近年來,隨著(zhu)我國水電(dian)開(kai)發的(de)深入,金沙江、怒江等大(da)量水電(dian)外(wai)(wai)送工程(cheng)不可避(bi)免地將處(chu)于(yu)高(gao)海(hai)(hai)拔區域。隨著(zhu)海(hai)(hai)拔的(de)升高(gao),氣壓的(de)降低,高(gao)海(hai)(hai)拔輸(shu)變(bian)電(dian)工程(cheng)設(she)備外(wai)(wai)絕緣特性顯著(zhu)下(xia)降,輸(shu)變(bian)電(dian)工程(cheng)出現電(dian)氣閃絡故障的(de)概率大(da)大(da)增加,是高(gao)海(hai)(hai)拔輸(shu)變(bian)電(dian)工程(cheng)面臨的(de)重大(da)技術挑戰。
中國(guo)能建(jian)通過(guo)在(zai)不(bu)同(tong)(tong)海(hai)(hai)(hai)拔(ba)(ba)(ba)試(shi)驗場(chang)(chang)的(de)(de)試(shi)驗,深(shen)入(ru)開展(zhan)了(le)(le)220kV、500kV電壓等級2000-4000米海(hai)(hai)(hai)拔(ba)(ba)(ba)變(bian)(bian)電工程(cheng)、3500-5500米海(hai)(hai)(hai)拔(ba)(ba)(ba)線(xian)路工程(cheng)的(de)(de)電氣設備外絕(jue)(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)、長絕(jue)(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)子串、長空氣間(jian)(jian)隙、導(dao)線(xian)及金具電暈等研(yan)究(jiu),獲得(de)了(le)(le)多項極具適用價值(zhi)(zhi)的(de)(de)研(yan)究(jiu)成果(guo)。一是(shi)通過(guo)在(zai)不(bu)同(tong)(tong)海(hai)(hai)(hai)拔(ba)(ba)(ba)試(shi)驗場(chang)(chang)的(de)(de)高(gao)壓交(jiao)流絕(jue)(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)特性(xing)研(yan)究(jiu)和真(zhen)型(xing)(xing)試(shi)驗研(yan)究(jiu),首次提(ti)(ti)(ti)出(chu)了(le)(le)引入(ru)參變(bian)(bian)量m的(de)(de)交(jiao)流絕(jue)(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)海(hai)(hai)(hai)拔(ba)(ba)(ba)校正因數Ka及其參變(bian)(bian)量m的(de)(de)取(qu)(qu)值(zhi)(zhi)算(suan)法,為高(gao)海(hai)(hai)(hai)拔(ba)(ba)(ba)地區(qu)變(bian)(bian)電站(zhan)相地操作沖擊外絕(jue)(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)設計提(ti)(ti)(ti)供了(le)(le)理論依據(ju)。二是(shi)通過(guo)在(zai)不(bu)同(tong)(tong)海(hai)(hai)(hai)拔(ba)(ba)(ba)試(shi)驗場(chang)(chang)的(de)(de)高(gao)壓交(jiao)流絕(jue)(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)特性(xing)研(yan)究(jiu)和真(zhen)型(xing)(xing)試(shi)驗研(yan)究(jiu),提(ti)(ti)(ti)出(chu)了(le)(le)2000-4000米地區(qu)不(bu)同(tong)(tong)外形支柱絕(jue)(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)子、鹽密條(tiao)件下閃(shan)絡電壓修(xiu)正公式(shi)修(xiu)正指數n的(de)(de)取(qu)(qu)值(zhi)(zhi)。三(san)是(shi)在(zai)不(bu)同(tong)(tong)海(hai)(hai)(hai)拔(ba)(ba)(ba)試(shi)驗場(chang)(chang)針對(dui)典型(xing)(xing)鹽密下不(bu)同(tong)(tong)類型(xing)(xing)絕(jue)(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)子串進行(xing)覆冰高(gao)壓交(jiao)流耐壓真(zhen)型(xing)(xing)試(shi)驗,揭示了(le)(le)海(hai)(hai)(hai)拔(ba)(ba)(ba)3500-5000米地區(qu)500kV線(xian)路長串絕(jue)(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)子覆冰閃(shan)絡特性(xing),并提(ti)(ti)(ti)出(chu)了(le)(le)覆冰耐壓修(xiu)正系數和絕(jue)(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)子選型(xing)(xing)指導(dao)意見。四(si)是(shi)提(ti)(ti)(ti)出(chu)了(le)(le)不(bu)同(tong)(tong)間(jian)(jian)隙尺寸的(de)(de)高(gao)海(hai)(hai)(hai)拔(ba)(ba)(ba)修(xiu)正系數取(qu)(qu)值(zhi)(zhi)范圍,500kV線(xian)路塔頭空氣間(jian)(jian)隙放電電壓海(hai)(hai)(hai)拔(ba)(ba)(ba)修(xiu)正方(fang)法和間(jian)(jian)隙取(qu)(qu)值(zhi)(zhi)。
該科技(ji)成(cheng)果(guo)填補了國(guo)內外高海拔(ba)輸(shu)(shu)變電工(gong)(gong)程外絕緣特性研究(jiu)的(de)空白,獲(huo)得19項專利,并獲(huo)得2015年度四川(chuan)省科學技(ji)術進(jin)步獎(jiang)一等(deng)獎(jiang)。四川(chuan)省科技(ji)廳(ting)組織的(de)鑒定專家組認為,該成(cheng)果(guo)成(cheng)功解(jie)決了高海拔(ba)地(di)區(qu)交流高壓輸(shu)(shu)變電工(gong)(gong)程設計中(zhong)的(de)一系(xi)列關(guan)鍵技(ji)術難題(ti),取得了系(xi)列工(gong)(gong)程化(hua)的(de)研究(jiu)成(cheng)果(guo),整體達到國(guo)際先進(jin)水平,其中(zhong)部分技(ji)術成(cheng)果(guo)達到國(guo)際領(ling)先水平。該研究(jiu)成(cheng)果(guo)對加快西部地(di)區(qu)資源優勢轉化(hua)為經(jing)濟優勢、推動西部地(di)區(qu)跨越發展和長治久安(an)具有重要意義。
