發揮智能科技和制造業深度融合的“化學反應”,新一輪科技革命和產業變革的歷史性交匯,為中國制造業轉型升級提供了歷史性機遇
當前,智(zhi)能(neng)化(hua)(hua)浪潮(chao)由線(xian)(xian)上向線(xian)(xian)下奔涌,大數(shu)(shu)據、云計算、人(ren)(ren)工智(zhi)能(neng)和(he)5G技術等數(shu)(shu)字(zi)技術與傳(chuan)統(tong)產(chan)業(ye)(ye)加快融(rong)合(he)。從智(zhi)能(neng)化(hua)(hua)改造(zao),到搭建工業(ye)(ye)互聯網平(ping)臺,再到建設數(shu)(shu)字(zi)化(hua)(hua)車間、無(wu)人(ren)(ren)工廠、智(zhi)能(neng)工廠等,智(zhi)能(neng)制造(zao)成為傳(chuan)統(tong)制造(zao)行業(ye)(ye)轉型(xing)升級的破題之舉,不少地方已展開一系列的實際(ji)行動。
加快(kuai)推進(jin)智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)(zao),是制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)(zao)業(ye)(ye)升級(ji)的必然(ran)路徑,也是形(xing)成(cheng)(cheng)更多新的增長點的有效(xiao)途徑。不久前,中(zhong)(zhong)央全面深化改革委員會第十四次會議(yi)強調,“以智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)(zao)為主(zhu)攻方(fang)(fang)向(xiang),加快(kuai)工(gong)(gong)業(ye)(ye)互聯網創(chuang)新發(fa)(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan),加快(kuai)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)(zao)業(ye)(ye)生(sheng)產方(fang)(fang)式(shi)和企(qi)業(ye)(ye)形(xing)態根本性變(bian)革”。今年的《政(zheng)府工(gong)(gong)作報告》也明確指出,“發(fa)(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)工(gong)(gong)業(ye)(ye)互聯網,推進(jin)智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)(zao)”。這反映(ying)出,智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)(zao)正日(ri)益成(cheng)(cheng)為未來制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)(zao)業(ye)(ye)發(fa)(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)的重大趨勢和核心(xin)內(nei)容,對推動(dong)工(gong)(gong)業(ye)(ye)向(xiang)中(zhong)(zhong)高端邁進(jin)具有重要(yao)作用。加快(kuai)推進(jin)新一代信(xin)息技術和制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)(zao)業(ye)(ye)融(rong)合發(fa)(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan),提升制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)(zao)業(ye)(ye)數字(zi)化、網絡化、智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)化發(fa)(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)水平,才能(neng)進(jin)一步(bu)加速推動(dong)“制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)(zao)”向(xiang)“智(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)(zao)”的轉(zhuan)變(bian)。
當前,數(shu)字技(ji)術開始由(you)消費領(ling)域(yu)向(xiang)生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)領(ling)域(yu)、由(you)虛擬經(jing)濟(ji)向(xiang)實(shi)體經(jing)濟(ji)延伸,正在重新定義(yi)生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)鏈(lian)條,自動化(hua)(hua)、數(shu)字化(hua)(hua)和智能(neng)化(hua)(hua)的新制(zhi)造呼之欲出。在數(shu)字化(hua)(hua)車間(jian),生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)鏈(lian)條的各個(ge)環節進行積極的交(jiao)互、協作(zuo)與賦能(neng),提高生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)效率;在智能(neng)化(hua)(hua)生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)線上(shang),產(chan)業(ye)工人與工業(ye)機(ji)器人并(bing)肩工作(zuo),形成了人機(ji)協同的共(gong)生(sheng)(sheng)生(sheng)(sheng)態;而通過3D打(da)(da)印(yin)這(zhe)一變(bian)革性(xing)技(ji)術,零部件(jian)(jian)可以(yi)按個(ge)性(xing)化(hua)(hua)定制(zhi)的形狀打(da)(da)印(yin)出來……軟件(jian)(jian)更加智能(neng),機(ji)器人更加靈巧,生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)線更加“聰明”,網(wang)絡服務(wu)更加便捷,生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)方(fang)式不斷優化(hua)(hua),上(shang)下游資源加速(su)整(zheng)合(he)。新一輪(lun)科技(ji)革命(ming)和產(chan)業(ye)變(bian)革的歷史(shi)性(xing)交(jiao)匯,為中國制(zhi)造業(ye)轉型升級(ji)提供(gong)了歷史(shi)性(xing)機(ji)遇。
