日前,上海建工(gong)機施(shi)集團(tuan)軌交15號線(xian)姚虹(hong)路站(zhan)采(cai)(cai)用(yong)“預制+現(xian)澆迭(die)合拱殼”工(gong)藝施(shi)工(gong)的(de)(de)無柱拱形(xing)頂板(ban)完成(cheng)了(le)極限工(gong)況加載試(shi)(shi)驗(yan),各項監測數據全部達(da)到設計要(yao)求,該項試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)宣告成(cheng)功。采(cai)(cai)用(yong)該工(gong)藝進行大跨度拱殼結構(gou)施(shi)工(gong),既符合裝配式建筑的(de)(de)發(fa)展導向,提(ti)(ti)高工(gong)廠預制構(gou)件在(zai)結構(gou)中的(de)(de)比(bi)例,又可(ke)取消(xiao)現(xian)場支模的(de)(de)繁(fan)重工(gong)作,簡化現(xian)場施(shi)工(gong)工(gong)序,提(ti)(ti)高施(shi)工(gong)效率。同時,預制構(gou)件的(de)(de)制作精度高,外(wai)觀質量好,易于(yu)實現(xian)清水(shui)混凝土(tu)的(de)(de)感觀效果。在(zai)地鐵車(che)站(zhan)中采(cai)(cai)用(yong)此(ci)工(gong)藝,由于(yu)沒(mei)有中柱的(de)(de)遮擋(dang),可(ke)使(shi)車(che)站(zhan)內(nei)部空間更為開闊,大幅增加乘客的(de)(de)舒適感。
