近日，山東信(xin)托(tuo)(tuo)(tuo)向(xiang)山東省民政(zheng)廳遞交了(le)“山東信(xin)托(tuo)(tuo)(tuo)·大(da)同(tong)系列同(tong)心揚夢慈(ci)善信(xin)托(tuo)(tuo)(tuo)計劃”的備(bei)(bei)案材料，并(bing)成功獲得備(bei)(bei)案。這(zhe)是《慈(ci)善法》正式實施后山東信(xin)托(tuo)(tuo)(tuo)設(she)立的首只標準化(hua)慈(ci)善信(xin)托(tuo)(tuo)(tuo)產品，也是山東省第一(yi)單成功在民政(zheng)部門備(bei)(bei)案的慈(ci)善信(xin)托(tuo)(tuo)(tuo)。
“受(shou)(shou)人(ren)(ren)之托(tuo)(tuo)(tuo)(tuo)(tuo)，代(dai)人(ren)(ren)行善(shan)(shan)”，慈(ci)(ci)善(shan)(shan)信(xin)(xin)托(tuo)(tuo)(tuo)(tuo)(tuo)是指(zhi)委托(tuo)(tuo)(tuo)(tuo)(tuo)人(ren)(ren)基于慈(ci)(ci)善(shan)(shan)目的(de)，依法將其財產委托(tuo)(tuo)(tuo)(tuo)(tuo)給受(shou)(shou)托(tuo)(tuo)(tuo)(tuo)(tuo)人(ren)(ren)，由受(shou)(shou)托(tuo)(tuo)(tuo)(tuo)(tuo)人(ren)(ren)按照委托(tuo)(tuo)(tuo)(tuo)(tuo)人(ren)(ren)意愿(yuan)、以(yi)受(shou)(shou)托(tuo)(tuo)(tuo)(tuo)(tuo)人(ren)(ren)名義(yi)進行管(guan)理和處分，開(kai)展(zhan)慈(ci)(ci)善(shan)(shan)活動(dong)。2016年出(chu)臺的(de)《慈(ci)(ci)善(shan)(shan)法》專章列入(ru)慈(ci)(ci)善(shan)(shan)信(xin)(xin)托(tuo)(tuo)(tuo)(tuo)(tuo)，慈(ci)(ci)善(shan)(shan)信(xin)(xin)托(tuo)(tuo)(tuo)(tuo)(tuo)作為新型的(de)慈(ci)(ci)善(shan)(shan)方(fang)式，特別是引入(ru)信(xin)(xin)托(tuo)(tuo)(tuo)(tuo)(tuo)公司作為受(shou)(shou)托(tuo)(tuo)(tuo)(tuo)(tuo)人(ren)(ren)和資產管(guan)理者(zhe)，能(neng)(neng)夠(gou)充分發揮信(xin)(xin)托(tuo)(tuo)(tuo)(tuo)(tuo)的(de)制度(du)優(you)勢和資產管(guan)理能(neng)(neng)力，并且受(shou)(shou)到民政(zheng)部門與銀(yin)監部門的(de)雙重監管(guan)，將推動(dong)慈(ci)(ci)善(shan)(shan)事業(ye)向更(geng)透明、更(geng)高(gao)效的(de)方(fang)向發展(zhan)，成為推動(dong)我國慈(ci)(ci)善(shan)(shan)事業(ye)發展(zhan)的(de)重要力量(liang)。
