經過200多年工業(ye)革(ge)(ge)(ge)命(ming)(ming)(ming)的洗禮,人類(lei)(lei)先后經歷了(le)(le)蒸汽機革(ge)(ge)(ge)命(ming)(ming)(ming),發明了(le)(le)火車、鐵(tie)路等(deng)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu);經歷了(le)(le)內燃機革(ge)(ge)(ge)命(ming)(ming)(ming),發明了(le)(le)汽車、公(gong)路、船(chuan)舶、航運等(deng)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu);經歷了(le)(le)無(wu)線(xian)電(dian)與(yu)(yu)電(dian)子(zi)(zi)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)革(ge)(ge)(ge)命(ming)(ming)(ming),發明了(le)(le)電(dian)報、電(dian)話、電(dian)視、雷達等(deng)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu),因為無(wu)線(xian)電(dian)與(yu)(yu)電(dian)子(zi)(zi)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)的廣泛使用,催(cui)(cui)生(sheng)(sheng)了(le)(le)真空電(dian)子(zi)(zi)管和(he)(he)(he)(he)電(dian)子(zi)(zi)元器件技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)。第(di)二次(ci)世界大(da)戰以及冷戰中的太空競(jing)賽,推動了(le)(le)軍事技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)革(ge)(ge)(ge)命(ming)(ming)(ming)和(he)(he)(he)(he)太空技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)革(ge)(ge)(ge)命(ming)(ming)(ming);軍事技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)革(ge)(ge)(ge)命(ming)(ming)(ming)和(he)(he)(he)(he)太空技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)革(ge)(ge)(ge)命(ming)(ming)(ming)催(cui)(cui)生(sheng)(sheng)了(le)(le)半導體和(he)(he)(he)(he)集(ji)(ji)成電(dian)路產(chan)業(ye)的革(ge)(ge)(ge)命(ming)(ming)(ming)。由于半導體和(he)(he)(he)(he)集(ji)(ji)成電(dian)路技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)的成熟,又催(cui)(cui)生(sheng)(sheng)了(le)(le)大(da)型(xing)計算機、個(ge)人電(dian)腦和(he)(he)(he)(he)個(ge)人通信(xin)的技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)革(ge)(ge)(ge)命(ming)(ming)(ming)。大(da)型(xing)計算機、個(ge)人電(dian)腦和(he)(he)(he)(he)個(ge)人通信(xin)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)革(ge)(ge)(ge)命(ming)(ming)(ming)自(zi)然地催(cui)(cui)生(sheng)(sheng)了(le)(le)互聯網(wang)(wang)革(ge)(ge)(ge)命(ming)(ming)(ming)和(he)(he)(he)(he)移動互聯網(wang)(wang)革(ge)(ge)(ge)命(ming)(ming)(ming)。當(dang)前,互聯網(wang)(wang)革(ge)(ge)(ge)命(ming)(ming)(ming)和(he)(he)(he)(he)移動互聯網(wang)(wang)革(ge)(ge)(ge)命(ming)(ming)(ming)正(zheng)在(zai)催(cui)(cui)生(sheng)(sheng)全球消(xiao)費(fei)(fei)方式(包(bao)括個(ge)人消(xiao)費(fei)(fei)與(yu)(yu)公(gong)共消(xiao)費(fei)(fei))與(yu)(yu)生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)方式(包(bao)括制(zhi)造(zao)類(lei)(lei)和(he)(he)(he)(he)非制(zhi)造(zao)類(lei)(lei))兩大(da)社(she)會領域(yu)的革(ge)(ge)(ge)命(ming)(ming)(ming)。
各(ge)類電(dian)子商務平(ping)臺(tai)(tai)(tai)是(shi)個(ge)人消費(fei)方(fang)式(shi)變(bian)革(ge)的(de)(de)基礎,各(ge)類公共(gong)(gong)服務平(ping)臺(tai)(tai)(tai)是(shi)公共(gong)(gong)消費(fei)方(fang)式(shi)變(bian)革(ge)的(de)(de)基礎,各(ge)類工(gong)業(ye)互(hu)聯網平(ping)臺(tai)(tai)(tai)是(shi)制(zhi)造類生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)方(fang)式(shi)變(bian)革(ge)的(de)(de)基礎,非制(zhi)造類生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)方(fang)式(shi)變(bian)革(ge)的(de)(de)平(ping)臺(tai)(tai)(tai)是(shi)非制(zhi)造類生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)方(fang)式(shi)變(bian)革(ge)的(de)(de)基礎(比如,各(ge)類精神文明產(chan)(chan)品(pin)的(de)(de)創造等,非制(zhi)造類生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)方(fang)式(shi)和(he)平(ping)臺(tai)(tai)(tai)尚在孕育(yu)之中)。這四種(zhong)平(ping)臺(tai)(tai)(tai)技術的(de)(de)發(fa)育(yu)成熟和(he)普(pu)遍運用,將宣告工(gong)業(ye)文明時代逐(zhu)漸淡(dan)出歷史,而信息文明時代逐(zhu)漸拉(la)開大幕。
