國家統計局(ju)9月(yue)(yue)15日發布(bu)數據(ju)顯示,8月(yue)(yue)份(fen)(fen),各(ge)地區各(ge)部門(men)科學統籌疫情(qing)防控(kong)和經(jing)濟社會發展(zhan)(zhan),生產需求繼續回升(sheng),就業物(wu)價總(zong)體(ti)穩(wen)定(ding),發展(zhan)(zhan)動力活力進一步(bu)增強,經(jing)濟運行持(chi)續穩(wen)定(ding)恢(hui)復。其中,1-8月(yue)(yue)份(fen)(fen),全國規模以上工業增加值同(tong)比增長(chang)0.4%,增速(su)實現由(you)負(fu)轉正(zheng)(zheng);8月(yue)(yue)份(fen)(fen)社會消(xiao)費品零售總(zong)額33571億元,同(tong)比增長(chang)0.5%,增速(su)年(nian)內首次由(you)負(fu)轉正(zheng)(zheng)。

一、工業生產加快恢復,累計增速由負轉正
8月(yue)(yue)份,全(quan)國規模以(yi)(yi)上(shang)工(gong)(gong)業(ye)(ye)增加(jia)值(zhi)(zhi)同比(bi)增長(chang)5.6%,增速比(bi)7月(yue)(yue)份加(jia)快0.8個(ge)百(bai)分(fen)點(dian);環比(bi)增長(chang)1.02%。1-8月(yue)(yue)份,全(quan)國規模以(yi)(yi)上(shang)工(gong)(gong)業(ye)(ye)增加(jia)值(zhi)(zhi)同比(bi)增長(chang)0.4%,增速實現由負轉正。8月(yue)(yue)份,分(fen)經(jing)濟類型看,國有控(kong)股企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)增加(jia)值(zhi)(zhi)同比(bi)增長(chang)5.2%;股份制(zhi)企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)增長(chang)5.8%,外商及港澳臺商投資企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)增長(chang)5.3%;私營企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)增長(chang)5.7%。分(fen)三大門類看,采(cai)礦業(ye)(ye)增加(jia)值(zhi)(zhi)同比(bi)增長(chang)1.6%,制(zhi)造業(ye)(ye)增長(chang)6.0%,電(dian)力、熱(re)力、燃氣(qi)及水生產(chan)和供應業(ye)(ye)增長(chang)5.8%。8月(yue)(yue)份,裝備(bei)制(zhi)造業(ye)(ye)和高技術制(zhi)造業(ye)(ye)增加(jia)值(zhi)(zhi)同比(bi)分(fen)別(bie)增長(chang)10.8%、7.6%,快于規模以(yi)(yi)上(shang)工(gong)(gong)業(ye)(ye)5.2、2.0個(ge)百(bai)分(fen)點(dian)。從產(chan)品(pin)產(chan)量(liang)看,挖掘、鏟土運輸(shu)機械,工(gong)(gong)業(ye)(ye)機器人(ren),智(zhi)能(neng)手機,集成電(dian)路(lu),微型計算機設備(bei)產(chan)量(liang)分(fen)別(bie)增長(chang)34.1%、32.5%、12.1%、12.1%、12.0%。
1-7月份(fen),全國規模以上工(gong)業(ye)企業(ye)實現(xian)利潤(run)總(zong)額(e)31023億元,同比(bi)下降(jiang)8.1%,降(jiang)幅比(bi)1-6月份(fen)收窄4.7個(ge)百分(fen)點;7月份(fen),規模以上工(gong)業(ye)企業(ye)實現(xian)利潤(run)總(zong)額(e)同比(bi)增長19.6%,增速比(bi)6月份(fen)加(jia)快8.1個(ge)百分(fen)點。
二、服務業生產穩定增長,生活性服務業持續回暖
8月(yue)(yue)份(fen)(fen),全國服務(wu)(wu)業(ye)(ye)生產(chan)指(zhi)(zhi)數(shu)同(tong)比(bi)(bi)(bi)(bi)增長(chang)4.0%,比(bi)(bi)(bi)(bi)7月(yue)(yue)份(fen)(fen)上升0.5個(ge)(ge)百分點。1-8月(yue)(yue)份(fen)(fen),服務(wu)(wu)業(ye)(ye)生產(chan)指(zhi)(zhi)數(shu)同(tong)比(bi)(bi)(bi)(bi)下降3.6%,降幅比(bi)(bi)(bi)(bi)1-7月(yue)(yue)份(fen)(fen)收窄1.1個(ge)(ge)百分點。從主要(yao)行(xing)業(ye)(ye)看,8月(yue)(yue)份(fen)(fen),信息(xi)傳(chuan)輸(shu)、軟件和信息(xi)技術服務(wu)(wu)業(ye)(ye),房地產(chan)業(ye)(ye),交(jiao)通運輸(shu)、倉儲和郵政業(ye)(ye)生產(chan)指(zhi)(zhi)數(shu)同(tong)比(bi)(bi)(bi)(bi)分別增長(chang)13.8%、9.4%、3.3%,比(bi)(bi)(bi)(bi)7月(yue)(yue)份(fen)(fen)分別加快0.1、1.6、1.2個(ge)(ge)百分點。8月(yue)(yue)份(fen)(fen),服務(wu)(wu)業(ye)(ye)商務(wu)(wu)活動(dong)指(zhi)(zhi)數(shu)為54.3%,比(bi)(bi)(bi)(bi)7月(yue)(yue)份(fen)(fen)上升1.2個(ge)(ge)百分點。從行(xing)業(ye)(ye)看,交(jiao)通運輸(shu)、電信等行(xing)業(ye)(ye)商務(wu)(wu)活動(dong)指(zhi)(zhi)數(shu)連續(xu)4個(ge)(ge)月(yue)(yue)位于60.0%以(yi)上;住(zhu)宿、餐飲、文化(hua)體育(yu)娛樂等行(xing)業(ye)(ye)呈現回(hui)暖跡象(xiang),商務(wu)(wu)活動(dong)指(zhi)(zhi)數(shu)均高于57.0%;租賃(lin)及(ji)商務(wu)(wu)服務(wu)(wu)業(ye)(ye)商務(wu)(wu)活動(dong)指(zhi)(zhi)數(shu)升至50.0%以(yi)上。
