(guo)技(ji)術圖紙、資料、規范等(deng)(deng)形式(shi),傳(chuan)遞產品設(she)計(ji)、工(gong)藝流(liu)程、質量控制和(he)生產管(guan)理等(deng)(deng)方面的(de)技(ji)術知識。裝備技(ji)術服務公司鼓勵(li)全員積極參與(yu)師徒know-how行活(huo)動,同時(shi)不(bu)斷完善(shan)培(pei)(pei)訓(xun)模(mo)式(shi),改進評價(jia)及獎懲機制,充(chong)分調動了(le)新(xin)老員工(gong)“教(jiao)與(yu)學(xue)”的(de)積極性,促(cu)進了(le)知識經(jing)驗的(de)傳(chuan)承。

三是開展(zhan)“青工(gong)(gong)成長(chang)321”活動。“3”是指前(qian)沿論(lun)壇(tan)、專題講座、案例分享:收集整(zheng)理(li)(li)領域內前(qian)沿科技相關知識,每季度組(zu)織一期前(qian)沿論(lun)壇(tan);立足專業技能(neng),每月組(zu)織一期專題講座;結合工(gong)(gong)作實例,不(bu)定期組(zu)織案例分享,促進(jin)溝通,提升技能(neng)。“2”是指你的(de)夢(meng)想(xiang)我點贊、哲(zhe)理(li)(li)故事大講堂:開展(zhan)“發(fa)現身邊的(de)感動”主題活動,在班組(zu)園地中(zhong)設置“夢(meng)想(xiang)點贊”專欄,鼓勵員工(gong)(gong)展(zhan)示夢(meng)想(xiang);開設哲(zhe)理(li)(li)故事大講堂,青年(nian)(nian)員工(gong)(gong)結合自(zi)身成長(chang),以(yi)短(duan)文、小故事、微電(dian)影等形(xing)式(shi)(shi)輪流開講,幫助(zhu)(zhu)新員工(gong)(gong)培(pei)養良好的(de)心態,增強對免费(fei)菠萝视频app下载(zai)理(li)(li)念的(de)認同。“1”是指青工(gong)(gong)比(bi)(bi)武:理(li)(li)論(lun)實踐相結合,每年(nian)(nian)開展(zhan)比(bi)(bi)武活動,借助(zhu)(zhu)豐富多樣的(de)比(bi)(bi)武形(xing)式(shi)(shi),“以(yi)比(bi)(bi)代練(lian)、以(yi)比(bi)(bi)促學”,讓學習充滿樂趣,促進(jin)員工(gong)(gong)立足崗位、主動提升。