由于(yu)歷史的(de)原(yuan)因(yin),中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)幾乎錯過(guo)了(le)工(gong)業革(ge)命(ming)(ming)(ming)以來(lai)所有的(de)技(ji)(ji)術革(ge)命(ming)(ming)(ming)。新(xin)(xin)中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)成立后,我國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)搭上(shang)了(le)工(gong)業革(ge)命(ming)(ming)(ming)的(de)末班(ban)車(che),并且勇敢地乘上(shang)了(le)互聯(lian)網革(ge)命(ming)(ming)(ming)的(de)快車(che),而且還通過(guo)自身努力坐進了(le)移動(dong)互聯(lian)網革(ge)命(ming)(ming)(ming)的(de)頭等艙(cang)。每(mei)次(ci)技(ji)(ji)術革(ge)命(ming)(ming)(ming)浪潮(chao)都是以之前(qian)的(de)若(ruo)干次(ci)技(ji)(ji)術革(ge)命(ming)(ming)(ming)為基礎(chu),當(dang)前(qian)工(gong)業化國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)家(jia)(jia)的(de)競(jing)爭優勢都是建立在(zai)(zai)前(qian)面(mian)(mian)幾場技(ji)(ji)術革(ge)命(ming)(ming)(ming)基礎(chu)上(shang)的(de)。如(ru)(ru)果(guo)發(fa)(fa)展中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)家(jia)(jia)長期采用追趕戰略,那么永(yong)遠只能跟在(zai)(zai)發(fa)(fa)達國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)家(jia)(jia)后面(mian)(mian)亦步亦趨(qu),難以將發(fa)(fa)展的(de)主動(dong)權掌握在(zai)(zai)自己手上(shang)。比如(ru)(ru),如(ru)(ru)果(guo)美國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)及其盟友對中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)實行(xing)最嚴格的(de)禁運(yun),那么我國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)相當(dang)多的(de)新(xin)(xin)興行(xing)業的(de)耀眼(yan)光(guang)芒就會黯然(ran)失色(se),因(yin)為中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)沒有扎實地走(zou)完這些行(xing)業基礎(chu)技(ji)(ji)術與核心產品革(ge)命(ming)(ming)(ming)的(de)完整歷程,在(zai)(zai)不可替代的(de)關鍵領域沒有拿得出手的(de)產品和技(ji)(ji)術。
這就決定了我國的(de)(de)現代化強國之路注定不是尋常路,必須根(gen)據本國國情和時代潮(chao)流大趨勢作出(chu)科(ke)學(xue)判斷,走出(chu)一(yi)條與發達國家殊途(tu)同歸的(de)(de)發展之路。
在工(gong)(gong)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)互(hu)聯網(wang)領域,有(you)三(san)(san)條道路可供(gong)選擇:第(di)一種(zhong)(zhong),以(yi)完善的(de)(de)(de)CPS為基礎(chu)(chu),逐步向(xiang)上(shang)延伸到智能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)化生產線(xian)(xian)、智能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)化車(che)間(jian)、智能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)化工(gong)(gong)廠,通過打造(zao)(zao)智能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)制(zhi)造(zao)(zao)平臺(tai)向(xiang)著工(gong)(gong)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)4.0的(de)(de)(de)目標(biao)(biao)前進(簡(jian)稱(cheng)為德國(guo)(guo)模式(shi));這種(zhong)(zhong)模式(shi)發展的(de)(de)(de)實(shi)際效(xiao)果(guo)將是(shi)“自下(xia)而上(shang)遞進上(shang)升(sheng)”,最(zui)終實(shi)現(xian)兼容智能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)制(zhi)造(zao)(zao)、協(xie)(xie)(xie)同(tong)制(zhi)造(zao)(zao)、云制(zhi)造(zao)(zao)三(san)(san)種(zhong)(zhong)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)態的(de)(de)(de)目標(biao)(biao)。