1-7月份,規模以上服務業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)企業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)營(ying)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)收(shou)入同比(bi)下降(jiang)3.8%,降(jiang)幅(fu)比(bi)1-6月份收(shou)窄0.9個百分點;其中,信息傳輸、軟(ruan)件和信息技術服務業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)營(ying)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)收(shou)入增長(chang)10.3%。
三、市場銷售由降轉升,網上銷售持續增加
8月(yue)(yue)份,社會消(xiao)費(fei)品(pin)零售(shou)(shou)(shou)總(zong)額(e)(e)33571億(yi)元(yuan)(yuan),同比(bi)(bi)(bi)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長0.5%,增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)速年內首次(ci)由負轉(zhuan)正;環比(bi)(bi)(bi)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長1.25%。1-8月(yue)(yue)份,社會消(xiao)費(fei)品(pin)零售(shou)(shou)(shou)總(zong)額(e)(e)238029億(yi)元(yuan)(yuan),同比(bi)(bi)(bi)下降8.6%,降幅比(bi)(bi)(bi)1-7月(yue)(yue)份收窄1.3個百(bai)分(fen)點(dian)。8月(yue)(yue)份,按(an)經(jing)營單位所在地(di)分(fen),城鎮消(xiao)費(fei)品(pin)零售(shou)(shou)(shou)額(e)(e)29273億(yi)元(yuan)(yuan),同比(bi)(bi)(bi)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長0.5%;鄉村消(xiao)費(fei)品(pin)零售(shou)(shou)(shou)額(e)(e)4298億(yi)元(yuan)(yuan),增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長0.7%。按(an)消(xiao)費(fei)類(lei)(lei)型(xing)分(fen),餐飲收入3619億(yi)元(yuan)(yuan),同比(bi)(bi)(bi)下降7.0%;商(shang)品(pin)零售(shou)(shou)(shou)29951億(yi)元(yuan)(yuan),增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長1.5%。消(xiao)費(fei)升級類(lei)(lei)商(shang)品(pin)銷售(shou)(shou)(shou)較快(kuai)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長。8月(yue)(yue)份,通訊器(qi)材類(lei)(lei)、化妝品(pin)類(lei)(lei)、金銀珠寶類(lei)(lei)、汽車類(lei)(lei)商(shang)品(pin)分(fen)別增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長25.1%、19.0%、15.3%、11.8%。網上零售(shou)(shou)(shou)持續增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)加。1-8月(yue)(yue)份,全國網上零售(shou)(shou)(shou)額(e)(e)70326億(yi)元(yuan)(yuan),同比(bi)(bi)(bi)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長9.5%,比(bi)(bi)(bi)1-7月(yue)(yue)份加快(kuai)0.5個百(bai)分(fen)點(dian);其中,實物(wu)商(shang)品(pin)網上零售(shou)(shou)(shou)額(e)(e)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長15.8%,比(bi)(bi)(bi)1-7月(yue)(yue)份加快(kuai)0.1個百(bai)分(fen)點(dian),占社會消(xiao)費(fei)品(pin)零售(shou)(shou)(shou)總(zong)額(e)(e)的比(bi)(bi)(bi)重(zhong)為24.6%。
四、固定資產投資降幅明顯收窄,投資結構繼續優化

五、貨物進出口保持增長,貿易結構調整優化
