11月10日,中國(guo)(guo)施工(gong)(gong)企業管(guan)理協會公布了(le)2016-2017年度國(guo)(guo)家優質(zhi)工(gong)(gong)程獎(jiang)獲(huo)獎(jiang)工(gong)(gong)程名單,華電(dian)(dian)重工(gong)(gong)總(zong)承包建設(she)的(de)國(guo)(guo)家電(dian)(dian)投濱海北(bei)H1#100MW海上(shang)(shang)風電(dian)(dian)項(xiang)目喜獲(huo)國(guo)(guo)家優質(zhi)工(gong)(gong)程金質(zhi)獎(jiang),成為國(guo)(guo)內風電(dian)(dian)工(gong)(gong)程(陸(lu)上(shang)(shang)、海上(shang)(shang))首個獲(huo)得國(guo)(guo)家優質(zhi)工(gong)(gong)程金質(zhi)獎(jiang)項(xiang)目。
濱海(hai)(hai)(hai)(hai)北(bei)H1#100MW海(hai)(hai)(hai)(hai)上(shang)風(feng)(feng)(feng)電(dian)(dian)項目(mu)共(gong)布置(zhi)25臺風(feng)(feng)(feng)電(dian)(dian)機(ji)組,是國(guo)內首(shou)次(ci)以(yi)“四合(he)一”總(zong)承包模式建設(she)的(de)(de)(de)海(hai)(hai)(hai)(hai)上(shang)風(feng)(feng)(feng)電(dian)(dian)項。工程首(shou)創(chuang)海(hai)(hai)(hai)(hai)上(shang)風(feng)(feng)(feng)電(dian)(dian)基(ji)礎沉樁(zhuang)高(gao)精度(du)(du)實時測量(liang)技(ji)術,破(po)解了(le)單(dan)樁(zhuang)垂(chui)直(zhi)度(du)(du)控制在3‰以(yi)內的(de)(de)(de)世界(jie)性難(nan)題,平均垂(chui)直(zhi)度(du)(du)達(da)到(dao)了(le)1.88‰;首(shou)創(chuang)海(hai)(hai)(hai)(hai)上(shang)風(feng)(feng)(feng)電(dian)(dian)溜樁(zhuang)主(zhu)動預警(jing)調控技(ji)術,攻克了(le)主(zhu)動應(ying)對海(hai)(hai)(hai)(hai)上(shang)風(feng)(feng)(feng)電(dian)(dian)溜樁(zhuang)風(feng)(feng)(feng)險的(de)(de)(de)世界(jie)性難(nan)題;首(shou)創(chuang)海(hai)(hai)(hai)(hai)上(shang)風(feng)(feng)(feng)電(dian)(dian)分體(ti)安裝技(ji)術,突破(po)海(hai)(hai)(hai)(hai)上(shang)風(feng)(feng)(feng)電(dian)(dian)吊(diao)裝技(ji)術瓶頸;首(shou)創(chuang)海(hai)(hai)(hai)(hai)上(shang)風(feng)(feng)(feng)電(dian)(dian)單(dan)樁(zhuang)施工導向定位技(ji)術,解決了(le)海(hai)(hai)(hai)(hai)上(shang)風(feng)(feng)(feng)電(dian)(dian)基(ji)礎施工周期長、成本高(gao)的(de)(de)(de)難(nan)題;國(guo)內首(shou)次(ci)全部采用6米以(yi)上(shang)超大(da)直(zhi)徑單(dan)樁(zhuang)無過渡段鋼管(guan)基(ji)礎,節約用材,功(gong)效大(da)幅提(ti)升。
該項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)應用(yong)(yong)建筑(zhu)業(ye)十項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)新技術(shu)9大項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)17子項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang),應用(yong)(yong)電力建設(she)五新技術(shu)7項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)。共榮獲(huo)(huo)(huo)7大類34項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)國家級(ji)(ji)、省(sheng)部級(ji)(ji)獎項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang),獲(huo)(huo)(huo)電力行業(ye)優秀設(she)計一等獎,獲(huo)(huo)(huo)科(ke)技進步獎7項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang),獲(huo)(huo)(huo)發明專利5項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)、實用(yong)(yong)新型專利11項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang),獲(huo)(huo)(huo)QC成果獎7項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)、省(sheng)部級(ji)(ji)工法2項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang),獲(huo)(huo)(huo)軟件著(zhu)作權(quan)1項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)。該項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)自投(tou)產以來,各主要技術(shu)經(jing)濟指標優于設(she)計值(zhi),創造了(le)(le)海(hai)(hai)上風(feng)電建設(she)速度快、安全質量(liang)佳、工程造價低(di)、技術(shu)含量(liang)高的建設(she)之最(zui),為國內海(hai)(hai)上風(feng)電項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)起(qi)到了(le)(le)良好的示范作用(yong)(yong)。