第(di)二種(zhong)(zhong),在基本實(shi)現(xian)智能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)制(zhi)造(zao)(zao)的(de)(de)(de)協(xie)(xie)(xie)作配(pei)(pei)套企業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)之間(jian),以(yi)線(xian)(xian)下(xia)全球配(pei)(pei)套、全球協(xie)(xie)(xie)同(tong)制(zhi)造(zao)(zao)分工(gong)(gong)布(bu)局為基礎(chu)(chu),打造(zao)(zao)全球化的(de)(de)(de)協(xie)(xie)(xie)同(tong)制(zhi)造(zao)(zao)與協(xie)(xie)(xie)同(tong)售(shou)后服務平臺(tai),繼續保(bao)持全球制(zhi)造(zao)(zao)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)垂直分工(gong)(gong)體系的(de)(de)(de)主導地位(簡(jian)稱(cheng)為美(mei)國(guo)(guo)模式(shi));這種(zhong)(zhong)模式(shi)發展的(de)(de)(de)實(shi)際效(xiao)果(guo)將是(shi)“抓(zhua)中間(jian)帶兩頭(tou)”,最(zui)終實(shi)現(xian)兼容智能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)制(zhi)造(zao)(zao)、協(xie)(xie)(xie)同(tong)制(zhi)造(zao)(zao)、云制(zhi)造(zao)(zao)三(san)(san)種(zhong)(zhong)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)態的(de)(de)(de)目標(biao)(biao)。第(di)三(san)(san)種(zhong)(zhong),在絕大部分企業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)不(bu)具備智能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)制(zhi)造(zao)(zao)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)力(li),企業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)的(de)(de)(de)運營流程尚未完成(cheng)信息化改造(zao)(zao),且短(duan)時間(jian)內不(bu)可能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)完成(cheng)智能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)化改造(zao)(zao)和企業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)流程信息化改造(zao)(zao)的(de)(de)(de)前提下(xia),我國(guo)(guo)的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)互(hu)聯網(wang)如果(guo)照搬德國(guo)(guo)模式(shi)或(huo)者(zhe)美(mei)國(guo)(guo)模式(shi),必然文不(bu)對(dui)題。

目前航天云(yun)(yun)網(wang)云(yun)(yun)端注冊(ce)企(qi)業(ye)近(jin)165萬(wan)(wan)戶,發(fa)布協(xie)(xie)作與采購需(xu)求超過(guo)13萬(wan)(wan)條(tiao),金額近(jin)4000億元(yuan)(yuan);協(xie)(xie)作與采購云(yun)(yun)端成交近(jin)76000筆,共計1920億元(yuan)(yuan),50%以(yi)(yi)上業(ye)務(wu)規(gui)模(mo)小(xiao)于(yu)2.25萬(wan)(wan)元(yuan)(yuan),80%的(de)業(ye)務(wu)規(gui)模(mo)小(xiao)于(yu)100萬(wan)(wan)元(yuan)(yuan);近(jin)80萬(wan)(wan)臺設(she)備(bei)接入(ru)云(yun)(yun)平(ping)臺,近(jin)20萬(wan)(wan)臺設(she)備(bei)在線(xian)。航天云(yun)(yun)網(wang)APP以(yi)(yi)CMSS(云(yun)(yun)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)支持系(xi)統(tong))為(wei)(wei)載體,全面(mian)支撐智(zhi)能(neng)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)、協(xie)(xie)同制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)、云(yun)(yun)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)三類制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)造(zao),可面(mian)向(xiang)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)全產業(ye)鏈提供生(sheng)產全要素、全流程、全生(sheng)命周(zhou)期的(de)APP支持,提供各類工業(ye)服(fu)務(wu)和解決方案。目前,航天云(yun)(yun)網(wang)APP總(zong)數為(wei)(wei)1526個。