8月份,貨(huo)物進(jin)(jin)出(chu)口(kou)(kou)總額(e)28839億(yi)元,同比增長6.0%。其中(zhong),出(chu)口(kou)(kou)16502億(yi)元,增長11.6%;進(jin)(jin)口(kou)(kou)12336億(yi)元,下降0.5%。進(jin)(jin)出(chu)口(kou)(kou)相抵(di),貿(mao)易順差4166億(yi)元。1-8月份,貨(huo)物進(jin)(jin)出(chu)口(kou)(kou)總額(e)200488億(yi)元,同比下降0.6%。其中(zhong),出(chu)口(kou)(kou)110483億(yi)元,增長0.8%,年內累計增速首次實現正增長;進(jin)(jin)口(kou)(kou)90005億(yi)元,下降2.3%。貿(mao)易方式繼(ji)續(xu)調整。高新技術產品(pin)和機電產品(pin)出(chu)口(kou)(kou)分(fen)別增長5.5%、2.1%。一般貿(mao)易進(jin)(jin)出(chu)口(kou)(kou)占(zhan)(zhan)進(jin)(jin)出(chu)口(kou)(kou)總額(e)的比重為60.3%,比上年同期提高0.7個百分(fen)點。民營(ying)企業進(jin)(jin)出(chu)口(kou)(kou)占(zhan)(zhan)進(jin)(jin)出(chu)口(kou)(kou)總額(e)的比重為45.9%,比上年同期提高3.9個百分(fen)點。
六、城鎮調查失業率略有下降,就業形勢總體穩定
1-8月(yue)份(fen),全(quan)國城鎮新增就業(ye)781萬人(ren),與上(shang)年同期相比(bi)(bi)少(shao)增203萬人(ren)。8月(yue)份(fen),全(quan)國城鎮調(diao)查失(shi)業(ye)率(lv)為(wei)5.6%,比(bi)(bi)上(shang)月(yue)下(xia)降0.1個(ge)百分點(dian);其中25-59歲人(ren)口調(diao)查失(shi)業(ye)率(lv)為(wei)4.8%,比(bi)(bi)7月(yue)份(fen)下(xia)降0.2個(ge)百分點(dian)。31個(ge)大城市(shi)城鎮調(diao)查失(shi)業(ye)率(lv)為(wei)5.7%,比(bi)(bi)7月(yue)份(fen)下(xia)降0.1個(ge)百分點(dian)。8月(yue)份(fen),全(quan)國企業(ye)就業(ye)人(ren)員周平均工作時間為(wei)46.8小(xiao)時,與7月(yue)份(fen)持平。
七、居民消費價格漲幅有所回落,工業生產者出廠價格降幅繼續收窄
8月(yue)份(fen),全國(guo)居民消費價(jia)(jia)格(ge)同(tong)比上(shang)(shang)(shang)漲(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)2.4%,漲(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)幅比7月(yue)份(fen)回落0.3個百(bai)分(fen)點;環比上(shang)(shang)(shang)漲(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)0.4%。1-8月(yue)份(fen),全國(guo)居民消費價(jia)(jia)格(ge)同(tong)比上(shang)(shang)(shang)漲(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)3.5%,漲(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)幅比1-7月(yue)份(fen)回落0.2個百(bai)分(fen)點。分(fen)類別(bie)看,8月(yue)份(fen),食品(pin)煙(yan)酒價(jia)(jia)格(ge)同(tong)比上(shang)(shang)(shang)漲(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)8.8%,衣著下(xia)(xia)(xia)(xia)降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)0.5%,居住下(xia)(xia)(xia)(xia)降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)0.7%,生活用(yong)品(pin)及服務(wu)下(xia)(xia)(xia)(xia)降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)0.1%,交通和(he)(he)通信下(xia)(xia)(xia)(xia)降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)3.9%,教育(yu)文化和(he)(he)娛樂價(jia)(jia)格(ge)持平(ping),醫療保健上(shang)(shang)(shang)漲(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)1.5%,其他用(yong)品(pin)和(he)(he)服務(wu)上(shang)(shang)(shang)漲(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)6.1%。