日(ri)前,上(shang)海建(jian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)機(ji)施(shi)(shi)集團軌交15號線姚(yao)虹路站(zhan)(zhan)采(cai)用“預(yu)制(zhi)(zhi)+現澆迭合拱殼(ke)”工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)(yi)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)無柱拱形頂板完成(cheng)了極(ji)限工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)況加(jia)載試驗(yan),各項監測數據全部達到設計(ji)要求,該(gai)項試驗(yan)宣告(gao)成(cheng)功。采(cai)用該(gai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)(yi)進行大跨度(du)拱殼(ke)結構(gou)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),既符合裝配(pei)式建(jian)筑的(de)發展導向,提(ti)高工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)廠預(yu)制(zhi)(zhi)構(gou)件在結構(gou)中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)比例,又可(ke)(ke)取消(xiao)現場(chang)(chang)支模的(de)繁重工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作,簡化現場(chang)(chang)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)序,提(ti)高施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)效率(lv)。同時,預(yu)制(zhi)(zhi)構(gou)件的(de)制(zhi)(zhi)作精度(du)高,外(wai)觀質量好,易于實現清(qing)水混(hun)凝土(tu)的(de)感觀效果。在地鐵(tie)車(che)站(zhan)(zhan)中(zhong)(zhong)采(cai)用此工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)(yi),由于沒(mei)有中(zhong)(zhong)柱的(de)遮擋,可(ke)(ke)使車(che)站(zhan)(zhan)內(nei)部空(kong)間(jian)更(geng)為開闊,大幅增加(jia)乘(cheng)客的(de)舒適感。
