反(fan)(fan)應(ying)(ying)性(xing)(xing)是(shi)(shi)描(miao)述反(fan)(fan)應(ying)(ying)堆(dui)偏離臨界程(cheng)度的(de)(de)重(zhong)要動態參(can)數,針對核(he)電(dian)站開發(fa)的(de)(de)反(fan)(fan)應(ying)(ying)性(xing)(xing)測量和動態刻棒裝(zhuang)置(zhi)是(shi)(shi)反(fan)(fan)應(ying)(ying)堆(dui)零功(gong)率實(shi)驗(yan)階段的(de)(de)重(zhong)要測試裝(zhuang)置(zhi), 在核(he)電(dian)站裝(zhuang)料、倒(dao)換料和運行期間,有效監測反(fan)(fan)應(ying)(ying)性(xing)(xing)的(de)(de)變(bian)化。該裝(zhuang)置(zhi)可(ke)在每次堆(dui)芯(xin)裝(zhuang)載發(fa)生變(bian)化時(shi),及時(shi)準確地給出反(fan)(fan)應(ying)(ying)性(xing)(xing),同時(shi)結合控(kong)制(zhi)棒的(de)(de)位置(zhi)數據,通過控(kong)制(zhi)棒的(de)(de)提升或下降,完成對控(kong)制(zhi)棒價值的(de)(de)刻度,大大縮短核(he)電(dian)站的(de)(de)啟動和調(diao)試時(shi)間,是(shi)(shi)核(he)電(dian)站安全性(xing)(xing)、可(ke)靠性(xing)(xing)、經濟性(xing)(xing)的(de)(de)重(zhong)要保(bao)障。目前,全球廣泛(fan)應(ying)(ying)用(yong)的(de)(de)反(fan)(fan)應(ying)(ying)儀多為(wei)國外公司生產,供貨(huo)不可(ke)控(kong)且價格(ge)昂(ang)貴。
為打破國(guo)外壟斷,中廣核(he)集團積(ji)極組(zu)織研(yan)發(fa)力量,針對(dui)核(he)電站的反(fan)應性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)儀(yi)與(yu)(yu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)態(tai)(tai)刻(ke)棒(bang)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)開展(zhan)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)攻關(guan),并(bing)在中國(guo)工程物(wu)(wu)理(li)研(yan)究(jiu)院、中國(guo)原(yuan)子能研(yan)究(jiu)院等(deng)單位試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)堆上進(jin)(jin)行了多(duo)次專項試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan),對(dui)軟硬件進(jin)(jin)行大量修(xiu)改與(yu)(yu)優(you)化,最終成功研(yan)發(fa)出反(fan)應性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)儀(yi)與(yu)(yu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)態(tai)(tai)刻(ke)棒(bang)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu),并(bing)應用于核(he)電站。項目涵蓋了多(duo)項核(he)心技(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)成果(guo)和創新點,涉(she)及小型化結構設計、便(bian)捷安(an)全(quan)通信、小電流采集、動(dong)(dong)(dong)態(tai)(tai)刻(ke)棒(bang)算法等(deng)多(duo)項學科領(ling)域。同(tong)(tong)時還建立了適應核(he)電站數字化儀(yi)控系(xi)統(tong)集成的實施規范和項目管理(li)體系(xi),促進(jin)(jin)了自(zi)主技(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)的發(fa)展(zhan)和創新,有效加快核(he)電儀(yi)控產(chan)業(ye)鏈的自(zi)主化、國(guo)產(chan)化進(jin)(jin)程。目前,該技(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)已在陽江核(he)電站3號機(ji)(ji)組(zu)的首(shou)循環啟動(dong)(dong)(dong)物(wu)(wu)理(li)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)上圓滿(man)完成了對(dui)比試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)項目,經檢驗(yan)(yan),無(wu)論是(shi)傳統(tong)的啟動(dong)(dong)(dong)物(wu)(wu)理(li)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan),還是(shi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)態(tai)(tai)刻(ke)棒(bang)物(wu)(wu)理(li)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan),反(fan)應性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)儀(yi)各項技(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)指(zhi)標(biao)均(jun)完全(quan)滿(man)足驗(yan)(yan)收準則要求,同(tong)(tong)時可靠性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)、噪音抑制方法、設備(bei)便(bian)攜性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)、人機(ji)(ji)接口優(you)化、自(zi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)數據處(chu)理(li)等(deng)方面有鮮明優(you)勢(shi)。

該成(cheng)果打(da)破了(le)國外(wai)同(tong)類產(chan)(chan)品(pin)的壟斷,提升(sheng)了(le)我(wo)國在核電站(zhan)儀控(kong)領(ling)域的自主化及(ji)國產(chan)(chan)化能(neng)力。成(cheng)果可廣(guang)泛應用于(yu)國內外(wai)研究堆(dui)和核電站(zhan),為(wei)實現機組性能(neng)提升(sheng)的目標(biao)夯實了(le)基礎(chu),同(tong)時將大幅節省核電站(zhan)保護系(xi)統造價(jia)及(ji)采購成(cheng)本。
