2015年,青島(dao)公(gong)交集(ji)團將持續改(gai)善職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)生(sheng)產生(sheng)活條件,優化(hua)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)環境,降低勞動強度(du),提升職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)幸(xing)福指(zhi)數作(zuo)為(wei)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)重點,通過職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)食堂、場站配套、體(ti)檢(jian)查體(ti)等與職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)利益(yi)相關(guan)的(de)民生(sheng)實事抓手,累計投入資金(jin)3266萬元,使職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)共享(xiang)企業改(gai)革(ge)發展紅利。
一(yi)是(shi)(shi)保障民主管理權益(yi)。充分發揮職(zhi)(zhi)代會(hui)(hui)(hui)與基層民管會(hui)(hui)(hui)的(de)(de)作用(yong),確保維(wei)護(hu)最大(da)多數職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)利益(yi)。在工(gong)(gong)資分配、計劃下(xia)達、定崗(gang)定編等涉及(ji)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)切身利益(yi)的(de)(de)重大(da)政策(ce)制(zhi)度(du)的(de)(de)出(chu)臺前(qian),都要由職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)代表進行(xing)集(ji)中(zhong)討論,進行(xing)完善修改后(hou)實行(xing)。凡是(shi)(shi)涉及(ji)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)重大(da)利益(yi)的(de)(de)事(shi)項,職(zhi)(zhi)代會(hui)(hui)(hui)不通(tong)(tong)過(guo),一(yi)律不列(lie)入企(qi)業決策(ce)事(shi)項。2015年先后(hou)通(tong)(tong)過(guo)4次職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)代表會(hui)(hui)(hui)議,討論工(gong)(gong)資調整、加(jia)班費(fei)調整、安全(quan)事(shi)故(gu)管理規(gui)定。有5件涉及(ji)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)民生權益(yi)的(de)(de)事(shi)項,均由職(zhi)(zhi)代會(hui)(hui)(hui)討論通(tong)(tong)過(guo)。
二是提(ti)高(gao)(gao)工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)福利(li)水平。持續提(ti)高(gao)(gao)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)收(shou)入,重點向一線傾斜,2015年職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)較(jiao)往年增長9.8%;提(ti)高(gao)(gao)了職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)餐的(de)補貼標準(zhun),調增了職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)防暑(shu)降溫標準(zhun),平均增幅61%;為(wei)全體職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)發放節日(ri)慰問(wen)品(pin),做到節日(ri)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)有關心、有慰問(wen),提(ti)高(gao)(gao)了職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)的(de)企業歸屬感。
三是(shi)解決(jue)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)的(de)后顧之(zhi)憂(you)。通(tong)過(guo)積極的(de)溝通(tong)工(gong)(gong)作,爭(zheng)取公共保障住房306套(tao),并在分配(pei)上向一(yi)線職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)傾斜,解決(jue)離(li)車場距離(li)較遠、住房困(kun)難(nan)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)的(de)后顧之(zhi)憂(you),使駕乘(cheng)修人員得到更好(hao)(hao)的(de)休(xiu)息;高度重視一(yi)線職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)的(de)心理(li)狀態和身體(ti)狀況,增加檢查項目,提高體(ti)檢標準(zhun),把做好(hao)(hao)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)療(liao)休(xiu)養(yang)工(gong)(gong)作作為維護職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)合法權益的(de)重要內容之(zhi)一(yi)。組(zu)織開展的(de)健康查體(ti)覆蓋17000名(ming)員工(gong)(gong),360名(ming)生產(chan)一(yi)線的(de)優秀職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)脫(tuo)產(chan)療(liao)休(xiu)養(yang)。
四(si)是升級(ji)后(hou)勤設施環(huan)境。為切實改善職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)生產環(huan)境,減輕勞動強度(du)。全(quan)年新建(jian)(jian)車(che)場(chang)配(pei)套(tao)、老舊車(che)場(chang)改造(zao)更(geng)衣(yi)室(shi)、一體化(hua)站(zhan)房和(he)衛生間達36處,覆蓋集團所(suo)屬固定車(che)場(chang)。同(tong)時(shi),建(jian)(jian)立首批職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)服務站(zhan)8個,新建(jian)(jian)和(he)改造(zao)青島巴士驛(yi)站(zhan)4個。建(jian)(jian)立職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)食(shi)堂(tang)建(jian)(jian)設標準,全(quan)面推開食(shi)材統一配(pei)送模(mo)式(shi),編(bian)制了《食(shi)譜百例》,使食(shi)堂(tang)管理更(geng)加(jia)(jia)標準規范,職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)生產工(gong)作(zuo)環(huan)境更(geng)加(jia)(jia)適(shi)宜。
五是(shi)以民生保障提(ti)升經營管理能力。著(zhu)眼于企(qi)業(ye)需(xu)要,將后(hou)勤保障、職工(gong)(gong)(gong)需(xu)求(qiu)與經營管理、服務水平的提(ti)升有效(xiao)結合(he)。為(wei)駕乘人(ren)員(yuan)設計(ji)配發(fa)了夏(xia)季(ji)(ji)裙裝短(duan)褲和冬季(ji)(ji)毛背心(xin),為(wei)乘務員(yuan)更(geng)新了票(piao)包,為(wei)保潔員(yuan)配備了工(gong)(gong)(gong)具(ju)腰包;為(wei)全(quan)體女職工(gong)(gong)(gong)繳納(na)特殊疾(ji)病互助保險,幫(bang)扶救濟困難職工(gong)(gong)(gong)1860余人(ren)次(ci),體現企(qi)業(ye)對(dui)困難職工(gong)(gong)(gong)的關愛。
