2017年(nian)山航服務板塊(kuai)(kuai)將持續堅持“真(zhen)情服務”底(di)線要求,繼續堅持“樹起一塊(kuai)(kuai)牌子、驅動兩(liang)個輪子、激活兩(liang)個動力(li)”的既定工(gong)(gong)作方針,以“十三五”戰略目標(biao)為(wei)引領(ling),以公(gong)司工(gong)(gong)作會議兩(liang)個報告(gao)為(wei)指導(dao),以服務工(gong)(gong)作管控方案為(wei)總(zong)抓手(shou),深入落實客戶導(dao)向(xiang)、需求導(dao)向(xiang)和問題導(dao)向(xiang),對標(biao)一流,創新發展(zhan),抓住(zhu)全(quan)流程關鍵時刻、提升服務呈(cheng)現,打造厚道服務品牌。
明確了2017年服(fu)務(wu)工(gong)(gong)作具體(ti)目標:航班(ban)正點率(lv)(lv)高于(yu)70%或(huo)行業排名(ming)(ming)前三位,旅客投(tou)訴率(lv)(lv)低于(yu)0.9次/萬人,有效投(tou)訴率(lv)(lv)0.185次/萬人,旅客滿意度(du)(CSS)在96分以上,權威媒體(ti)服(fu)務(wu)測評排名(ming)(ming)前4位,民航局消費者事(shi)務(wu)中心投(tou)訴率(lv)(lv)排名(ming)(ming)前3名(ming)(ming),并圍繞創新服(fu)務(wu)管理、服(fu)務(wu)建(jian)設性工(gong)(gong)作和做實厚(hou)道(dao)品牌三個方(fang)面,確定了三項管控措施。
一是做好創新服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)(li)工作(zuo),進(jin)(jin)一步推進(jin)(jin)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)精細化(hua)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)(li),完(wan)善服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)指(zhi)標管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)(li)體(ti)系(xi)(xi)。公司將圍(wei)繞夯實(shi)預防管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)(li)體(ti)系(xi)(xi)、優化(hua)指(zhi)標監控和監督體(ti)系(xi)(xi)、完(wan)善指(zhi)標考核體(ti)系(xi)(xi),不斷完(wan)善服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)管(guan)(guan)(guan)控機制,用數據量化(hua)評價服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu),并創新推出公司服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)評價指(zhi)數,結合部門實(shi)際情況監理(li)(li)(li)(li)關(guan)鍵指(zhi)標和專項(xiang)指(zhi)標,將服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)管(guan)(guan)(guan)控方案納入(ru)部門考核。
二是(shi)緊抓服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)建設性工作。建立三級立體跟(gen)蹤(zong)(zong)督導(dao),根據過程(cheng)指標(biao)性質(zhi)(zhi)不同(tong)進(jin)行日(ri)常、月度、季度三級跟(gen)蹤(zong)(zong)督導(dao),實(shi)(shi)現(xian)(xian)無縫(feng)隙(xi)督導(dao);大力(li)推(tui)進(jin)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)信息化建設,加快服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)轉型,以“魯(lu)雁管(guan)(guan)家”抓手,提升(sheng)高價值旅客粘性,拓展“服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)+”業(ye)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu),對行業(ye)新趨(qu)勢進(jin)行探索;完善服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)標(biao)準政(zheng)策體系管(guan)(guan)理,對標(biao)一流,持續推(tui)進(jin)“真(zhen)情(qing)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)”專項提升(sheng);多管(guan)(guan)齊下,夯實(shi)(shi)外委工作質(zhi)(zhi)量;完善服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)指標(biao)通(tong)報制(zhi)度,強化重點加碼督導(dao),建立服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)管(guan)(guan)控方(fang)案(an)完成質(zhi)(zhi)量通(tong)報獎懲(cheng)制(zhi)度,并按照“關鍵(jian)指標(biao)”“專項指標(biao)”“重要任務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)”等(deng)不同(tong)類別在公司績(ji)效合約獎懲(cheng)兌現(xian)(xian),實(shi)(shi)現(xian)(xian)績(ji)效合約兌現(xian)(xian)。
三(san)是夯實(shi)服(fu)務基礎,做(zuo)實(shi)厚(hou)(hou)道(dao)(dao)(dao)品牌(pai)。堅持(chi)(chi)“真情(qing)服(fu)務”底線要求,深(shen)化“厚(hou)(hou)道(dao)(dao)(dao)”服(fu)務文化的宣(xuan)貫,持(chi)(chi)續(xu)豐富“厚(hou)(hou)道(dao)(dao)(dao)”文化內涵,堅持(chi)(chi)需求導向、問題為導向,旅客導向,做(zuo)好厚(hou)(hou)道(dao)(dao)(dao)品牌(pai)的宣(xuan)傳工作,擴大山航“厚(hou)(hou)道(dao)(dao)(dao)”服(fu)務品牌(pai)的知名度與(yu)影(ying)響力;持(chi)(chi)續(xu)加強服(fu)務隊伍建設,以班組建設、明星選樹為抓手,提升服(fu)務隊伍整體素養和創新能(neng)力。
