日前(qian),“提質增效、轉型(xing)升(sheng)(sheng)級(ji)”大討(tao)論活動(dong)正在集團(tuan)公(gong)(gong)司(si)上(shang)下(xia)如(ru)火如(ru)荼地(di)(di)展開,集團(tuan)公(gong)(gong)司(si)黨(dang)(dang)委書記、董(dong)(dong)事(shi)(shi)長武(wu)華太和黨(dang)(dang)委副書記、副董(dong)(dong)事(shi)(shi)長、總(zong)經(jing)理(li)金(jin)智(zhi)新帶隊對部分子公(gong)(gong)司(si)進行(xing)了專題調(diao)研,以更好地(di)(di)推動(dong)“提質增效、轉型(xing)升(sheng)(sheng)級(ji)”工(gong)作。集團(tuan)公(gong)(gong)司(si)上(shang)下(xia)都要深刻認(ren)識“提質增效、轉型(xing)升(sheng)(sheng)級(ji)”的重(zhong)要意(yi)義,組織開展好大討(tao)論活動(dong),從實際工(gong)作出發,推動(dong)“提質增效、轉型(xing)升(sheng)(sheng)級(ji)”工(gong)作。
要深(shen)(shen)刻認識(shi)做好“提(ti)質增效、轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)型(xing)(xing)(xing)升級(ji)”工作的重要意義。“提(ti)質增效、轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)型(xing)(xing)(xing)升級(ji)”是煤(mei)炭供(gong)給(gei)(gei)側結(jie)(jie)構(gou)性改(gai)革的必(bi)(bi)由之路。在(zai)8月9日(ri)省(sheng)委(wei)省(sheng)政府召開的煤(mei)炭供(gong)給(gei)(gei)側結(jie)(jie)構(gou)性改(gai)革企(qi)業(ye)(ye)座談會上(shang),省(sheng)委(wei)書記駱惠寧(ning)提(ti)出,要深(shen)(shen)入推進(jin)煤(mei)炭供(gong)給(gei)(gei)側結(jie)(jie)構(gou)性改(gai)革,抓住市場倒逼機遇,加快煤(mei)炭企(qi)業(ye)(ye)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)型(xing)(xing)(xing)升級(ji)。在(zai)山西(xi)省(sheng)第十一(yi)(yi)次黨代(dai)會上(shang),他(ta)更是諄(zhun)諄(zhun)告(gao)誡大家,山西(xi)經濟已經到了發展(zhan)動力(li)深(shen)(shen)度轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)換、經濟結(jie)(jie)構(gou)全面升級(ji)的新(xin)階段,最緊(jin)要的是進(jin)一(yi)(yi)步(bu)(bu)把(ba)方向(xiang)搞對頭,進(jin)一(yi)(yi)步(bu)(bu)把(ba)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)型(xing)(xing)(xing)發展(zhan)的基礎打好,實現主動轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)型(xing)(xing)(xing)、創新(xin)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)型(xing)(xing)(xing)、深(shen)(shen)度轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)型(xing)(xing)(xing)、全面轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)型(xing)(xing)(xing),走出一(yi)(yi)條資(zi)源型(xing)(xing)(xing)省(sheng)份創新(xin)驅動、轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)型(xing)(xing)(xing)升級(ji)的新(xin)路。站(zhan)在(zai)新(xin)的歷(li)史發展(zhan)機遇面前,集團(tuan)公司要把(ba)握先機,永(yong)立潮(chao)頭,實現企(qi)業(ye)(ye)穩健發展(zhan),建設現代(dai)化新(xin)型(xing)(xing)(xing)能源集團(tuan),必(bi)(bi)須(xu)在(zai)高(gao)碳(tan)資(zi)源低碳(tan)發展(zhan)、黑色(se)煤(mei)炭綠色(se)開采上(shang)做文章,必(bi)(bi)須(xu)下好“提(ti)質增效、轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)型(xing)(xing)(xing)升級(ji)”這步(bu)(bu)棋。
