對于我們中華(hua)民族而言,大自然仿佛顯得格外眷顧,靈(ling)巧的造化之手在這(zhe)塊錦(jin)繡大地上“勾勒”出萬千(qian)河流(liu),有(you)黃河、長江、瀾(lan)滄江,有(you)淮河、黑龍江、雅魯藏布江……數千(qian)年來,它們朝著大海,永不(bu)(bu)停息(xi)地奔(ben)流(liu),不(bu)(bu)僅(jin)為我們孕育了(le)萬里(li)沃野,構(gou)建了(le)民族特有(you)的文化心理,培養了(le)共有(you)的民族情感,而且賦予了(le)我們驚人(ren)的能量。

在漫長的(de)(de)(de)(de)古代(dai)社會(hui),這驚人的(de)(de)(de)(de)能量常常幻化為雄(xiong)奇(qi)絢麗(li)的(de)(de)(de)(de)詩篇和畫作等(deng)藝術形(xing)式,豐(feng)富著(zhu)中國人的(de)(de)(de)(de)精神世界(jie),卻極少得到現實的(de)(de)(de)(de)開發利(li)用。進入近現代(dai)社會(hui),隨著(zhu)水(shui)(shui)利(li)水(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)技術的(de)(de)(de)(de)進步,特別是改革開放(fang)40年(nian)來,我們在對現代(dai)水(shui)(shui)利(li)水(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)科(ke)技學習基礎上進行大膽創(chuang)新,造(zao)就了一(yi)批舉世矚目的(de)(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng),成為世界(jie)公(gong)認的(de)(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)強國。不僅(jin)如此,我們還(huan)把掌握的(de)(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)技術和積累的(de)(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)經驗與世界(jie)各國特別是廣大發展中國家分享(xiang),讓那里的(de)(de)(de)(de)民眾獲(huo)得低廉的(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)能,點亮生(sheng)活和夢(meng)想。

總裝機容量全球第一  開發利用空間廣闊

據(ju)統計(ji),到(dao)1978年(nian)(nian)底,中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)水電裝(zhuang)機(ji)(ji)容量達(da)到(dao)1867萬千(qian)(qian)瓦(wa)(wa),年(nian)(nian)發(fa)電量496億千(qian)(qian)瓦(wa)(wa)時。這(zhe)是(shi)(shi)改革(ge)開(kai)放啟動(dong)之時,中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)的(de)(de)(de)水電家(jia)(jia)底。鑒于新中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)成立初(chu),水電的(de)(de)(de)薄弱基礎和(he)十年(nian)(nian)“文革(ge)”的(de)(de)(de)巨(ju)大(da)破壞,攢到(dao)這(zhe)樣的(de)(de)(de)家(jia)(jia)底無疑是(shi)(shi)非常難能(neng)可貴的(de)(de)(de)。作為中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)第一座(zuo)(zuo)自行(xing)設計(ji)、自制(zhi)設備、自己施工建造的(de)(de)(de)大(da)型(xing)水力(li)發(fa)電站(zhan)(zhan),新安江水電站(zhan)(zhan)是(shi)(shi)中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)水利電力(li)事(shi)業史上的(de)(de)(de)一座(zuo)(zuo)豐碑,它始(shi)建于1957年(nian)(nian),歷(li)時3年(nian)(nian)即建成投產,年(nian)(nian)均發(fa)電量達(da)19.6億千(qian)(qian)瓦(wa)(wa)時。“黃(huang)河明珠”劉家(jia)(jia)峽水電站(zhan)(zhan)于1975年(nian)(nian)建成,總裝(zhuang)機(ji)(ji)容量122.5萬千(qian)(qian)瓦(wa)(wa),這(zhe)是(shi)(shi)中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)首座(zuo)(zuo)百萬千(qian)(qian)瓦(wa)(wa)級(ji)水電站(zhan)(zhan)。

