“別(bie)宣傳我。工作都是大家干的(de),成(cheng)績的(de)取得離(li)不開同事們(men)的(de)相互(hu)支(zhi)持和幫助,多宣傳企業和我們(men)的(de)勞模(mo)創新工作室。”每當一提到(dao)要宣傳他,高(gao)山都反(fan)復這樣(yang)說。

2020年一季度(du),特別是(shi)二月份,受疫(yi)情影響(xiang),兵器工業集團東北工業集團吉林東光精密機(ji)械廠的(de)地瞄產品(pin)告急(ji),尤其是(shi)某(mou)產品(pin)庫存為零,影響(xiang)了(le)主(zhu)機(ji)廠的(de)總裝進度(du)。
由于目前該地瞄產(chan)品機(ji)加(jia)工(gong)藝及相關(guan)生產(chan)夾具仍然沿用老(lao)工(gong)藝,多數是(shi)(shi)在普(pu)通設備上使用和加(jia)工(gong),不僅(jin)加(jia)工(gong)率低,而且原來的操作(zuo)(zuo)者(zhe)剛(gang)剛(gang)退休,新接手的操作(zuo)(zuo)者(zhe)不熟悉加(jia)工(gong)工(gong)藝,所以當月(yue)要完成200套產(chan)品幾乎是(shi)(shi)不可(ke)能(neng)的事(shi)情。為了確(que)保按期供貨(huo),工(gong)廠將此項工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)當作(zuo)(zuo)一(yi)個攻關(guan)課題交給(gei)了高山(shan)及他領軍(jun)的勞模創新工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)室。
高(gao)山(shan)帶領勞模(mo)創新工(gong)(gong)作室的(de)成員潛(qian)心推敲,最后決定改進(jin)該產品的(de)夾具工(gong)(gong)藝(yi),并與(yu)數控車床連接,充分發揮數控車床的(de)技術優勢。經(jing)過(guo)反復測試,終于(yu)按(an)期(qi)保(bao)質保(bao)量地(di)交付了產品。同時,改進(jin)后的(de)加工(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)藝(yi),由(you)原來10人(ren)(ren)減少(shao)為6人(ren)(ren)就可以完成加工(gong)(gong)任務(wu)。
如(ru)今,高(gao)山(shan)的(de)勞模工作室又開始瞄向了(le)某(mou)鏡筒圓周內壁(bi)倒(dao)角工藝攻關及某(mou)產(chan)品的(de)上、下環(huan)座(zuo)球(qiu)面量(liang)具設(she)計制(zhi)造等(deng)工藝及加工夾具改進的(de)項(xiang)目。
某(mou)鏡(jing)筒圓周(zhou)內(nei)壁倒角(jiao)工藝攻關(guan)項目,可解(jie)決鏡(jing)筒加(jia)工后,鉗工在圓周(zhou)鉆螺紋底孔(kong)(kong)時,內(nei)孔(kong)(kong)壁無法用(yong)鉆頭(tou)倒角(jiao)的難題。改善后可提高(gao)產(chan)(chan)品的裝配(pei)精度并提高(gao)產(chan)(chan)品外觀質量,提高(gao)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)效率20倍,預計可節創(chuang)金額10萬元。
盡管交談略顯靦腆和木訥(ne),可一(yi)聊起(qi)他負責的幾個(ge)創(chuang)新項目(mu)時,高山(shan)立即變得(de)眉飛色舞、如數(shu)家珍。2019年,高山(shan)在工(gong)(gong)作室成員(yuan)以及機加工(gong)(gong)段有關員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)的協(xie)助(zhu)下(xia),共完成創(chuang)新項目(mu)7項。其(qi)中改造中心設備。提高設備性能1項,為工(gong)(gong)廠(chang)節(jie)(jie)約(yue)(yue)設備購置(zhi)費(fei)用(yong)(yong)52萬(wan)元;通過加工(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)藝的改進項目(mu),利用(yong)(yong)自制刀具將部(bu)分材料完整截取,為工(gong)(gong)廠(chang)節(jie)(jie)約(yue)(yue)鋁(lv)料約(yue)(yue)2萬(wan)元;鈦合金去(qu)除工(gong)(gong)藝夾頭項目(mu),為工(gong)(gong)廠(chang)節(jie)(jie)約(yue)(yue)材料費(fei)用(yong)(yong)約(yue)(yue)2萬(wan)元;制造深孔短臺階量(liang)具及弧面球(qiu)高量(liang)具,共計14套,為工(gong)(gong)廠(chang)節(jie)(jie)約(yue)(yue)定置(zhi)專用(yong)(yong)量(liang)具費(fei)用(yong)(yong)8萬(wan)元。
