現(xian)(xian)代有軌電車、地(di)鐵等交(jiao)通(tong)方式即將投入運(yun)營(ying),青島市城市公(gong)(gong)共交(jiao)通(tong)系統將由傳(chuan)統的(de)單一地(di)面型(xing)向綜合立體型(xing)轉(zhuan)變(bian)。在交(jiao)通(tong)運(yun)輸體系結構調(diao)整(zheng)時期,青島公(gong)(gong)交(jiao)集團作(zuo)為地(di)面常規公(gong)(gong)交(jiao)的(de)主導企業,提前籌劃,明確定位,與多種客運(yun)方式分工配套(tao),加快(kuai)運(yun)營(ying)轉(zhuan)型(xing)升級(ji),實(shi)現(xian)(xian)合作(zuo)、協調(diao)、共贏發(fa)展,多種運(yun)輸方式把乘客送(song)到(dao)岸港站,公(gong)(gong)交(jiao)配套(tao)把乘客送(song)到(dao)社區家,發(fa)揮公(gong)(gong)共交(jiao)通(tong)整(zheng)體效能(neng)。
與(yu)(yu)(yu)鐵(tie)路(lu)合(he)(he)作(zuo)(zuo),實現全時段對(dui)接。青島公(gong)(gong)交集(ji)團(tuan)與(yu)(yu)(yu)青島火(huo)車(che)(che)站建立直接戰略合(he)(he)作(zuo)(zuo)關系,通過優化火(huo)車(che)(che)站周邊公(gong)(gong)交線路(lu)、開通夜(ye)公(gong)(gong)交等措施,實現公(gong)(gong)交與(yu)(yu)(yu)火(huo)車(che)(che)的全時段對(dui)接。在火(huo)車(che)(che)站周邊運(yun)營公(gong)(gong)交線路(lu)24條,輻射(she)全市(shi)、連(lian)通西海岸。開通8條夜(ye)班(ban)公(gong)(gong)交車(che)(che),對(dui)接末班(ban)火(huo)車(che)(che)。集(ji)團(tuan)與(yu)(yu)(yu)青島火(huo)車(che)(che)站建立信息互通機(ji)制(zhi)和(he)應急處置機(ji)制(zhi),針對(dui)火(huo)車(che)(che)晚(wan)點(dian)、惡(e)劣天氣等特殊(shu)情(qing)況,調(diao)集(ji)車(che)(che)輛、調(diao)配運(yun)力(li),增加公(gong)(gong)交班(ban)次(ci),解決晚(wan)點(dian)火(huo)車(che)(che)旅客(ke)(ke)滯留(liu)問題。目(mu)前,與(yu)(yu)(yu)鐵(tie)路(lu)合(he)(he)作(zuo)(zuo)的公(gong)(gong)交線路(lu)年運(yun)輸鐵(tie)路(lu)旅客(ke)(ke)8.5萬(wan)人次(ci)。
與地鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)配套(tao),實現高效(xiao)融合(he)(he)。青(qing)島公(gong)交(jiao)集(ji)團擁有全(quan)面、龐(pang)大的(de)(de)(de)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)網、站(zhan)點等資(zi)源優(you)勢,在地鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)路(lu)上(shang)方編織了縱橫交(jiao)錯的(de)(de)(de)公(gong)交(jiao)網絡(luo)。僅地鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)3號線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)沿線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)一公(gong)里范圍內,公(gong)交(jiao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)路(lu)即達到(dao)110余條,距(ju)離3號線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)22個地鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)進(jin)出口站(zhan)500米范圍內的(de)(de)(de)公(gong)交(jiao)站(zhan)點90余個。集(ji)團與青(qing)島地鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)集(ji)團簽訂戰略合(he)(he)作協(xie)議,與地鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)配套(tao)的(de)(de)(de)首條公(gong)交(jiao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)路(lu)18路(lu)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)已開通運(yun)營。集(ji)團將進(jin)一步加強與地鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)的(de)(de)(de)融合(he)(he)配套(tao),將公(gong)交(jiao)靈活性、延伸性的(de)(de)(de)優(you)勢與地鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)快速、大運(yun)量的(de)(de)(de)特點結合(he)(he)起來,實現地面常規公(gong)交(jiao)與地下軌道交(jiao)通的(de)(de)(de)高效(xiao)融合(he)(he)。
與有軌電(dian)車(che)銜接,實現(xian)一體(ti)化(hua)發(fa)展。青島公(gong)交(jiao)集團(tuan)作(zuo)為(wei)有軌電(dian)車(che)唯一承運(yun)單位,在北(bei)部(bu)區(qu)域(yu)已運(yun)營公(gong)交(jiao)線(xian)路50余(yu)條,同時開(kai)通了城陽到即墨、城陽至紅(hong)島、高新(xin)區(qu)的公(gong)交(jiao)線(xian)路,膠州灣北(bei)部(bu)區(qu)域(yu)實現(xian)了公(gong)交(jiao)網(wang)絡化(hua)。在龐大的區(qu)域(yu)公(gong)交(jiao)線(xian)網(wang)資源基礎(chu)上,集團(tuan)一直(zhi)參與有軌電(dian)車(che)項目的建設等(deng)工作(zuo),適時優化(hua)調整(zheng)周邊公(gong)交(jiao)線(xian)網(wang)和站點布局,實現(xian)地面公(gong)交(jiao)與有軌電(dian)車(che)的無縫(feng)對接。
與(yu)相(xiang)鄰區(qu)域(yu)(yu)(yu)公(gong)(gong)交(jiao)聯(lian)動,實現(xian)統籌發(fa)展。青(qing)島(dao)公(gong)(gong)交(jiao)集(ji)團積(ji)極推進城鄉公(gong)(gong)交(jiao)一體化建(jian)設,加(jia)快與(yu)即墨(mo)、黃島(dao)等區(qu)域(yu)(yu)(yu)公(gong)(gong)交(jiao)線(xian)(xian)路的互聯(lian)互通(tong)和聯(lian)動發(fa)展,即墨(mo)市民可換乘至城陽區(qu)及市內(nei)主城區(qu)其他區(qu)域(yu)(yu)(yu)的公(gong)(gong)交(jiao)線(xian)(xian)路。線(xian)(xian)路年客運量達(da)546萬人(ren)次。集(ji)團加(jia)強與(yu)西海岸真情巴士集(ji)團的合作“菜(cai)農公(gong)(gong)交(jiao)”線(xian)(xian)路無縫對接,解決了(le)民生(sheng)難(nan)題(ti),日均客運量2.2萬人(ren)次。
在(zai)城(cheng)市綜合(he)交通運輸體(ti)系(xi)中(zhong),青島公交集(ji)團將順應(ying)發展趨勢,積極轉(zhuan)型升級,科學(xue)定位(wei),與其他交通方式分工協作、配套銜(xian)接、連(lian)續貫(guan)通,為城(cheng)市發展和市民出行做出應(ying)有(you)的貢獻。