改革(ge)開(kai)放(fang)后(hou),中國(guo)水(shui)(shui)(shui)電(dian)建(jian)設步伐明(ming)顯加快。上世紀(ji)80年(nian)代(dai),廣蓄、巖灘(tan)、漫灣、隔(ge)河(he)巖、水(shui)(shui)(shui)口等水(shui)(shui)(shui)電(dian)站“五(wu)朵金花”相(xiang)繼(ji)建(jian)成;上世紀(ji)90年(nian)代(dai),五(wu)強溪、李家(jia)峽、天荒(huang)坪抽水(shui)(shui)(shui)蓄能電(dian)站開(kai)工建(jian)設;到(dao)2000年(nian)底(di),隨著萬家(jia)寨、二灘(tan)、小(xiao)浪底(di)、天生橋、大朝山等一大批(pi)水(shui)(shui)(shui)電(dian)站相(xiang)繼(ji)建(jian)成投產,中國(guo)水(shui)(shui)(shui)電(dian)裝機(ji)容(rong)量達7700萬千瓦,居世界第(di)二。

2004年,以公伯峽水(shui)(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)1號機(ji)組投產為(wei)標志,中國(guo)(guo)水(shui)(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)裝機(ji)容量(liang)突破(po)1億千(qian)(qian)(qian)瓦,居世(shi)界第一。2010年,以小(xiao)灣水(shui)(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)4號機(ji)組為(wei)標志,中國(guo)(guo)水(shui)(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)裝機(ji)容量(liang)突破(po)2億千(qian)(qian)(qian)瓦。2012年,三峽水(shui)(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)最(zui)后一臺機(ji)組投產,成(cheng)為(wei)世(shi)界最(zui)大的(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)力(li)(li)發(fa)電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)和清潔能源生產基(ji)地(di)。此(ci)后,溪洛渡、向家壩、錦屏等一系列巨型水(shui)(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)相(xiang)繼(ji)開工建設,中國(guo)(guo)在世(shi)界水(shui)(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)領域保(bao)持領先的(de)地(di)位。2017年,中國(guo)(guo)水(shui)(shui)(shui)力(li)(li)發(fa)電(dian)(dian)裝機(ji)為(wei)3.41億千(qian)(qian)(qian)瓦,發(fa)電(dian)(dian)量(liang)1.1945萬(wan)億千(qian)(qian)(qian)瓦時,分別占到(dao)全球水(shui)(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)總裝機(ji)容量(liang)、發(fa)電(dian)(dian)量(liang)的(de)26.9%和28.5%。

根據最新統計,中(zhong)國水能資源可開發(fa)(fa)(fa)裝機容(rong)量約6.6億千(qian)(qian)瓦,年(nian)發(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)量約3萬(wan)億千(qian)(qian)瓦時,按利用100年(nian)計算,相當于(yu)1000億噸(dun)標煤。中(zhong)國水電(dian)開發(fa)(fa)(fa)程度為37% (按發(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)量計算),與(yu)發(fa)(fa)(fa)達(da)國家水電(dian)開發(fa)(fa)(fa)程度動輒達(da)到(dao)(dao)(dao)70%、80%甚至超過90%相比,仍有較(jiao)大差(cha)距,還有較(jiao)廣闊的發(fa)(fa)(fa)展前景。根據《水電(dian)發(fa)(fa)(fa)展“十三五”規劃》(2016-2020年(nian)),2020年(nian),中(zhong)國水電(dian)總(zong)裝機容(rong)量達(da)到(dao)(dao)(dao)3.8億千(qian)(qian)瓦,年(nian)發(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)量1.25萬(wan)億千(qian)(qian)瓦時。預計2025年(nian),中(zhong)國水電(dian)裝機容(rong)量達(da)到(dao)(dao)(dao)4.7億千(qian)(qian)瓦,年(nian)發(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)量1.4萬(wan)億千(qian)(qian)瓦時。