車工(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)薄壁工(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)高(gao)精(jing)度(du)(du)(du)(du)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)一直(zhi)是機(ji)械加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)難(nan)點,對于淬(cui)火后(hou)的(de)軸(zhou)承環(huan)高(gao)精(jing)度(du)(du)(du)(du)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)更為(wei)困難(nan)。高(gao)山發現工(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)變(bian)形來源于傳統的(de)“軸(zhou)向(xiang)壓緊方式(shi)”,而通過采用(yong)粘接裝(zhuang)夾方式(shi)車削,實現了無裝(zhuang)夾力夾緊,加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)后(hou)軸(zhou)承環(huan)的(de)圓(yuan)度(du)(du)(du)(du)公差控制在0.005mm之內。通過這(zhe)次(ci)實踐(jian),高(gao)山大(da)膽(dan)地將幾種(zhong)高(gao)精(jing)度(du)(du)(du)(du)零件(jian)重新設計(ji)了粘接夾具進行加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)。結果(guo)產品(pin)精(jing)度(du)(du)(du)(du)都進入了圖(tu)紙圓(yuan)度(du)(du)(du)(du)公差要求之內。這(zhe)次(ci)創新為(wei)今后(hou)的(de)薄壁工(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)高(gao)精(jing)度(du)(du)(du)(du)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)開(kai)創了新的(de)途徑。
在工(gong)(gong)廠某科研項目相機(ji)裝(zhuang)調過程中,鏡頭的調焦傳動(dong)系(xi)統出(chu)現(xian)(xian)卡(ka)死現(xian)(xian)象(xiang)。幾次更改(gai)設(she)計方案均無法解決。高山通過分析問題所在,主動(dong)提出(chu)結(jie)構改(gai)進,并重(zhong)新設(she)計了(le)傳動(dong)結(jie)構。通過減小(xiao)摩擦(ca)接觸面積,取代(dai)了(le)原設(she)計中的差動(dong)螺(luo)(luo)紋(wen)結(jie)構,變(bian)成一條螺(luo)(luo)旋線(xian)實(shi)現(xian)(xian)鏡筒(tong)和鏡框(kuang)的相對(dui)位移(yi)調焦,減小(xiao)了(le)兩條反向螺(luo)(luo)紋(wen)傳動(dong)推(tui)力相互(hu)作用。減少摩擦(ca)系(xi)數,在調焦環與鏡筒(tong)之間(jian)加入滾(gun)針和滾(gun)珠實(shi)現(xian)(xian)滾(gun)動(dong)摩擦(ca),提高了(le)整機(ji)的機(ji)械性能(neng),延長了(le)電池(chi)的續航時間(jian)。本次使用小(xiao)螺(luo)(luo)距方牙螺(luo)(luo)紋(wen)加工(gong)(gong),是車(che)削加工(gong)(gong)和航相機(ji)加工(gong)(gong)史上的首創。
高(gao)(gao)(gao)山所設(she)計(ji)制作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)的(de)(de)多功能打(da)磨(mo)(mo)機,解決了(le)(le)“加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)及加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)設(she)備(bei)設(she)施效(xiao)率(lv)(lv)較低、外(wai)觀質(zhi)(zhi)量較差,導致表面(mian)處理工(gong)(gong)(gong)序合(he)格率(lv)(lv)低、重復作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)業增加(jia)”等難題。該(gai)打(da)磨(mo)(mo)機投入使(shi)用后(hou),減輕了(le)(le)操作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)者(zhe)(zhe)的(de)(de)勞動強度,提(ti)高(gao)(gao)(gao)了(le)(le)生(sheng)(sheng)產效(xiao)率(lv)(lv)3倍(bei)。