今年以來,面對經濟下行壓力和日趨激烈的市場競爭,山東煙(yan)臺泰和(he)新(xin)材集(ji)團(tuan)勇于解放思(si)想、認真(zhen)謀劃、積極應對,以(yi)激勵機制為突破口,不斷探(tan)索加快發展(zhan)的新(xin)途徑(jing)、新(xin)方(fang)法,取得了顯著成效。
一是穩步推行員工(gong)(gong)持(chi)股(gu)(gu)計劃(hua),建立完善利(li)益共享機制。圍繞構(gou)建核心產業鏈(lian),打(da)造國內唯一的(de)、最完整的(de)芳綸(lun)產品(pin)鏈(lian)條,泰和(he)新材集(ji)團成(cheng)立了煙(yan)(yan)臺(tai)裕(yu)祥精細化工(gong)(gong)有(you)限公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)、煙(yan)(yan)臺(tai)民士達特種紙業股(gu)(gu)份有(you)限公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)、煙(yan)(yan)臺(tai)泰普龍(long)先(xian)進(jin)(jin)制造技(ji)術有(you)限公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)、煙(yan)(yan)臺(tai)泰和(he)時(shi)尚科(ke)技(ji)有(you)限公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)、煙(yan)(yan)臺(tai)泰和(he)工(gong)(gong)程材料有(you)限公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)等5家(jia)權屬子公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)。2010年以來(lai),本著(zhu)“自愿參加、集(ji)中(zhong)管理、統(tong)一運作(zuo)、風險共擔、利(li)益共享”的(de)原則,逐步推行實(shi)施職工(gong)(gong)持(chi)股(gu)(gu)計劃(hua)。其中(zhong),煙(yan)(yan)臺(tai)泰普龍(long)先(xian)進(jin)(jin)制造技(ji)術有(you)限公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)和(he)煙(yan)(yan)臺(tai)泰和(he)時(shi)尚科(ke)技(ji)有(you)限公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)員工(gong)(gong)持(chi)股(gu)(gu)比例分別(bie)達到(dao)25%和(he)30%。
二是不斷完善員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)持(chi)股(gu)(gu)機制(zhi)(zhi),全力激發(fa)企業(ye)發(fa)展(zhan)活(huo)力。煙臺(tai)民士達特(te)種(zhong)紙業(ye)股(gu)(gu)份有限公(gong)(gong)(gong)司章(zhang)程(cheng)中,明確(que)規定了(le)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)作為(wei)股(gu)(gu)東所(suo)享有的各項權利(li)。同時(shi),泰和新材專(zhuan)門制(zhi)(zhi)定了(le)股(gu)(gu)權管理辦法(fa),引(yin)導員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)持(chi)股(gu)(gu)公(gong)(gong)(gong)司健全股(gu)(gu)權合理流轉機制(zhi)(zhi),打造(zao)支撐企業(ye)持(chi)續(xu)健康發(fa)展(zhan)的體制(zhi)(zhi)機制(zhi)(zhi)新優勢。實行(xing)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)持(chi)股(gu)(gu)計劃(hua)后,持(chi)股(gu)(gu)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)除領取工(gong)(gong)資薪酬(chou)外,通過分紅的方式獲取投(tou)(tou)資回報,由(you)勞動者轉變為(wei)既是勞動者又(you)是投(tou)(tou)資者,大(da)大(da)提高了(le)對公(gong)(gong)(gong)司發(fa)展(zhan)的關心程(cheng)度,企業(ye)發(fa)展(zhan)步入快車道(dao)。
三(san)是以(yi)(yi)上市(shi)(shi)“激勵(li)(li)”為(wei)(wei)突破(po),點(dian)燃公司發(fa)展主引擎。今(jin)年(nian)9月9日,煙臺民(min)士(shi)達特(te)種紙業股(gu)份有限公司正式在(zai)“新三(san)板”掛牌,成為(wei)(wei)全國唯一掛牌“新三(san)板”的芳(fang)綸(lun)(lun)紙企(qi)業。近年(nian)來,隨著以(yi)(yi)員工持(chi)股(gu)為(wei)(wei)主要手段(duan)的激勵(li)(li)機制逐步(bu)建立和完善,泰(tai)和新材集(ji)團綜合競爭(zheng)能(neng)力得(de)到(dao)進一步(bu)提(ti)升,氨綸(lun)(lun)產品開機率位(wei)居(ju)(ju)國內(nei)同(tong)(tong)行前列(lie),國內(nei)市(shi)(shi)場(chang)占(zhan)有率始(shi)終保(bao)持(chi)在(zai)10%左右,芳(fang)綸(lun)(lun)產品市(shi)(shi)場(chang)份額位(wei)居(ju)(ju)國內(nei)同(tong)(tong)行首位(wei),間(jian)位(wei)芳(fang)綸(lun)(lun)、對位(wei)芳(fang)綸(lun)(lun)、芳(fang)綸(lun)(lun)紙國內(nei)市(shi)(shi)場(chang)占(zhan)有率分別達到(dao)40%、9%、16%,芳(fang)綸(lun)(lun)盈利能(neng)力保(bao)持(chi)國內(nei)最好水平 。