造就海外“三峽工程”  助力當地夢想成真

中(zhong)(zhong)國水(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)資源的(de)(de)特點和難點決定了(le)水(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)開(kai)發面臨問題(ti)的(de)(de)獨(du)特性(xing)(xing)和挑戰性(xing)(xing),也造就了(le)中(zhong)(zhong)國水(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)科技的(de)(de)雄厚實力,創造了(le)一系(xi)列引(yin)以(yi)為傲的(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)工(gong)程建設的(de)(de)世(shi)(shi)(shi)界(jie)(jie)紀錄:2008年全面投(tou)(tou)產的(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)布埡水(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)站,其(qi)擁(yong)有(you)世(shi)(shi)(shi)界(jie)(jie)最高(gao)(gao)的(de)(de)混凝(ning)土(tu)面板(ban)堆石(shi)壩;2009年全面投(tou)(tou)產的(de)(de)龍灘水(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)站,其(qi)擁(yong)有(you)世(shi)(shi)(shi)界(jie)(jie)最高(gao)(gao)的(de)(de)碾壓混凝(ning)土(tu)壩;2010年全面投(tou)(tou)產的(de)(de)小灣水(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)站,其(qi)擁(yong)有(you)當時世(shi)(shi)(shi)界(jie)(jie)最高(gao)(gao)的(de)(de)混凝(ning)土(tu)拱壩;2014年全面投(tou)(tou)產的(de)(de)糯扎渡水(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)站,其(qi)是目前亞(ya)洲第(di)一、世(shi)(shi)(shi)界(jie)(jie)第(di)三高(gao)(gao)的(de)(de)黏土(tu)心(xin)墻堆石(shi)壩。它(ta)們(men)是中(zhong)(zhong)國水(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)走向世(shi)(shi)(shi)界(jie)(jie),贏(ying)得國際尊重和信賴(lai)的(de)(de)最扎實的(de)(de)品牌工(gong)程。全世(shi)(shi)(shi)界(jie)(jie)80多個(ge)國家紛(fen)紛(fen)引(yin)進中(zhong)(zhong)國水(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)技術和建設能力,與中(zhong)(zhong)方建立了(le)水(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)規(gui)劃、建設和投(tou)(tou)資的(de)(de)長期合作關系(xi)。

2018年1月(yue)(yue)是(shi)老(lao)撾(zhua)水(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)發(fa)(fa)展史(shi)上(shang)(shang)值得銘記的(de)(de)(de)月(yue)(yue)份(fen)。就(jiu)在1月(yue)(yue)22日(ri)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)電(dian)(dian)建(jian)承(cheng)建(jian)的(de)(de)(de)老(lao)撾(zhua)南(nan)湃水(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)竣工投產(chan)僅3天后(hou),中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)重(zhong)型機(ji)械(xie)有(you)限公(gong)司(si)承(cheng)建(jian)的(de)(de)(de)川(chuan)壙(kuang)省(sheng)南(nan)俄4水(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)順(shun)利開工,這不僅給老(lao)撾(zhua)能源結構帶來深(shen)刻變革(ge),而且(qie)將大(da)大(da)推動其(qi)實現打造“東南(nan)亞(ya)蓄電(dian)(dian)池”,成(cheng)為(wei)區(qu)域能源中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心的(de)(de)(de)國(guo)(guo)(guo)家發(fa)(fa)展目標(biao)(biao)。約(yue)半個月(yue)(yue)之后(hou),遠(yuan)在非洲(zhou)喀(ka)麥隆(long),由(you)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)企(qi)承(cheng)建(jian)的(de)(de)(de)曼維萊(lai)水(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)主體部(bu)分(fen)通過驗收。3月(yue)(yue)10日(ri),由(you)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)電(dian)(dian)力建(jian)設集團(tuan)有(you)限公(gong)司(si)參建(jian)的(de)(de)(de)巴基(ji)斯坦德(de)爾(er)貝拉水(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)項(xiang)目四期(qi)舉行首(shou)臺機(ji)組投產(chan)發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)儀式,標(biao)(biao)志著該國(guo)(guo)(guo)總裝(zhuang)機(ji)容(rong)量和發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)量最(zui)大(da)的(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)項(xiang)目進一步“擴容(rong)”。兩個月(yue)(yue)后(hou),在南(nan)美巴西(xi),中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)國(guo)(guo)(guo)家電(dian)(dian)力投資(zi)集團(tuan)有(you)限公(gong)司(si)正(zheng)式接管了該國(guo)(guo)(guo)第九大(da)水(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)圣西(xi)芒水(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan),開始為(wei)其(qi)提供為(wei)期(qi)30年的(de)(de)(de)運行維護服(fu)務。這就(jiu)是(shi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)水(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)“走出去”的(de)(de)(de)節奏:時間(jian)上(shang)(shang)以天計算(suan)、空間(jian)上(shang)(shang)縱橫(heng)幾大(da)洲(zhou)。

