今年,水(shui)務(wu)集(ji)團圍繞標(biao)準化(hua)(hua)班(ban)組(zu)建設(she)工作,狠抓(zhua)人(ren)員(yuan)隊伍(wu)建設(she),突出安全生(sheng)產抓(zhua)發展,突出服務(wu)抓(zhua)管理,突出技術抓(zhua)創新,不斷加大(da)創建力度(du),全面提升(sheng)標(biao)準化(hua)(hua)班(ban)組(zu)建設(she)水(shui)平(ping)。
一是抓基礎管(guan)理(li)(li),促日常(chang)工(gong)作(zuo)流(liu)(liu)程(cheng)(cheng)化。成立(li)了班(ban)組(zu)(zu)建設領(ling)導小(xiao)組(zu)(zu),制(zhi)定、完善了安(an)全生產制(zhi)度、工(gong)具(ju)管(guan)理(li)(li)制(zhi)度等相關(guan)制(zhi)度,施工(gong)現(xian)(xian)場實行“6S”管(guan)理(li)(li),實施班(ban)前(班(ban)后)會(hui)制(zhi)度確(que)保了信息(xi)(xi)通暢與共享,開(kai)展“節能減(jian)排(pai)”活(huo)動(dong)使管(guan)理(li)(li)費用較2014年預算降低6萬元(yuan)。通過以上組(zu)(zu)織制(zhi)度、現(xian)(xian)場管(guan)理(li)(li)、信息(xi)(xi)管(guan)理(li)(li)及節能減(jian)排(pai)進班(ban)組(zu)(zu),促使日常(chang)工(gong)作(zuo)流(liu)(liu)程(cheng)(cheng)化。
二是抓(zhua)安(an)全(quan)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan),促現場作業標準化。建(jian)(jian)立班(ban)組(zu)全(quan)員安(an)全(quan)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)責任制(zhi),建(jian)(jian)立完(wan)善班(ban)組(zu)安(an)全(quan)管理(li)規(gui)章制(zhi)度(du)(du)和安(an)全(quan)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)檢查(cha)(cha)記錄(lu)等記錄(lu)臺(tai)賬;實(shi)(shi)行(xing)季、月(yue)、周(zhou)學習制(zhi)度(du)(du),落(luo)實(shi)(shi)在建(jian)(jian)工程質量(liang)三檢制(zhi),建(jian)(jian)立工序交接檢驗制(zhi)度(du)(du)、“一天一檢”安(an)全(quan)檢查(cha)(cha)制(zhi)度(du)(du)和重點工程督查(cha)(cha)制(zhi)度(du)(du),實(shi)(shi)施隱患(huan)整改制(zhi)度(du)(du);啟動“安(an)康杯”重點工程奪(duo)旗勞動競賽(sai)(sai)儀式,舉(ju)行(xing)了安(an)全(quan)宣誓和安(an)全(quan)簽名活動,開展了“安(an)全(quan)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)月(yue)”、“八比八賽(sai)(sai)”等系列競賽(sai)(sai)活動。
三是抓(zhua)專業管理,促技術(shu)指標精(jing)細化(hua)。以“勞模創(chuang)(chuang)新工(gong)作室(shi)”為(wei)依托,不定期(qi)對技術(shu)創(chuang)(chuang)新、技術(shu)攻(gong)關(guan)、新設備的(de)開發和應(ying)(ying)用工(gong)作進行(xing)交流研(yan)討;以班組(zu)為(wei)單(dan)位,存好重要工(gong)序(xu)影像資料,分析工(gong)程中(zhong)出現的(de)問題,定期(qi)組(zu)織(zhi)學習規范文件和其他(ta)公(gong)司的(de)施(shi)工(gong)工(gong)藝等(deng)。今(jin)年,在(zai)承建工(gong)程施(shi)工(gong)中(zhong),針對A/A/O生物反(fan)應(ying)(ying)池底板砼(tong)(tong)工(gong)藝嚴格的(de)要求(qiu),攻(gong)克了澆筑過程中(zhong)“砼(tong)(tong)內(nei)部不出現冷縫”、“降低大(da)體積砼(tong)(tong)內(nei)外溫差”兩大(da)關(guan)鍵技術(shu)課題。
四是抓行為規(gui)范,促優(you)質(zhi)服務(wu)常態(tai)化。由優(you)秀班(ban)組承(cheng)建的(de)(de)青島市地鐵建設配套給水(shui)(shui)管線遷改工(gong)(gong)程最(zui)大規(gui)模新舊供(gong)水(shui)(shui)管道切換(huan)工(gong)(gong)作順利完成,未對市區居民用水(shui)(shui)的(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)壓、水(shui)(shui)質(zhi)造成不良影響,得到了(le)上級部(bu)門的(de)(de)一致肯(ken)定(ding)。施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)中,通過(guo)張貼致居民的(de)(de)一封信(xin),懸掛安全文明(ming)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)標語(yu),設置施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)標志牌、圍擋、警示帶(dai)、行人便橋、LED警示燈,用密目網覆(fu)蓋殘(can)土,灑(sa)水(shui)(shui),專人清掃(sao)塵土,保持周邊環(huan)境(jing)等多項(xiang)措施(shi)(shi),將安全文明(ming)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)理念(nian)做實,做細(xi);工(gong)(gong)程搶(qiang)修中,放棄休(xiu)息時(shi)間(jian),加(jia)(jia)班(ban)加(jia)(jia)點,在最(zui)短的(de)(de)時(shi)間(jian)內幫助業主搶(qiang)修不屬(shu)于自(zi)己承(cheng)建范圍的(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)程。至9月底,公司(si)共(gong)收到錦(jin)旗(qi)9面,感(gan)謝信(xin)8封。
