隨著(zhu)生態環境問題日(ri)益(yi)突(tu)出(chu),開發風(feng)電(dian)等清(qing)潔能源(yuan)刻(ke)不容緩。由于我國海上風(feng)電(dian)場建設(she)的專用裝備(bei)基本處(chu)于空白,風(feng)電(dian)資源(yuan)開發仍主(zhu)要集(ji)中在陸地及沿海灘涂,5-45米水深區域風(feng)電(dian)開發能力尚未取得(de)有效突(tu)破。
中國遠洋海(hai)(hai)(hai)運積極組織研發力量,圍繞海(hai)(hai)(hai)上(shang)風(feng)電(dian)(dian)安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)重(zhong)大(da)(da)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)備的(de)(de)設計(ji)與制(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)開(kai)展攻(gong)關,取得技(ji)術(shu)突破。一(yi)是研發八邊形(xing)(xing)6樁(zhuang)腿(tui)和圓形(xing)(xing)4樁(zhuang)腿(tui)兩種新船(chuan)型(xing)(xing),集(ji)(ji)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)載運輸、自航自升(sheng)(sheng)、重(zhong)型(xing)(xing)起重(zhong)、動(dong)態(tai)定位(wei)(wei)、海(hai)(hai)(hai)上(shang)作(zuo)業等(deng)(deng)多種功能于(yu)一(yi)身(shen),是世界上(shang)最先進(jin)的(de)(de)海(hai)(hai)(hai)上(shang)風(feng)電(dian)(dian)安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)和運輸作(zuo)業裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)備。二是采(cai)用大(da)(da)型(xing)(xing)模塊化建(jian)造(zao)、液壓(ya)傳動(dong)控制(zhi)(zhi)、提(ti)升(sheng)(sheng)自鎖(suo)限(xian)位(wei)(wei)等(deng)(deng)綜合(he)集(ji)(ji)成(cheng)制(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)技(ji)術(shu),首(shou)次實(shi)現了(le)超(chao)大(da)(da)型(xing)(xing)海(hai)(hai)(hai)上(shang)風(feng)電(dian)(dian)安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)船(chuan)平地建(jian)造(zao),攻(gong)克(ke)了(le)海(hai)(hai)(hai)上(shang)風(feng)電(dian)(dian)專用裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)備整體建(jian)造(zao)關鍵技(ji)術(shu),比同類(lei)國際(ji)產品建(jian)造(zao)周期縮短(duan)了(le)3個月(yue)。三是首(shou)創樁(zhuang)腿(tui)變形(xing)(xing)控制(zhi)(zhi)和總(zong)成(cheng)建(jian)造(zao)技(ji)術(shu),發明(ming)了(le)一(yi)整套(tao)超(chao)厚超(chao)高強度(du)鋼焊接工藝,解決了(le)100mm厚690鋼板(ban)焊接工藝及變形(xing)(xing)控制(zhi)(zhi),設計(ji)了(le)自轉式(shi)吊柱、超(chao)大(da)(da)噸位(wei)(wei)吊梁、自鎖(suo)限(xian)位(wei)(wei)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)等(deng)(deng)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)備,實(shi)現樁(zhuang)腿(tui)一(yi)次性(xing)切割成(cheng)型(xing)(xing)并(bing)安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)到位(wei)(wei),完成(cheng)了(le)樁(zhuang)腿(tui)總(zong)成(cheng)建(jian)造(zao)。四是突破了(le)自升(sheng)(sheng)式(shi)風(feng)電(dian)(dian)安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)船(chuan)提(ti)升(sheng)(sheng)控制(zhi)(zhi)核(he)心(xin)技(ji)術(shu),獨立研發的(de)(de)液壓(ya)樁(zhuang)腿(tui)升(sheng)(sheng)降系統為每根(gen)方型(xing)(xing)殼式(shi)樁(zhuang)腿(tui)提(ti)供世界最強的(de)(de)7500KN(千牛)預(yu)壓(ya)載力,可提(ti)升(sheng)(sheng)重(zhong)量達20000噸的(de)(de)船(chuan)體。
該項目獲得發明專利21項,實用新型專利2項,軟件著(zhu)作權1項,獲得省部級以(yi)上(shang)(shang)科(ke)技獎(jiang)勵6項。成果廣泛運用于機電(dian)、鋼鐵(tie)、化工(gong)、航運、海(hai)(hai)洋資源(yuan)開發等產(chan)業,推(tui)動了我國綠色能源(yuan)-海(hai)(hai)上(shang)(shang)風電(dian)場建設(she)和應用,以(yi)及海(hai)(hai)上(shang)(shang)風電(dian)產(chan)業鏈的發展,促進(jin)重型海(hai)(hai)洋吊機、海(hai)(hai)上(shang)(shang)電(dian)站、自升系統(tong)等海(hai)(hai)工(gong)裝備研發和國產(chan)化,帶(dai)動上(shang)(shang)游(you)原材料和關鍵零部件供應產(chan)業技術進(jin)步。