在中(zhong)國(guo)水電“走出去(qu)”的(de)(de)(de)故事中(zhong),助(zhu)力(li)埃塞(sai)俄比亞(ya)從“非洲水塔(ta)”華麗轉身“非洲電塔(ta)”無疑是其中(zhong)最(zui)動(dong)(dong)人(ren)的(de)(de)(de)章(zhang)節之(zhi)一。2011年(nian),電力(li)短缺的(de)(de)(de)埃塞(sai)啟動(dong)(dong)了(le)(le)吉(ji)布Ⅲ水電站(zhan)(zhan)建(jian)設,這是非洲最(zui)大(da)的(de)(de)(de)水電站(zhan)(zhan)項目(mu)(mu),有“非洲的(de)(de)(de)三峽(xia)工程”之(zhi)稱。其總裝機(ji)容量達187萬千瓦,幾乎與此前(qian)該國(guo)全國(guo)電力(li)總裝機(ji)容量持平。作為該工程的(de)(de)(de)承建(jian)方,中(zhong)國(guo)公司歷時5年(nian)奮戰(zhan),不(bu)僅實現了(le)(le)項目(mu)(mu)完工,而且(qie)全部機(ji)組(zu)投入運營。再加(jia)上早在2009年(nian)由中(zhong)方承建(jian)的(de)(de)(de)泰克澤水電站(zhan)(zhan)的(de)(de)(de)裝機(ji)容量,埃塞(sai)不(bu)僅達到了(le)(le)電力(li)自(zi)給,而且(qie)還實現了(le)(le)電力(li)出口。

在馬來西亞也有一座(zuo)“三峽工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)”,它就是巴貢水(shui)(shui)(shui)電(dian)站。這座(zuo)位于沙撈越州的巴雷河(he)上的水(shui)(shui)(shui)電(dian)站總裝機容量240萬(wan)千瓦,其壩(ba)高達205米(mi),水(shui)(shui)(shui)庫庫容超(chao)過長江三峽工(gong)(gong)程(cheng),達438億立方米(mi)。2002年,中國水(shui)(shui)(shui)電(dian)與當地公司組成的馬中水(shui)(shui)(shui)電(dian)聯(lian)營體中標該(gai)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng),并于次年開工(gong)(gong)建設。2010年底,工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)建成移交。2013年,該(gai)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)榮(rong)獲第(di)三屆堆石壩(ba)國際里程(cheng)碑工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)獎,成為世界大型水(shui)(shui)(shui)利工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)的典范(fan)之作(zuo)。

