近年來(lai),隨著(zhu)我國(guo)水電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)開發的(de)(de)深入,金沙江、怒江等大量水電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)外(wai)送(song)工程(cheng)不可避免(mian)地將處于(yu)高海(hai)(hai)拔(ba)區域。隨著(zhu)海(hai)(hai)拔(ba)的(de)(de)升高,氣壓的(de)(de)降低,高海(hai)(hai)拔(ba)輸變(bian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)工程(cheng)設備外(wai)絕(jue)緣特性顯著(zhu)下降,輸變(bian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)工程(cheng)出現電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)氣閃絡故障的(de)(de)概率(lv)大大增加,是高海(hai)(hai)拔(ba)輸變(bian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)工程(cheng)面臨的(de)(de)重大技術挑戰。
中國能建(jian)通(tong)(tong)(tong)過(guo)在不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)同海(hai)(hai)(hai)拔(ba)(ba)(ba)試驗(yan)場(chang)的(de)試驗(yan),深入(ru)開展了(le)220kV、500kV電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)等(deng)級2000-4000米(mi)海(hai)(hai)(hai)拔(ba)(ba)(ba)變(bian)電(dian)(dian)工程(cheng)、3500-5500米(mi)海(hai)(hai)(hai)拔(ba)(ba)(ba)線(xian)路工程(cheng)的(de)電(dian)(dian)氣設(she)備外(wai)絕(jue)(jue)(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)、長絕(jue)(jue)(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)子(zi)串(chuan)、長空氣間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)、導(dao)線(xian)及金(jin)具電(dian)(dian)暈等(deng)研究(jiu)(jiu),獲得(de)了(le)多項極具適(shi)用價值的(de)研究(jiu)(jiu)成果。一是(shi)(shi)通(tong)(tong)(tong)過(guo)在不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)同海(hai)(hai)(hai)拔(ba)(ba)(ba)試驗(yan)場(chang)的(de)高壓(ya)(ya)交(jiao)流絕(jue)(jue)(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)特(te)性研究(jiu)(jiu)和(he)(he)(he)真(zhen)型(xing)試驗(yan)研究(jiu)(jiu),首(shou)次(ci)提(ti)出了(le)引入(ru)參(can)變(bian)量(liang)m的(de)交(jiao)流絕(jue)(jue)(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)海(hai)(hai)(hai)拔(ba)(ba)(ba)校正(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)因數Ka及其參(can)變(bian)量(liang)m的(de)取值算(suan)法,為高海(hai)(hai)(hai)拔(ba)(ba)(ba)地(di)(di)區(qu)變(bian)電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)相地(di)(di)操作沖擊外(wai)絕(jue)(jue)(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)設(she)計提(ti)供(gong)了(le)理論依據。二(er)是(shi)(shi)通(tong)(tong)(tong)過(guo)在不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)同海(hai)(hai)(hai)拔(ba)(ba)(ba)試驗(yan)場(chang)的(de)高壓(ya)(ya)交(jiao)流絕(jue)(jue)(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)特(te)性研究(jiu)(jiu)和(he)(he)(he)真(zhen)型(xing)試驗(yan)研究(jiu)(jiu),提(ti)出了(le)2000-4000米(mi)地(di)(di)區(qu)不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)同外(wai)形支柱絕(jue)(jue)(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)子(zi)、鹽(yan)(yan)密(mi)條件下閃絡電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)修(xiu)正(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)公式修(xiu)正(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)指數n的(de)取值。三是(shi)(shi)在不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)同海(hai)(hai)(hai)拔(ba)(ba)(ba)試驗(yan)場(chang)針(zhen)對(dui)典型(xing)鹽(yan)(yan)密(mi)下不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)同類(lei)型(xing)絕(jue)(jue)(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)子(zi)串(chuan)進行覆(fu)冰(bing)高壓(ya)(ya)交(jiao)流耐壓(ya)(ya)真(zhen)型(xing)試驗(yan),揭示了(le)海(hai)(hai)(hai)拔(ba)(ba)(ba)3500-5000米(mi)地(di)(di)區(qu)500kV線(xian)路長串(chuan)絕(jue)(jue)(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)子(zi)覆(fu)冰(bing)閃絡特(te)性,并提(ti)出了(le)覆(fu)冰(bing)耐壓(ya)(ya)修(xiu)正(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)系(xi)數和(he)(he)(he)絕(jue)(jue)(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)子(zi)選型(xing)指導(dao)意見。四是(shi)(shi)提(ti)出了(le)不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)同間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)尺寸的(de)高海(hai)(hai)(hai)拔(ba)(ba)(ba)修(xiu)正(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)系(xi)數取值范圍,500kV線(xian)路塔頭空氣間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)放電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)海(hai)(hai)(hai)拔(ba)(ba)(ba)修(xiu)正(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)方(fang)法和(he)(he)(he)間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)取值。
該科技成(cheng)果填補了(le)國內外高海拔輸變電工(gong)程外絕緣特性研究的(de)空白,獲得19項(xiang)專利,并(bing)獲得2015年度四(si)川省科學技術(shu)進(jin)步獎一等獎。四(si)川省科技廳組織的(de)鑒定(ding)專家組認(ren)為(wei),該成(cheng)果成(cheng)功解決(jue)了(le)高海拔地(di)(di)區交流(liu)高壓輸變電工(gong)程設計中的(de)一系列(lie)關鍵技術(shu)難題(ti),取(qu)得了(le)系列(lie)工(gong)程化的(de)研究成(cheng)果,整體達(da)到國際(ji)先進(jin)水平(ping),其中部分技術(shu)成(cheng)果達(da)到國際(ji)領(ling)先水平(ping)。該研究成(cheng)果對(dui)加快西部地(di)(di)區資源優勢轉化為(wei)經濟優勢、推動西部地(di)(di)區跨越(yue)發展和(he)長(chang)治久安具有(you)重要意義(yi)。
