2015年青島公交集團民生權益持續向好

2015年(nian),青島公交(jiao)集團將(jiang)持續改(gai)善職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)生產生活條件,優化(hua)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)環境,降低勞動強(qiang)度,提升職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)幸(xing)福指(zhi)數作(zuo)為工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)重點(dian),通過職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)食堂、場站配套、體檢查體等與職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)利益(yi)相關的民生實事抓(zhua)手,累計投入資金3266萬元,使職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)共享企業改(gai)革發展紅利。

一是保障民主(zhu)管理(li)權益(yi)。充(chong)分發揮職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)代會(hui)與基(ji)層民管會(hui)的作用,確保維護最大(da)多數職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工的利(li)益(yi)。在工資分配、計(ji)劃(hua)下(xia)達、定崗(gang)定編等(deng)涉(she)(she)及(ji)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工切身(shen)利(li)益(yi)的重大(da)政策制(zhi)度的出臺前,都要由職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工代表進行集中(zhong)討論,進行完善修改后實行。凡是涉(she)(she)及(ji)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工重大(da)利(li)益(yi)的事(shi)(shi)項(xiang)(xiang),職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)代會(hui)不(bu)通(tong)過,一律不(bu)列入企業決策事(shi)(shi)項(xiang)(xiang)。2015年先后通(tong)過4次職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工代表會(hui)議,討論工資調(diao)整、加班費調(diao)整、安全事(shi)(shi)故管理(li)規定。有(you)5件(jian)涉(she)(she)及(ji)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工民生權益(yi)的事(shi)(shi)項(xiang)(xiang),均由職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)代會(hui)討論通(tong)過。

二是提(ti)(ti)高(gao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)福利水平。持續提(ti)(ti)高(gao)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)收入,重點(dian)向一線傾斜,2015年(nian)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)較往年(nian)增(zeng)(zeng)長9.8%;提(ti)(ti)高(gao)了職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作餐的補貼(tie)標準,調增(zeng)(zeng)了職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)防暑降溫(wen)標準,平均增(zeng)(zeng)幅61%;為全體職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)發放節(jie)日(ri)慰問(wen)品(pin),做到節(jie)日(ri)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)有關心、有慰問(wen),提(ti)(ti)高(gao)了職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)的企業歸屬感。

三是解(jie)決職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)后顧之(zhi)憂(you)。通過(guo)積(ji)極(ji)的(de)(de)溝(gou)通工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo),爭(zheng)取公共保障住房(fang)306套,并(bing)在分(fen)配上向一(yi)(yi)線(xian)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)傾(qing)斜,解(jie)決離車場距離較遠、住房(fang)困難(nan)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)后顧之(zhi)憂(you),使駕乘修人員得(de)到更好的(de)(de)休息;高度(du)重視一(yi)(yi)線(xian)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)心理狀態和身(shen)體(ti)狀況,增加檢(jian)查(cha)項目,提(ti)高體(ti)檢(jian)標(biao)準,把做好職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)療休養工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)作(zuo)為維護(hu)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)合法權(quan)益的(de)(de)重要內(nei)容之(zhi)一(yi)(yi)。組織開展的(de)(de)健康查(cha)體(ti)覆蓋17000名員工(gong)(gong)(gong),360名生產一(yi)(yi)線(xian)的(de)(de)優秀職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)脫產療休養。

四是升級后勤設(she)(she)施環(huan)境(jing)。為切實改善(shan)職工(gong)生產環(huan)境(jing),減輕勞(lao)動強度。全年新建(jian)車場配套、老(lao)舊車場改造更衣室、一體化(hua)站房和衛生間達(da)36處,覆蓋集團所(suo)屬固定車場。同(tong)時,建(jian)立首(shou)批職工(gong)服(fu)務站8個,新建(jian)和改造青島巴士驛站4個。建(jian)立職工(gong)食堂建(jian)設(she)(she)標(biao)準,全面推(tui)開食材統一配送模式,編制了(le)《食譜百(bai)例》,使食堂管理更加(jia)標(biao)準規(gui)范,職工(gong)生產工(gong)作環(huan)境(jing)更加(jia)適宜。

五(wu)是以民(min)生保(bao)障提(ti)(ti)升(sheng)經營管理能力。著眼(yan)于企(qi)業需(xu)要,將(jiang)后勤保(bao)障、職工(gong)(gong)需(xu)求與經營管理、服務(wu)水(shui)平的(de)提(ti)(ti)升(sheng)有效結合。為駕(jia)乘人(ren)員設計配(pei)發(fa)了(le)夏季裙裝短(duan)褲和冬季毛背心,為乘務(wu)員更(geng)新了(le)票包,為保(bao)潔員配(pei)備了(le)工(gong)(gong)具腰包;為全(quan)體(ti)女職工(gong)(gong)繳納特殊疾(ji)病互(hu)助保(bao)險(xian),幫扶(fu)救濟困(kun)難職工(gong)(gong)1860余人(ren)次,體(ti)現(xian)企(qi)業對困(kun)難職工(gong)(gong)的(de)關愛。