壩工技術挺進世界一流  施工創新成就奇跡

經過實踐淬煉的(de)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)水(shui)(shui)(shui)電(dian)工程技術(shu)挺進到(dao)(dao)世界(jie)(jie)一(yi)流,特(te)別(bie)是(shi)(shi)在(zai)核心(xin)的(de)壩工技術(shu)和水(shui)(shui)(shui)電(dian)設(she)備研制領(ling)域,形(xing)成了規劃、設(she)計(ji)、施(shi)(shi)工、裝(zhuang)備制造、運行維護等全產業鏈高(gao)水(shui)(shui)(shui)平整合能力。據中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)工程院院士、水(shui)(shui)(shui)利(li)水(shui)(shui)(shui)電(dian)施(shi)(shi)工專家(jia)馬洪琪介紹,伴(ban)隨著水(shui)(shui)(shui)利(li)水(shui)(shui)(shui)電(dian)建設(she)的(de)發(fa)展(zhan),中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)的(de)壩工技術(shu)也(ye)得到(dao)(dao)了飛速發(fa)展(zhan),取得了一(yi)批具有世界(jie)(jie)級水(shui)(shui)(shui)平的(de)技術(shu)創(chuang)新成果(guo)。比如,舉(ju)世聞名的(de)三峽大(da)(da)壩。長(chang)江三峽工程大(da)(da)壩全長(chang) 2309.5米,最大(da)(da)壩高(gao) 181米,裝(zhuang)機(ji)容量(liang)2240萬千瓦,是(shi)(shi)目前世界(jie)(jie)上最大(da)(da)的(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)利(li)樞紐工程,其(qi)建設(she)是(shi)(shi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)壩工技術(shu)達(da)到(dao)(dao)世界(jie)(jie)領(ling)先水(shui)(shui)(shui)平的(de)一(yi)個標(biao)志。

