5月(yue)30日(ri),在(zai)第5個(ge)全國(guo)科(ke)技工(gong)作者日(ri)到來之際(ji),國(guo)務(wu)院國(guo)資委向全社(she)會發布《中央(yang)(yang)企業(ye)(ye)科(ke)技創(chuang)新(xin)成(cheng)果推薦目(mu)錄(2020年版)》(以下簡(jian)稱《目(mu)錄》),這是(shi)國(guo)資央(yang)(yang)企踐行創(chuang)新(xin)驅動發展(zhan)戰略,努力(li)實現科(ke)技自立自強的(de)重要舉(ju)措,是(shi)中央(yang)(yang)企業(ye)(ye)堅持在(zai)“用”上下功夫的(de)標志(zhi)性成(cheng)果,是(shi)加快構建新(xin)發展(zhan)格局、維護產(chan)業(ye)(ye)鏈供(gong)應鏈安全穩(wen)定(ding)的(de)具體實踐。
去年以(yi)來,為促進中(zhong)央企業(ye)科技成(cheng)果(guo)向現(xian)實生產力轉化,加快成(cheng)果(guo)應用推廣,國資委組(zu)(zu)織(zhi)開展中(zhong)央企業(ye)科技創新成(cheng)果(guo)征(zheng)(zheng)集工(gong)(gong)(gong)作,通(tong)過(guo)征(zheng)(zheng)集遴選、專(zhuan)家評估、專(zhuan)利審核(he)(he)等(deng)環節形成(cheng)《目錄》,包括核(he)(he)心電(dian)子(zi)(zi)元器件、關鍵零部件、分析測試儀器、基礎(chu)軟(ruan)件、關鍵材(cai)料、先進工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)、高(gao)(gao)(gao)端(duan)裝(zhuang)備以(yi)及其他等(deng)8個領(ling)(ling)域(yu)(yu)共178項(xiang)技術產品。其中(zhong),在(zai)(zai)核(he)(he)心電(dian)子(zi)(zi)元器件領(ling)(ling)域(yu)(yu)有魂芯(xin)系(xi)列DSP、高(gao)(gao)(gao)速安(an)全芯(xin)片、高(gao)(gao)(gao)速高(gao)(gao)(gao)精(jing)度ADC、高(gao)(gao)(gao)壓(ya)IGBT等(deng),在(zai)(zai)基礎(chu)軟(ruan)件領(ling)(ling)域(yu)(yu)有“九天”人工(gong)(gong)(gong)智能平(ping)臺(tai)(tai)、麒麟操作系(xi)統(tong)、BIMBase建模軟(ruan)件等(deng),在(zai)(zai)關鍵零部件領(ling)(ling)域(yu)(yu)有特(te)高(gao)(gao)(gao)壓(ya)直流換(huan)流變壓(ya)器、核(he)(he)級(ji)溫度傳感器、重載車輪、軌道(dao)交通(tong)驅動齒輪裝(zhuang)置(zhi)等(deng),在(zai)(zai)關鍵材(cai)料領(ling)(ling)域(yu)(yu)有納米(mi)氣凝膠(jiao)復合材(cai)料、對位芳綸(lun)、超(chao)細(xi)高(gao)(gao)(gao)純(chun)鍺粉、鉭(tan)靶(ba)材(cai)、T800級(ji)高(gao)(gao)(gao)性能碳(tan)纖維等(deng),在(zai)(zai)先進工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)領(ling)(ling)域(yu)(yu)有芳烴成(cheng)套技術、集成(cheng)電(dian)路制造BCD工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)、飛(fei)機內飾(shi)件3D打印技術、電(dian)子(zi)(zi)束(shu)處理工(gong)(gong)(gong)業(ye)廢水技術等(deng),在(zai)(zai)高(gao)(gao)(gao)端(duan)裝(zhuang)備領(ling)(ling)域(yu)(yu)有高(gao)(gao)(gao)動態寬頻(pin)帶(dai)五軸飛(fei)行仿真轉臺(tai)(tai)、重型H型鋼(gang)精(jing)軋機組(zu)(zu)、氫(qing)燃料電(dian)池發動機、特(te)種型鋼(gang)萬能軋機等(deng)。
下(xia)一(yi)步,國資委將(jiang)建立促進科技創(chuang)新(xin)成果(guo)(guo)應用(yong)推(tui)廣(guang)相關工作機制,組織(zhi)開展各(ge)類成果(guo)(guo)推(tui)介活動(dong),促進供需深(shen)度對(dui)接,推(tui)動(dong)科技創(chuang)新(xin)成果(guo)(guo)在中央企(qi)業及產業鏈(lian)上下(xia)游廣(guang)泛應用(yong),加快(kuai)迭代更(geng)新(xin),不斷提升(sheng)技術產品可靠(kao)性和市場(chang)競爭(zheng)力(li),努力(li)在我國科技自立自強中更(geng)好發揮國資央企(qi)的戰略支撐作用(yong)。
