開展思(si)想政治工作(zuo)是國有(you)企業(ye)(ye)黨組織的基(ji)本職能,是黨組織在(zai)國有(you)企業(ye)(ye)發揮根和魂作(zuo)用的主要手段,也(ye)是黨組織在(zai)國有(you)企業(ye)(ye)獨特優勢(shi)的重要表現。國有(you)企業(ye)(ye)思(si)想政治工作(zuo)怎么抓(zhua)?
習近平(ping)總(zong)書(shu)記在2016年(nian)全國國有企(qi)業黨(dang)建(jian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)會議上強調:“要(yao)(yao)讓支(zhi)(zhi)部(bu)成為(wei)團結群(qun)眾(zhong)(zhong)的(de)‘主心(xin)骨’、教(jiao)育黨(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)的(de)學(xue)校、攻堅克難的(de)堡(bao)壘;要(yao)(yao)把思(si)想(xiang)政治(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)為(wei)企(qi)業黨(dang)組(zu)織(zhi)(zhi)一項經常性、基(ji)礎性工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)來抓,把解決思(si)想(xiang)問(wen)題同解決實際問(wen)題結合起(qi)來,既講(jiang)道理,又辦實事(shi),多做得人心(xin)、暖人心(xin)、穩(wen)人心(xin)的(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)。”黨(dang)章中明確規(gui)定黨(dang)的(de)基(ji)層組(zu)織(zhi)(zhi)要(yao)(yao)密切(qie)聯(lian)系群(qun)眾(zhong)(zhong),經常了解群(qun)眾(zhong)(zhong)對黨(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)、黨(dang)的(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)的(de)批評和(he)意見,維(wei)護群(qun)眾(zhong)(zhong)的(de)正(zheng)當權(quan)利(li)和(he)利(li)益,做好(hao)群(qun)眾(zhong)(zhong)的(de)思(si)想(xiang)政治(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo);國有企(qi)業黨(dang)組(zu)織(zhi)(zhi)要(yao)(yao)加(jia)強自身建(jian)設,領導思(si)想(xiang)政治(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)、精神文明建(jian)設和(he)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)會、共青團等群(qun)團組(zu)織(zhi)(zhi)。習近平(ping)在十九大報告中提出:“黨(dang)支(zhi)(zhi)部(bu)要(yao)(yao)擔(dan)負好(hao)直(zhi)接(jie)教(jiao)育黨(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)、管理黨(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)、監督黨(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)和(he)組(zu)織(zhi)(zhi)群(qun)眾(zhong)(zhong)、宣傳群(qun)眾(zhong)(zhong)、凝(ning)聚群(qun)眾(zhong)(zhong)、服務群(qun)眾(zhong)(zhong)的(de)職(zhi)責。”
通過(guo)對(dui)上述全國(guo)國(guo)有(you)企業黨建工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)會(hui)議精神、黨章規定(ding)和十九大報(bao)告內容的(de)(de)學習,國(guo)企黨組織加強(qiang)思(si)想政(zheng)治(zhi)工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)的(de)(de)目標更加明確,任務(wu)更加艱巨(ju)。在國(guo)有(you)企業思(si)想政(zheng)治(zhi)工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)中,思(si)想動(dong)態分析是重(zhong)要的(de)(de)基礎(chu)性的(de)(de)工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo),也是基層黨組織的(de)(de)傳統業務(wu),它的(de)(de)重(zhong)要性不(bu)容質疑,只有(you)了解員工的(de)(de)思(si)想動(dong)態,才(cai)能(neng)做好員工的(de)(de)思(si)想政(zheng)治(zhi)工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)。
傳統員工思想動態分析的弊端
傳(chuan)統(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)思(si)(si)(si)想(xiang)(xiang)動態(tai)分(fen)(fen)(fen)析(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)存在(zai)著以下(xia)幾方面(mian)(mian)的(de)(de)不足:一是(shi)(shi)從(cong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)方面(mian)(mian)、業務角度(du)分(fen)(fen)(fen)析(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)得多(duo),從(cong)思(si)(si)(si)想(xiang)(xiang)動態(tai)層面(mian)(mian)分(fen)(fen)(fen)析(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)得少,特別是(shi)(shi)對(dui)(dui)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)隊伍思(si)(si)(si)想(xiang)(xiang)動態(tai)層面(mian)(mian)分(fen)(fen)(fen)析(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)得少。二是(shi)(shi)對(dui)(dui)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)思(si)(si)(si)想(xiang)(xiang)動態(tai)定性分(fen)(fen)(fen)析(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)較(jiao)多(duo),定量分(fen)(fen)(fen)析(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)少之又少。傳(chuan)統(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)思(si)(si)(si)想(xiang)(xiang)動態(tai)分(fen)(fen)(fen)析(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)是(shi)(shi)定期召開員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)思(si)(si)(si)想(xiang)(xiang)動態(tai)分(fen)(fen)(fen)析(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)會議,黨支部書記往往基(ji)于員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)日常言論和行為(wei),僅憑自(zi)己(ji)的(de)(de)觀察(cha)和直覺經驗對(dui)(dui)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)思(si)(si)(si)想(xiang)(xiang)動態(tai)進(jin)行判斷,缺乏科(ke)學(xue)的(de)(de)依(yi)據。三是(shi)(shi)做(zuo)思(si)(si)(si)想(xiang)(xiang)動態(tai)分(fen)(fen)(fen)析(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)時,報喜多(duo)過報憂,甚至出(chu)(chu)現(xian)隱(yin)瞞狀況的(de)(de)現(xian)象(xiang),無(wu)法真實(shi)地(di)反饋(kui)出(chu)(chu)黨建工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)成效與(yu)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)思(si)(si)(si)想(xiang)(xiang)動態(tai)的(de)(de)情況。四(si)是(shi)(shi)思(si)(si)(si)想(xiang)(xiang)政治工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)做(zuo)得好與(yu)壞,難以進(jin)行大面(mian)(mian)積的(de)(de)橫向(xiang)比較(jiao)分(fen)(fen)(fen)析(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)和長時間段內(nei)的(de)(de)縱(zong)向(xiang)比較(jiao)分(fen)(fen)(fen)析(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)。
思想動態分析的進化——心檢

國企群體心態的檢測與實際應用
及時捕(bu)捉與檢(jian)測國(guo)企不同群體(ti)的心態,對(dui)國(guo)企思(si)想動態分析(xi)至關重要,那(nei)么我(wo)們如(ru)何建立(li)基于組織行為學的群體(ti)心態檢(jian)測?