馬洪琪(qi)介紹說,三(san)(san)峽工(gong)程大(da)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)混(hun)(hun)(hun)(hun)凝(ning)(ning)(ning)(ning)(ning)(ning)(ning)土(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)體積高達(da)1600萬立方米(mi),如何實(shi)現大(da)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)混(hun)(hun)(hun)(hun)凝(ning)(ning)(ning)(ning)(ning)(ning)(ning)土(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)又好又快(kuai)澆(jiao)(jiao)筑(zhu)(zhu)(zhu),是施(shi)(shi)工(gong)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)研究的(de)(de)重點和(he)(he)難點。當時,工(gong)程團隊在(zai)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)方面進行了(le)(le)(le)4項(xiang)創新(xin):一是以塔(ta)帶(dai)機(ji)連(lian)續(xu)澆(jiao)(jiao)筑(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)混(hun)(hun)(hun)(hun)凝(ning)(ning)(ning)(ning)(ning)(ning)(ning)土(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)為(wei)主(zhu)的(de)(de)綜合施(shi)(shi)工(gong)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)。從(cong)傳統的(de)(de)吊罐(guan)澆(jiao)(jiao)筑(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)改變(bian)為(wei)混(hun)(hun)(hun)(hun)凝(ning)(ning)(ning)(ning)(ning)(ning)(ning)土(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)一條龍連(lian)續(xu)生產(chan)工(gong)藝(yi)。該澆(jiao)(jiao)筑(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)系(xi)(xi)統由(you)各混(hun)(hun)(hun)(hun)凝(ning)(ning)(ning)(ning)(ning)(ning)(ning)土(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)拌和(he)(he)樓通(tong)過皮帶(dai)機(ji)將混(hun)(hun)(hun)(hun)凝(ning)(ning)(ning)(ning)(ning)(ning)(ning)土(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)輸送到塔(ta)帶(dai)機(ji)直接入倉(cang)澆(jiao)(jiao)筑(zhu)(zhu)(zhu),集水平和(he)(he)垂直運輸于一體。二是計(ji)(ji)算(suan)機(ji)監(jian)控(kong)系(xi)(xi)統。突破傳統的(de)(de)經驗判斷模式,研發了(le)(le)(le)混(hun)(hun)(hun)(hun)凝(ning)(ning)(ning)(ning)(ning)(ning)(ning)土(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)生產(chan)運輸澆(jiao)(jiao)筑(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)計(ji)(ji)算(suan)機(ji)綜合監(jian)控(kong)系(xi)(xi)統,實(shi)現了(le)(le)(le)混(hun)(hun)(hun)(hun)凝(ning)(ning)(ning)(ning)(ning)(ning)(ning)土(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)全過程的(de)(de)實(shi)時監(jian)控(kong)、動態調(diao)整(zheng)和(he)(he)優(you)化(hua)調(diao)度。三(san)(san)峽大(da)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)1999 年(nian)(nian)(nian)至2001年(nian)(nian)(nian)連(lian)續(xu)3年(nian)(nian)(nian)澆(jiao)(jiao)筑(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)量在(zai)400 萬立方米(mi)以上,創造了(le)(le)(le)混(hun)(hun)(hun)(hun)凝(ning)(ning)(ning)(ning)(ning)(ning)(ning)土(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)年(nian)(nian)(nian)澆(jiao)(jiao)筑(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)強度世界最(zui)(zui)高紀錄。三(san)(san)是二次(ci)風冷(leng)骨料(liao)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)。三(san)(san)峽工(gong)程低溫(wen)(wen)混(hun)(hun)(hun)(hun)凝(ning)(ning)(ning)(ning)(ning)(ning)(ning)土(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)生產(chan)系(xi)(xi)統是世界上規模最(zui)(zui)大(da)、溫(wen)(wen)控(kong)要求(qiu)最(zui)(zui)嚴(yan)的(de)(de)混(hun)(hun)(hun)(hun)凝(ning)(ning)(ning)(ning)(ning)(ning)(ning)土(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)生產(chan)系(xi)(xi)統。要求(qiu)夏季(ji)生產(chan)出(chu)機(ji)口溫(wen)(wen)度為(wei)7℃的(de)(de)低溫(wen)(wen)混(hun)(hun)(hun)(hun)凝(ning)(ning)(ning)(ning)(ning)(ning)(ning)土(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu),為(wei)此,首次(ci)采用了(le)(le)(le)二次(ci)風冷(leng)骨料(liao)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)。四是混(hun)(hun)(hun)(hun)凝(ning)(ning)(ning)(ning)(ning)(ning)(ning)土(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)綜合溫(wen)(wen)控(kong)防裂技(ji)(ji)術(shu)。采用了(le)(le)(le)從(cong)選(xuan)擇(ze)優(you)質原材(cai)料(liao)、優(you)化(hua)混(hun)(hun)(hun)(hun)凝(ning)(ning)(ning)(ning)(ning)(ning)(ning)土(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)配合比、控(kong)制混(hun)(hun)(hun)(hun)凝(ning)(ning)(ning)(ning)(ning)(ning)(ning)土(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)出(chu)機(ji)口和(he)(he)澆(jiao)(jiao)筑(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)溫(wen)(wen)度、通(tong)水冷(leng)卻(que)、表(biao)面保溫(wen)(wen)和(he)(he)流水養護等(deng)一整(zheng)套溫(wen)(wen)控(kong)措施(shi)(shi)。針(zhen)對已澆(jiao)(jiao)筑(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)段監(jian)測(ce)的(de)(de)溫(wen)(wen)度情(qing)況,實(shi)行個性化(hua)通(tong)水冷(leng)卻(que)措施(shi)(shi)。正是這些技(ji)(ji)術(shu)創新(xin),使三(san)(san)峽工(gong)程獲(huo)得國(guo)際咨詢(xun)工(gong)程師聯(lian)合會百年(nian)(nian)(nian)工(gong)程項(xiang)目獎等(deng)榮譽。2017年(nian)(nian)(nian)7月(yue),中國(guo)工(gong)程院(yuan)院(yuan)士、三(san)(san)峽工(gong)程設計(ji)(ji)總負(fu)責人鄭守(shou)仁榮獲(huo)國(guo)際大(da)壩(ba)(ba)(ba)委員(yuan)會終身(shen)成就(jiu)獎。

2016年9月(yue)26日,金(jin)沙江(jiang)上的(de)溪洛(luo)渡水電站摘得“菲迪(di)克2016年工程項目杰出(chu)獎”,該獎有國際工程咨詢(xun)領(ling)域(yu)“諾貝爾獎”之稱(cheng)。在馬洪琪(qi)看來,溪洛(luo)渡水電站獲獎在很大程度上在于其在建造過程中(zhong)研發應用的(de)數字大壩技術和智能溫控技術。