靠模銑削(xue)時對(dui)鋁料(liao)等一些材料(liao)可(ke)(ke)進行(xing)較大(da)切削(xue)量加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong),比修銼、打(da)磨(mo)(mo)等生(sheng)(sheng)產效(xiao)率(lv)(lv)提(ti)高(gao)(gao)(gao)了(le)(le)5倍(bei),產品質(zhi)(zhi)量和(he)外(wai)觀質(zhi)(zhi)量也得到相應提(ti)高(gao)(gao)(gao)。用回轉(zhuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)臺加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)磨(mo)(mo)削(xue)毛刺(ci)或焊口(kou)時,打(da)磨(mo)(mo)表面(mian)平滑,表面(mian)磨(mo)(mo)紋均勻,可(ke)(ke)提(ti)高(gao)(gao)(gao)生(sheng)(sheng)產效(xiao)率(lv)(lv)6倍(bei)。可(ke)(ke)升降的(de)(de)搖臂式(shi)結構設(she)計(ji)理念更(geng)加(jia)符合(he)人體工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)學及人機工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)的(de)(de)原理,設(she)備(bei)操作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)更(geng)加(jia)簡單(dan)方便,更(geng)加(jia)靈(ling)活(huo),可(ke)(ke)更(geng)換式(shi)的(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)具(ju)夾頭實現(xian)了(le)(le)一機多能的(de)(de)設(she)計(ji)初衷,減少(shao)了(le)(le)設(she)備(bei)操作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)者(zhe)(zhe)調整設(she)備(bei)和(he)調整工(gong)(gong)(gong)具(ju)所需要的(de)(de)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)準備(bei)時間(jian),提(ti)高(gao)(gao)(gao)了(le)(le)勞動生(sheng)(sheng)產率(lv)(lv)。回轉(zhuan)臺式(shi)的(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)臺設(she)計(ji)使(shi)得工(gong)(gong)(gong)件在(zai)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)過(guo)程(cheng)中的(de)(de)裝(zhuang)夾定位(wei)更(geng)加(jia)靈(ling)活(huo),能同(tong)時針對(dui)殼體類(lei)的(de)(de)零(ling)件、回轉(zhuan)類(lei)工(gong)(gong)(gong)件進行(xing)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)。此(ci)項設(she)計(ji)現(xian)已申報國家(jia)發明專(zhuan)利并獲得受理。截至(zhi)目前,高(gao)(gao)(gao)山及他所率(lv)(lv)領的(de)(de)勞模創新(xin)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)室共獲得國家(jia)實用新(xin)型專(zhuan)利授權3項,還有(you)2項已受理。
這兩年,高(gao)山(shan)勞模創(chuang)新工(gong)(gong)作室在(zai)帶徒(tu)傳技(ji)、技(ji)能攻(gong)關、技(ji)藝傳承、技(ji)能推廣方面發揮了重要作用。在(zai)2019年吉林省級首(shou)席(xi)技(ji)師工(gong)(gong)作室評選中,高(gao)山(shan)工(gong)(gong)作室被命名為(wei)省級首(shou)席(xi)技(ji)師工(gong)(gong)作室,并給予(yu)了20萬元的資金支持。
“我笨嘴拙舌,說不出(chu)來啥漂亮話。但是我想,作為一(yi)名兵工人,履行(xing)強軍首(shou)責,生產出(chu)高(gao)質量的(de)管用(yong)、耐用(yong)、實用(yong)、好用(yong)的(de)防務(wu)產品就是我們的(de)應有(you)之責。”高(gao)山(shan)如(ru)是說。
