5月30日,隨著(zhu)最后一(yi)方混凝土的(de)澆筑完成(cheng),由(you)深(shen)圳(zhen)市地(di)(di)鐵(tie)(tie)集團(tuan)有(you)限(xian)公(gong)司(si)建(jian)(jian)設、中(zhong)鐵(tie)(tie)南方投資發展(zhan)有(you)限(xian)公(gong)司(si)總承(cheng)包、中(zhong)鐵(tie)(tie)北京(jing)工(gong)程(cheng)局集團(tuan)有(you)限(xian)公(gong)司(si)深(shen)圳(zhen)地(di)(di)鐵(tie)(tie)集團(tuan)建(jian)(jian)設負責(ze)施工(gong)的(de)深(shen)圳(zhen)地(di)(di)鐵(tie)(tie)6號線6102標合(he)水口至薯田埔區間(jian)150米大(da)跨(kua)橋(qiao)順利完成(cheng)合(he)攏,標志著(zhu)6號線橋(qiao)梁施工(gong)已進入收尾階段(duan),為實現早(zao)日通車(che)創造了又一(yi)有(you)利條件。

據悉,150m大(da)跨(kua)橋(qiao)位于(yu)(yu)6號線一期工(gong)程第16個區間,結(jie)(jie)構(gou)(gou)(gou)形式(shi)為(wei)四墩(dun)三跨(kua),全長330.122m(90.331m+150m+89.791m),線路平面位于(yu)(yu)半徑為(wei)550m的(de)曲(qu)線上,是目前為(wei)止(zhi)國內地鐵(tie)領域最大(da)跨(kua)度的(de)V型(xing)剛構(gou)(gou)(gou)連續梁拱(gong)橋(qiao)。與(yu)傳(chuan)統連續剛構(gou)(gou)(gou)橋(qiao)相(xiang)比(bi),此橋(qiao)結(jie)(jie)構(gou)(gou)(gou)上充分發揮(hui)了梁體(ti)和拱(gong)肋(lei)的(de)各自(zi)優(you)勢,拱(gong)肋(lei)承(cheng)擔(dan)彎矩(ju)和軸向(xiang)壓力,梁體(ti)承(cheng)擔(dan)彎矩(ju)和拉力,整體(ti)造型(xing)美觀,結(jie)(jie)構(gou)(gou)(gou)輕盈,投資經濟,與(yu)周(zhou)邊環境協調統一,是城市軌道交通(tong)橋(qiao)梁建設理念(nian)的(de)一種創新。

在工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程建(jian)設(she)中(zhong),建(jian)設(she)總部組(zu)織(zhi)各(ge)參建(jian)單位(wei)克服(fu)了交通疏解難(nan)、施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)場地窄、技術(shu)(shu)標準(zhun)高等困難(nan),攻(gong)克了C60高標號大(da)(da)體(ti)積(ji)混凝土施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)水(shui)化熱導(dao)致混凝土開裂(lie)的(de)(de)(de)(de)技術(shu)(shu)難(nan)題;積(ji)極(ji)實踐運用BIM技術(shu)(shu),科學精(jing)準(zhun)地反映整個施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)過程,繪制(zhi)關鍵(jian)部位(wei)的(de)(de)(de)(de)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)動畫,對施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)管理和(he)作業(ye)人員進行可(ke)視化交底;組(zu)建(jian)專(zhuan)業(ye)的(de)(de)(de)(de)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)監(jian)(jian)控團隊,實時(shi)監(jian)(jian)測核(he)算每個節(jie)段的(de)(de)(de)(de)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)狀態,有(you)效指(zhi)導(dao)下步(bu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)序的(de)(de)(de)(de)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong);針(zhen)對大(da)(da)跨(kua)橋V型剛構連續梁拱橋施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)困難(nan)大(da)(da)的(de)(de)(de)(de)特點,動態完善橋梁施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)過程的(de)(de)(de)(de)風險評估及管理體(ti)系,實現了施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)安全、質(zhi)量、進度(du)的(de)(de)(de)(de)有(you)效控制(zhi);合理組(zu)織(zhi)、認真謀劃,在確保高標準(zhun)、高質(zhi)量完成150米大(da)(da)跨(kua)橋建(jian)設(she)的(de)(de)(de)(de)前提下,有(you)效地縮(suo)短了施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)期,為后續預制(zhi)梁架設(she)、安裝(zhuang)裝(zhuang)修工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程順利的(de)(de)(de)(de)開展,奠定了堅實的(de)(de)(de)(de)基礎。

據了解,目(mu)前地鐵6號(hao)(hao)線(xian)一期20座(zuo)車(che)(che)站主體結(jie)(jie)構(gou)已(yi)完成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)90%,車(che)(che)站已(yi)實(shi)現封頂(ding)12座(zuo),高架橋梁完成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)約90%,區間(jian)(jian)隧道(dao)完成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)70%,預計年(nian)(nian)內(nei)可實(shi)現全(quan)部車(che)(che)站封頂(ding)與(yu)橋、洞全(quan)線(xian)貫通,下階段將陸續轉換(huan)工序(xu)至附屬結(jie)(jie)構(gou)及安裝裝修階段。6號(hao)(hao)線(xian)二(er)期于(yu)2016年(nian)(nian)6月(yue)開工,7座(zuo)車(che)(che)站也有3座(zuo)車(che)(che)站主體結(jie)(jie)構(gou)已(yi)實(shi)現封頂(ding),區間(jian)(jian)隧道(dao)完成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)約30%,高架區間(jian)(jian)約完成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)60%。為(wei)緩解北站樞紐的(de)交通換(huan)乘壓力,6號(hao)(hao)線(xian)一、二(er)期計劃(hua)于(yu)2020年(nian)(nian)同步建成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)開通。
深(shen)圳(zhen)地(di)鐵(tie)6號(hao)(hao)(hao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)全長約49.4km,其中(zhong)一(yi)期工程長約37.6km,起自深(shen)圳(zhen)北(bei)站(zhan)綜(zong)合交通樞紐(niu),終于松崗站(zhan),設(she)車站(zhan)20座(其中(zhong)地(di)下站(zhan)5座,高(gao)架(jia)站(zhan)15座),與4、5、11、13、15號(hao)(hao)(hao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)及廣深(shen)港客運專線(xian)(xian)(xian)綜(zong)合換乘,建設(she)期為(wei)2015-2020年。二期工程從深(shen)圳(zhen)北(bei)站(zhan)預留(liu)高(gao)架(jia)工程引(yin)出(chu),止(zhi)于科學館(guan)站(zhan),途(tu)經(jing)龍華、福(fu)田、羅湖三區(qu)(qu)(qu),與1、3、7、9號(hao)(hao)(hao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)及筍崗線(xian)(xian)(xian)(規劃中(zhong)的24號(hao)(hao)(hao)線(xian)(xian)(xian))換乘,長約11.8km,設(she)車站(zhan)7座,均為(wei)地(di)下站(zhan),建設(she)期為(wei)2016年-2020年。 深(shen)圳(zhen)地(di)鐵(tie)6號(hao)(hao)(hao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)是聯系深(shen)圳(zhen)核心城區(qu)(qu)(qu)與中(zhong)部綜(zong)合組團(tuan)、西部高(gao)新組團(tuan)的城市(shi)快線(xian)(xian)(xian),工程建成后(hou),對改善區(qu)(qu)(qu)域交通,方便市(shi)民出(chu)行,加速特區(qu)(qu)(qu)經(jing)濟一(yi)體(ti)化(hua)進程具有(you)極(ji)其重要的意(yi)義。
