為貫徹落實(shi)山(shan)西(xi)焦煤集團(tuan)公司(si)(si)年初職(zhi)代會和工作(zuo)會的(de)(de)要(yao)求,進一步加強人力(li)資源(yuan)管理工作(zuo),實(shi)現人力(li)資源(yuan)管理的(de)(de)規范化、信息(xi)(xi)化、科學化,提升人力(li)資源(yuan)業務的(de)(de)分析與管控能力(li),近日(ri),山(shan)西(xi)焦煤集團(tuan)公司(si)(si)下發專門通知,推進人力(li)資源(yuan)信息(xi)(xi)系統建設(she)工作(zuo)。
山西焦(jiao)煤集團公司人(ren)(ren)(ren)力(li)(li)資(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)信(xin)(xin)(xin)息(xi)(xi)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)建(jian)設(she)采用(yong)(yong)“統(tong)(tong)(tong)一規劃、統(tong)(tong)(tong)一建(jian)設(she)、集中部(bu)(bu)署、多級應用(yong)(yong)”的模式。總體目標(biao)是(shi)實施(shi)人(ren)(ren)(ren)力(li)(li)資(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)信(xin)(xin)(xin)息(xi)(xi)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong),規劃人(ren)(ren)(ren)力(li)(li)資(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)數據(ju)標(biao)準(zhun),優化(hua)人(ren)(ren)(ren)力(li)(li)資(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)業(ye)務(wu)(wu)管(guan)(guan)理(li)流程(cheng),支撐人(ren)(ren)(ren)力(li)(li)資(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)信(xin)(xin)(xin)息(xi)(xi)分析利用(yong)(yong),打(da)造山西焦(jiao)煤集團公司統(tong)(tong)(tong)一的人(ren)(ren)(ren)力(li)(li)資(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)管(guan)(guan)理(li)信(xin)(xin)(xin)息(xi)(xi)平(ping)(ping)臺(tai),實現(xian)(xian)人(ren)(ren)(ren)力(li)(li)資(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)戰略管(guan)(guan)控(kong)定位,提升人(ren)(ren)(ren)力(li)(li)資(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)管(guan)(guan)理(li)的信(xin)(xin)(xin)息(xi)(xi)化(hua)水平(ping)(ping)。具體目標(biao)是(shi)規范基礎數據(ju)管(guan)(guan)理(li)和主要(yao)業(ye)務(wu)(wu)流程(cheng),建(jian)立統(tong)(tong)(tong)一的人(ren)(ren)(ren)力(li)(li)資(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)數據(ju)庫(ku),為(wei)戰略管(guan)(guan)控(kong)提供信(xin)(xin)(xin)息(xi)(xi)化(hua)支撐,實現(xian)(xian)同主要(yao)關聯業(ye)務(wu)(wu)信(xin)(xin)(xin)息(xi)(xi)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)的集成。實施(shi)內(nei)容包括(kuo)軟件(jian)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)平(ping)(ping)臺(tai)、硬件(jian)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)平(ping)(ping)臺(tai)及(ji)共用(yong)(yong)業(ye)務(wu)(wu)功(gong)能(neng)(neng)模塊三方面,其中,共用(yong)(yong)業(ye)務(wu)(wu)功(gong)能(neng)(neng)模塊包括(kuo)組織(zhi)機(ji)構管(guan)(guan)理(li)、員工信(xin)(xin)(xin)息(xi)(xi)管(guan)(guan)理(li)、崗位管(guan)(guan)理(li)、人(ren)(ren)(ren)事管(guan)(guan)理(li)、干部(bu)(bu)管(guan)(guan)理(li)、勞動合同管(guan)(guan)理(li)、職業(ye)技能(neng)(neng)鑒定、薪資(zi)管(guan)(guan)理(li)、培訓管(guan)(guan)理(li)、保險管(guan)(guan)理(li)、統(tong)(tong)(tong)計(ji)報表、人(ren)(ren)(ren)力(li)(li)資(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)門戶、系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)維護。實施(shi)計(ji)劃分為(wei)業(ye)務(wu)(wu)藍(lan)圖設(she)計(ji)、系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)平(ping)(ping)臺(tai)搭(da)建(jian)、業(ye)務(wu)(wu)實施(shi)與(yu)推廣、系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)試(shi)運行(xing)、系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)驗收與(yu)穩定運行(xing)五個階段。
山(shan)西焦(jiao)煤集團公司成立人力(li)資源(yuan)信(xin)息系統實(shi)(shi)施領導(dao)小(xiao)組(zu),并(bing)下設(she)辦公室(shi),明確(que)了各部門職責(ze)(ze)和任務,要求(qiu)各單位(wei)也要相(xiang)應成立項目實(shi)(shi)施領導(dao)小(xiao)組(zu),具體負(fu)責(ze)(ze)本單位(wei)人力(li)資源(yuan)信(xin)息系統的實(shi)(shi)施工作。
山西(xi)焦煤集團公司(si)要(yao)(yao)求(qiu),各(ge)單位要(yao)(yao)統(tong)一思想(xiang),提高認識,統(tong)籌規(gui)劃,精(jing)心安排,確保按照(zhao)規(gui)劃時間(jian)完成項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)建(jian)設(she)(she)。要(yao)(yao)加強項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)建(jian)設(she)(she)考(kao)(kao)核,將人(ren)力資源信息系統(tong)項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)建(jian)設(she)(she)工作(zuo)(zuo)納入各(ge)單位負(fu)責人(ren)年(nian)度(du)經(jing)營業績考(kao)(kao)核,將項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)建(jian)設(she)(she)工作(zuo)(zuo)層層分(fen)解落實,納入本單位考(kao)(kao)核體系和年(nian)度(du)工作(zuo)(zuo)目(mu)標。要(yao)(yao)建(jian)立定期協(xie)調溝通(tong)機制,定期召(zhao)開項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)建(jian)設(she)(she)協(xie)調會,通(tong)報項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)建(jian)設(she)(she)進(jin)度(du),研(yan)究(jiu)解決(jue)項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)建(jian)設(she)(she)存(cun)在(zai)問(wen)題,安排部署下一步(bu)工作(zuo)(zuo)計劃,對項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)建(jian)設(she)(she)過程中發現(xian)的問(wen)題要(yao)(yao)及(ji)時反饋(kui),尋(xun)求(qiu)解決(jue)方案,保障項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)建(jian)設(she)(she)順利推(tui)進(jin)。
