中交集團耙吸挖泥船動力定位
與動態跟蹤系統整體達到國際先進水平

船(chuan)舶動(dong)力(li)定(ding)位與動(dong)態跟蹤(zong)系統(DP/DT)是高(gao)端海(hai)洋工(gong)(gong)程船(chuan)的關鍵裝置,長期為少數國外公司所壟斷。由于(yu)缺乏自主(zhu)的DP/DT技術(shu), 我(wo)(wo)國高(gao)端挖泥船(chuan)、起重船(chuan)、海(hai)上搜救打(da)撈(lao)船(chuan)等(deng)高(gao)技術(shu)海(hai)洋工(gong)(gong)程裝備(bei),與歐美先進水平(ping)存在(zai)較大(da)差距,制約著我(wo)(wo)國向深遠海(hai)發展的步伐(fa)。

中交集團(tuan)聯(lian)合多家企(qi)業、高(gao)校,圍繞海上作業船(chuan)舶(bo)精(jing)確(que)定(ding)位控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)關鍵技(ji)術,開(kai)展技(ji)術攻關,取得重大科(ke)技(ji)成果。一是實現(xian)了(le)耙吸(xi)(xi)挖(wa)(wa)(wa)(wa)泥(ni)(ni)(ni)船(chuan)DP/DT控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)方(fang)法(fa)的(de)突破性(xing)創新(xin),發明(ming)了(le)“測(ce)量-濾波與估(gu)計(ji)-時變模型(xing)-預測(ce)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)-推力(li)分配(pei)”為主(zhu)線的(de)耙吸(xi)(xi)挖(wa)(wa)(wa)(wa)泥(ni)(ni)(ni)船(chuan)DP/DT的(de)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)性(xing)技(ji)術及設計(ji)方(fang)法(fa),建(jian)立了(le)海洋工(gong)程船(chuan)DP/DT控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)技(ji)術體系(xi)(xi)(xi)。二是發明(ming)了(le)耙吸(xi)(xi)挖(wa)(wa)(wa)(wa)泥(ni)(ni)(ni)船(chuan)DP/DT系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)自(zi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)航(hang)跡向挖(wa)(wa)(wa)(wa)泥(ni)(ni)(ni)、動(dong)(dong)(dong)態(tai)跟蹤(zong)挖(wa)(wa)(wa)(wa)泥(ni)(ni)(ni)、動(dong)(dong)(dong)態(tai)跟蹤(zong)拋泥(ni)(ni)(ni)、動(dong)(dong)(dong)力(li)定(ding)位扇形(xing)艏噴、定(ding)點往復挖(wa)(wa)(wa)(wa)泥(ni)(ni)(ni)等(deng)全自(zi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)策(ce)略與方(fang)法(fa),解決了(le)人(ren)工(gong)操(cao)船(chuan)無法(fa)保證施工(gong)作業精(jing)度和效率的(de)難(nan)題(ti),實現(xian)了(le)耙吸(xi)(xi)挖(wa)(wa)(wa)(wa)泥(ni)(ni)(ni)船(chuan)在(zai)遠海島礁、石油管溝、海底電纜等(deng)深海領域的(de)應(ying)用。三(san)是發明(ming)了(le)功率控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)和疏浚(jun)性(xing)能評(ping)估(gu)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong),研制(zhi)(zhi)出與疏浚(jun)監控(kong)(kong)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)無縫集成的(de)高(gao)能效耙吸(xi)(xi)挖(wa)(wa)(wa)(wa)泥(ni)(ni)(ni)船(chuan)DP/DT系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)和產(chan)(chan)品,實現(xian)了(le)耙吸(xi)(xi)挖(wa)(wa)(wa)(wa)泥(ni)(ni)(ni)船(chuan)航(hang)行全過程自(zi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)、疏浚(jun)產(chan)(chan)量在(zai)線優化(hua)、安全作業實時決策(ce)的(de)協同操(cao)控(kong)(kong),填(tian)補了(le)國際高(gao)端(duan)耙吸(xi)(xi)挖(wa)(wa)(wa)(wa)泥(ni)(ni)(ni)船(chuan)自(zi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)化(hua)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)空白。

該成(cheng)果(guo)(guo)授權(quan)發(fa)明(ming)專(zhuan)利7項、軟件著(zhu)作權(quan)4項,公開(kai)發(fa)明(ming)專(zhuan)利8項,主編并頒布(bu)國(guo)家標準和(he)企業(ye)(ye)標準各1項。中(zhong)國(guo)航(hang)海學會組(zu)織的(de)科技(ji)成(cheng)果(guo)(guo)鑒定(ding)專(zhuan)家組(zu)認(ren)為,該成(cheng)果(guo)(guo)打(da)破(po)了國(guo)外封鎖和(he)壟斷,整體達到國(guo)際(ji)領(ling)先(xian)水平。目前,該成(cheng)果(guo)(guo)應(ying)用于國(guo)內船舶建造(zao)(zao)廠(chang)家、疏浚公司(si)以及國(guo)家重大工程建設(she)中(zhong),提高了我國(guo)企業(ye)(ye)在(zai)島(dao)礁建設(she)等海洋(yang)工程的(de)市場競爭力,助推海洋(yang)裝備制造(zao)(zao)業(ye)(ye)跨越式(shi)發(fa)展,為海洋(yang)資源開(kai)發(fa)、遠海救助打(da)撈(lao)、國(guo)際(ji)海運通道(dao)安全保(bao)障等提供有力支撐。
