今年以來,江蘇省鹽業(ye)集團公(gong)司全面(mian)實施以(yi)“智(zhi)慧蘇鹽”為內容的江蘇鹽業(ye)“互聯(lian)網(wang)+”戰略,以(yi)營銷(xiao)體(ti)系(xi)和物流(liu)(liu)體(ti)系(xi)的信息(xi)化(hua)(hua)建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)為核(he)(he)心,扎實推進供(gong)應鏈系(xi)統(tong)(tong)改造、O2O平臺建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)、物流(liu)(liu)信息(xi)化(hua)(hua)平臺建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)三大工程,強(qiang)力推進“現代營銷(xiao)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)”、“客戶管理系(xi)統(tong)(tong)”、“物流(liu)(liu)配送(song)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)”、“財務核(he)(he)算系(xi)統(tong)(tong)”、“監督管理考核(he)(he)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)”、“OA協同系(xi)統(tong)(tong)”,以(yi)及“蘇鹽生(sheng)活家O2O線上線下一體(ti)化(hua)(hua)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)”的“6+1”系(xi)統(tong)(tong)建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)工作。通過(guo)信息(xi)化(hua)(hua)建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)的先行(xing)先試(shi),積極應對鹽業(ye)體(ti)制改革挑戰,全力助推企業(ye)轉型(xing)發(fa)展。
近期,集團公司(si)(si)歷經2個多(duo)(duo)月(yue)實施完成(cheng)(cheng)了供(gong)應(ying)鏈(lian)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)改造工程(cheng),以(yi)及(ji)ERP-NC系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong),徹底解決了多(duo)(duo)年(nian)來信(xin)(xin)息化(hua)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)中(zhong)運(yun)用系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)信(xin)(xin)息資源無法(fa)對接、不能共享(xiang),應(ying)用效率低下等(deng)問題。下一階段,集團公司(si)(si)還將(jiang)通過移動互聯技(ji)術集成(cheng)(cheng)營銷、物流、結算(suan)、審批等(deng)各系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)模塊功能,涵蓋公司(si)(si)業(ye)務(wu)監管(guan)的實用功能與服務(wu),形成(cheng)(cheng)信(xin)(xin)息共享(xiang)、決策統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)一的信(xin)(xin)息管(guan)理機(ji)制,進一步提高流通企業(ye)營銷工作效率,并將(jiang)陸續打造物流配送(song)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)、客戶關系(xi)(xi)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)、財務(wu)共享(xiang)平臺、監督考核系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)等(deng)“智慧蘇(su)鹽”“6+1”系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)平臺建設(she)工程(cheng),利用信(xin)(xin)息化(hua)創(chuang)新江蘇(su)鹽業(ye)管(guan)理和業(ye)務(wu)模式,快速(su)適(shi)應(ying)未來公司(si)(si)組織形式、商業(ye)模式、業(ye)務(wu)流程(cheng)以(yi)及(ji)外部客商等(deng)市場性變化(hua)。