溪洛渡“數(shu)(shu)字(zi)大(da)(da)(da)壩(ba)”系統(tong)集信(xin)息、網絡(luo)、可(ke)視化(hua)(hua)技術(shu)于一體,首次在壩(ba)工界實現了(le)大(da)(da)(da)壩(ba)工程(cheng)施(shi)工全過程(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)數(shu)(shu)字(zi)化(hua)(hua)和(he)信(xin)息化(hua)(hua)管(guan)理。“數(shu)(shu)字(zi)大(da)(da)(da)壩(ba)”重(zhong)在預(yu)(yu)測(ce)(ce)、預(yu)(yu)警(jing),分(fen)為施(shi)工監(jian)測(ce)(ce)系統(tong)和(he)仿真分(fen)析系統(tong)兩大(da)(da)(da)部分(fen)。施(shi)工監(jian)測(ce)(ce)系統(tong)重(zhong)點是(shi)對(dui)設計、進度、質(zhi)量、施(shi)工監(jian)測(ce)(ce)等信(xin)息進行收集和(he)展示,對(dui)混凝土(tu)澆筑計劃、原材(cai)料(liao)檢測(ce)(ce)、混凝土(tu)生產(chan)、運輸、澆筑和(he)溫(wen)度控(kong)制(zhi)等數(shu)(shu)據(ju)進行全面收集,覆蓋大(da)(da)(da)壩(ba)施(shi)工的(de)(de)(de)全過程(cheng)。仿真分(fen)析系統(tong)主要是(shi)結合監(jian)測(ce)(ce)數(shu)(shu)據(ju),對(dui)大(da)(da)(da)壩(ba)溫(wen)控(kong)、應(ying)力、開(kai)裂(lie)風險、安全、澆筑進度等進行分(fen)析,提出預(yu)(yu)警(jing)和(he)預(yu)(yu)控(kong)措施(shi)。溪洛渡“數(shu)(shu)字(zi)大(da)(da)(da)壩(ba)”系統(tong)采用信(xin)息化(hua)(hua)技術(shu),讓(rang)施(shi)工各個環節的(de)(de)(de)管(guan)理真正做到了(le)精細化(hua)(hua)、個性化(hua)(hua),管(guan)理水(shui)平(ping)上升了(le)一個臺(tai)階(jie),使得大(da)(da)(da)壩(ba)施(shi)工質(zhi)量實現了(le)實時(shi)、在線(xian)、全過程(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)管(guan)理和(he)控(kong)制(zhi)。

基于“數字大壩(ba)”系統的智(zhi)能溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)控(kong)實(shi)踐,溪洛渡(du)拱壩(ba)研發了(le)基于“數字大壩(ba)”系統的智(zhi)能溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)控(kong)技術。為控(kong)制最高(gao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)、降(jiang)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)速率和(he)(he)(he)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)變(bian)(bian)幅,在(zai)混(hun)(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)(tu)內(nei)埋設(she)數字溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)計,全(quan)面及時(shi)地監測(ce)混(hun)(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)(tu)內(nei)部(bu)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du);建立和(he)(he)(he)實(shi)施了(le)大壩(ba)智(zhi)能通(tong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)冷卻溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)控(kong)系統,可穩定跟蹤、無線(xian)采集混(hun)(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)(tu)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)控(kong)數據和(he)(he)(he)冷卻水(shui)(shui)(shui)管通(tong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)情(qing)況(kuang);取得實(shi)際澆筑(zhu)條(tiao)(tiao)件下的混(hun)(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)(tu)理(li)論溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)升曲線(xian),導入“數字大壩(ba)”系統后與實(shi)測(ce)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)升曲線(xian)對比,為控(kong)制溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)升過(guo)(guo)程和(he)(he)(he)最高(gao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)創造條(tiao)(tiao)件。對溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)異常(chang)情(qing)況(kuang)進行預警,通(tong)過(guo)(guo)軟件和(he)(he)(he)電磁閥自動控(kong)制通(tong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)流量和(he)(he)(he)通(tong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du),從而達到(dao)最高(gao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)、降(jiang)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)速率、溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)變(bian)(bian)幅不超(chao)標的溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)控(kong)要求。(記者 張保淑)