智能(neng)(neng)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)(zao)(zao)重在發(fa)揮智能(neng)(neng)科(ke)(ke)技和制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)(zao)(zao)業(ye)深(shen)度融合的(de)(de)“化學反應”。工(gong)業(ye)互聯(lian)(lian)網作為(wei)新型基(ji)礎設施(shi)的(de)(de)重要內(nei)容,可(ke)通過(guo)(guo)實現人(ren)(ren)、機、物的(de)(de)全面(mian)互聯(lian)(lian),打通從(cong)研(yan)發(fa)到市場的(de)(de)全價值(zhi)鏈。尤其是實現智能(neng)(neng)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)(zao)(zao)過(guo)(guo)程中,人(ren)(ren)工(gong)智能(neng)(neng)等(deng)(deng)新技術融入先進制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)(zao)(zao)技術后,可(ke)實現從(cong)產(chan)(chan)(chan)品設計(ji)到生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)調度、故障診斷(duan)等(deng)(deng)各個(ge)環節的(de)(de)智能(neng)(neng)化驅動,在提高效(xiao)率、降(jiang)低成(cheng)本同時實現個(ge)性化、定制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)化的(de)(de)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)(zao)(zao),從(cong)而(er)提升產(chan)(chan)(chan)品的(de)(de)科(ke)(ke)技溢價。山東青島的(de)(de)一份(fen)調查(cha)顯示(shi),智能(neng)(neng)化改造(zao)(zao)(zao)后,企(qi)業(ye)的(de)(de)平均生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)效(xiao)率提升20%以上、運(yun)營成(cheng)本降(jiang)低20%左(zuo)右(you)、產(chan)(chan)(chan)品研(yan)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)周(zhou)期縮(suo)短35%左(zuo)右(you);江蘇常州的(de)(de)一項抽樣調查(cha)也(ye)顯示(shi),當地(di)企(qi)業(ye)智能(neng)(neng)化改造(zao)(zao)(zao)后,智能(neng)(neng)車間產(chan)(chan)(chan)值(zhi)提高約70%,單位產(chan)(chan)(chan)值(zhi)成(cheng)本下降(jiang)約20%。而(er)智能(neng)(neng)化的(de)(de)全面(mian)深(shen)入,還會催(cui)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)數字制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)(zao)(zao)、智能(neng)(neng)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)(zao)(zao)、服務型制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)(zao)(zao)等(deng)(deng)新型制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)(zao)(zao)模式,增強(qiang)產(chan)(chan)(chan)品的(de)(de)市場競(jing)爭(zheng)力(li)。
智能(neng)(neng)化(hua)(hua)的(de)(de)意義不(bu)僅在于(yu)優(you)化(hua)(hua)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)和(he)供給,更在于(yu)能(neng)(neng)夠借助大(da)數據(ju)與算(suan)法成功實現供給與需求的(de)(de)精準對接,從而(er)實現個(ge)性化(hua)(hua)定制(zhi)(zhi)和(he)流水線生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)的(de)(de)有機結合(he)。一些(xie)老字號品牌(pai)通(tong)(tong)過(guo)消(xiao)費端數據(ju)分析,制(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)出更適合(he)年輕人偏(pian)好的(de)(de)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)品,能(neng)(neng)讓老品牌(pai)獲得新生(sheng)。一些(xie)制(zhi)(zhi)衣(yi)企業利用大(da)數據(ju)技術,存儲(chu)了個(ge)性化(hua)(hua)定制(zhi)(zhi)西裝的(de)(de)所(suo)有信(xin)息,包括衣(yi)服每(mei)個(ge)部位的(de)(de)尺(chi)碼、選擇(ze)的(de)(de)材料、縫(feng)制(zhi)(zhi)時需要的(de)(de)工藝等,使得一條(tiao)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)線上可以生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)款式(shi)、面料、風格、尺(chi)寸(cun)等細節各不(bu)相(xiang)同的(de)(de)西裝。通(tong)(tong)過(guo)大(da)數據(ju)和(he)云計算(suan)分析,可以把線上消(xiao)費端數據(ju)和(he)線下生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)端數據(ju)打通(tong)(tong),運(yun)用消(xiao)費端的(de)(de)大(da)數據(ju)逆向(xiang)優(you)化(hua)(hua)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)端的(de)(de)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)品制(zhi)(zhi)造(zao),為制(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)業轉型升級提供了新路(lu)徑。
隨著(zhu)新基建的(de)加(jia)(jia)快(kuai)推進,智(zhi)能制(zhi)造迎來了更好的(de)發展(zhan)良機(ji)。5G基站以(yi)每(mei)周1萬多個的(de)數(shu)量增長,多家龍頭企(qi)(qi)業(ye)搭建的(de)工(gong)業(ye)互聯(lian)網幫助中小企(qi)(qi)業(ye)加(jia)(jia)入智(zhi)能化大(da)軍……通過(guo)政府、企(qi)(qi)業(ye)等各方形成合(he)力,持續深入推進智(zhi)能制(zhi)造,將會讓更多的(de)制(zhi)造企(qi)(qi)業(ye)受益,并為產(chan)業(ye)轉型升級和經濟高質量發展(zhan)釋放更多新動(dong)能。(余建斌)
