今年以來,面對經濟下行壓力和日趨激烈的市場競爭,山東煙臺泰(tai)和新材集團勇于(yu)解放(fang)思想、認真謀劃、積(ji)極應對(dui),以(yi)激勵(li)機制為(wei)突破口(kou),不斷探索加快發展的(de)新途徑、新方法,取(qu)得(de)了顯著(zhu)成效。
一是穩步(bu)推(tui)行(xing)員工持股(gu)計(ji)劃,建立完善利益共(gong)享(xiang)機制(zhi)。圍繞構(gou)建核心產業鏈,打造國內唯一的(de)、最完整(zheng)的(de)芳綸產品鏈條,泰和(he)(he)(he)新(xin)材集團(tuan)成立了煙臺(tai)(tai)裕祥精細化(hua)工有(you)(you)限(xian)(xian)(xian)公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)、煙臺(tai)(tai)民(min)士(shi)達特(te)種紙業股(gu)份(fen)有(you)(you)限(xian)(xian)(xian)公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)、煙臺(tai)(tai)泰普龍先進(jin)制(zhi)造技(ji)術有(you)(you)限(xian)(xian)(xian)公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)、煙臺(tai)(tai)泰和(he)(he)(he)時尚(shang)科技(ji)有(you)(you)限(xian)(xian)(xian)公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)、煙臺(tai)(tai)泰和(he)(he)(he)工程材料有(you)(you)限(xian)(xian)(xian)公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)等(deng)5家權屬子公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)。2010年以來,本著(zhu)“自愿參加、集中管理、統一運作、風險共(gong)擔、利益共(gong)享(xiang)”的(de)原則,逐步(bu)推(tui)行(xing)實(shi)施職工持股(gu)計(ji)劃。其中,煙臺(tai)(tai)泰普龍先進(jin)制(zhi)造技(ji)術有(you)(you)限(xian)(xian)(xian)公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)和(he)(he)(he)煙臺(tai)(tai)泰和(he)(he)(he)時尚(shang)科技(ji)有(you)(you)限(xian)(xian)(xian)公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)員工持股(gu)比例分別達到25%和(he)(he)(he)30%。
二是不斷完(wan)善員工持股(gu)(gu)(gu)機(ji)制(zhi)(zhi),全力激發(fa)企(qi)(qi)業發(fa)展(zhan)活力。煙臺民士(shi)達(da)特(te)種紙業股(gu)(gu)(gu)份有限(xian)公(gong)司章程中(zhong),明確(que)規定了(le)員工作為(wei)股(gu)(gu)(gu)東所享有的各項(xiang)權(quan)利。同(tong)時,泰和新(xin)材專門制(zhi)(zhi)定了(le)股(gu)(gu)(gu)權(quan)管理辦法(fa),引導員工持股(gu)(gu)(gu)公(gong)司健全股(gu)(gu)(gu)權(quan)合理流(liu)轉機(ji)制(zhi)(zhi),打造支撐企(qi)(qi)業持續健康發(fa)展(zhan)的體制(zhi)(zhi)機(ji)制(zhi)(zhi)新(xin)優勢。實行員工持股(gu)(gu)(gu)計劃后,持股(gu)(gu)(gu)員工除領取工資(zi)薪(xin)酬外,通(tong)過分紅的方式獲取投(tou)(tou)資(zi)回報,由勞動者轉變為(wei)既(ji)是勞動者又是投(tou)(tou)資(zi)者,大(da)大(da)提(ti)高了(le)對公(gong)司發(fa)展(zhan)的關心程度,企(qi)(qi)業發(fa)展(zhan)步入快車道(dao)。
三(san)是以上(shang)市(shi)“激(ji)(ji)勵”為(wei)突破,點燃公(gong)司發展主(zhu)引擎。今年(nian)9月9日,煙臺民士達(da)特種紙業(ye)股份(fen)有(you)限公(gong)司正式在“新三(san)板”掛(gua)牌,成為(wei)全國唯一掛(gua)牌“新三(san)板”的芳(fang)(fang)(fang)綸(lun)紙企業(ye)。近年(nian)來(lai),隨(sui)著以員工持股為(wei)主(zhu)要(yao)手段(duan)的激(ji)(ji)勵機制逐(zhu)步(bu)建(jian)立和(he)完(wan)善(shan),泰和(he)新材集團綜(zong)合競爭能力(li)得到進一步(bu)提升,氨綸(lun)產品(pin)(pin)開(kai)機率位居(ju)國內同行(xing)前(qian)列,國內市(shi)場(chang)占有(you)率始終保持在10%左(zuo)右,芳(fang)(fang)(fang)綸(lun)產品(pin)(pin)市(shi)場(chang)份(fen)額位居(ju)國內同行(xing)首位,間位芳(fang)(fang)(fang)綸(lun)、對位芳(fang)(fang)(fang)綸(lun)、芳(fang)(fang)(fang)綸(lun)紙國內市(shi)場(chang)占有(you)率分別達(da)到40%、9%、16%,芳(fang)(fang)(fang)綸(lun)盈(ying)利能力(li)保持國內最好水平(ping)。