在食品(pin)煙(yan)酒價(jia)(jia)格(ge)中(zhong),豬肉上(shang)(shang)(shang)漲(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)52.6%,鮮菜上(shang)(shang)(shang)漲(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)11.7%,糧食上(shang)(shang)(shang)漲(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)1.5%,鮮果下(xia)(xia)(xia)(xia)降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)19.8%。扣除食品(pin)和(he)(he)能源價(jia)(jia)格(ge)后(hou)的核心CPI上(shang)(shang)(shang)漲(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)0.5%,漲(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)幅與7月(yue)份(fen)持平(ping)。
8月(yue)份,全(quan)(quan)國(guo)工(gong)(gong)業(ye)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)者(zhe)出廠價(jia)(jia)格(ge)同比(bi)(bi)下降2.0%,降幅比(bi)(bi)7月(yue)份收窄(zhai)0.4個(ge)百(bai)分點(dian);環(huan)比(bi)(bi)上(shang)(shang)漲0.3%。工(gong)(gong)業(ye)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)者(zhe)購進(jin)價(jia)(jia)格(ge)同比(bi)(bi)下降2.5%,降幅比(bi)(bi)7月(yue)份收窄(zhai)0.8個(ge)百(bai)分點(dian);環(huan)比(bi)(bi)上(shang)(shang)漲0.6%。1-8月(yue)份,全(quan)(quan)國(guo)工(gong)(gong)業(ye)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)者(zhe)出廠價(jia)(jia)格(ge)和工(gong)(gong)業(ye)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)者(zhe)購進(jin)價(jia)(jia)格(ge)同比(bi)(bi)分別下降2.0%、2.7%。
八、金融運行穩定,市場信心增強
8月(yue)(yue)末,社(she)會融資規模存(cun)量為277萬(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)億元(yuan)(yuan),同(tong)比(bi)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)13.3%;其中對實體經(jing)濟發放的人民幣(bi)貸款余額(e)為166萬(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)億元(yuan)(yuan),增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)13.3%。廣義(yi)貨幣(bi)(M2)余額(e)214萬(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)億元(yuan)(yuan),同(tong)比(bi)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)10.4%;狹義(yi)貨幣(bi)(M1)余額(e)60萬(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)億元(yuan)(yuan),增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)8.0%,增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)速比(bi)7月(yue)(yue)末高(gao)1.1個百分點;流通(tong)中貨幣(bi)(M0)余額(e)8萬(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)億元(yuan)(yuan),增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)9.4%。8月(yue)(yue)末,人民幣(bi)貸款余額(e)167萬(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)億元(yuan)(yuan),同(tong)比(bi)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)13.0%,增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)速與7月(yue)(yue)末持平。8月(yue)(yue)份,人民幣(bi)貸款增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)加(jia)1.28萬(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)億元(yuan)(yuan),同(tong)比(bi)多增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)694億元(yuan)(yuan)。
8月份(fen),綜合PMI產出指數為54.5%,比(bi)7月份(fen)上升0.4個(ge)百分(fen)點。其中,制造(zao)業采購經理指數為51.0%,非(fei)制造(zao)業商務活(huo)動指數為55.2%,均(jun)連(lian)續6個(ge)月位于臨(lin)界點以上。
