3月(yue)12日,杭黃鐵(tie)路鋪軌作業(ye)在由(you)中(zhong)國鐵(tie)建所屬中(zhong)鐵(tie)二十四局承建的傳(chuan)芳左線特大橋(qiao)落下帷幕,標志著(zhu)杭黃鐵(tie)路鋪軌全線貫通(tong),為(wei)杭黃鐵(tie)路的聯調聯試奠定了堅實(shi)的基礎。
中(zhong)國鐵建(jian)所屬中(zhong)鐵十一局(ju)、十五局(ju)、二十四局(ju)等單位(wei)參(can)建(jian)的杭黃(huang)鐵路東(dong)起浙江省(sheng)杭州(zhou)市,向西經(jing)杭州(zhou)市蕭山(shan)區、富陽(yang)區、桐廬(lu)縣(xian)(xian)、建(jian)德市、淳安(an)縣(xian)(xian),越浙皖交界(jie)的天目山(shan)山(shan)脈進入(ru)安(an)徽省(sheng),經(jing)宣城市績(ji)溪縣(xian)(xian)和黃(huang)山(shan)市歙縣(xian)(xian)、徽州(zhou)區至(zhi)黃(huang)山(shan)北(bei)(bei)(bei)站(zhan),線(xian)路全(quan)長(chang)265公(gong)(gong)里(li),設計(ji)時速250公(gong)(gong)里(li)。全(quan)線(xian)共設杭州(zhou)東(dong)、杭州(zhou)南、富陽(yang)、桐廬(lu)、建(jian)德東(dong)、淳安(an)(千島湖)、三陽(yang)、績(ji)溪北(bei)(bei)(bei)、歙縣(xian)(xian)北(bei)(bei)(bei)、黃(huang)山(shan)北(bei)(bei)(bei)站(zhan)共10個車站(zhan)。
中(zhong)鐵(tie)(tie)二十四局承建的(de)杭(hang)黃鐵(tie)(tie)路(lu)第3標段(duan)(duan)長30.7公(gong)里,工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)投資逾(yu)20億元,橋(qiao)(qiao)梁(liang)和(he)隧道占全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)標段(duan)(duan)總長的(de)98.2%,地(di)處巖溶發育(yu)地(di)段(duan)(duan),傳(chuan)芳(fang)(fang)左線特大(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)和(he)傳(chuan)芳(fang)(fang)右(you)線特大(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)均臨近(jin)運營(ying)中(zhong)的(de)滬昆高鐵(tie)(tie),最(zui)近(jin)處僅2.53米(mi),施工(gong)(gong)(gong)安(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)風險高。項(xiang)(xiang)目部(bu)從組織(zhi)(zhi)體系、工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝流程(cheng)、安(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)監(jian)控(kong)、應急保障等十大(da)方(fang)(fang)面(mian)制(zhi)定了(le)詳細的(de)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)組織(zhi)(zhi)計劃和(he)管(guan)控(kong)措(cuo)施,保證了(le)各(ge)項(xiang)(xiang)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)流程(cheng)無(wu)縫對接;采用了(le)自動化(hua)監(jian)測與第三(san)方(fang)(fang)人工(gong)(gong)(gong)監(jian)測相結合的(de)手(shou)段(duan)(duan),給滬昆高鐵(tie)(tie)安(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)運營(ying)加(jia)上(shang)了(le)“雙保險”,同時采用智能(neng)光電位(wei)(wei)移傳(chuan)感(gan)器+互聯網(wang)4G技術,對滬昆高鐵(tie)(tie)橋(qiao)(qiao)墩頂端進行實時沉降水平位(wei)(wei)移監(jian)測,確保了(le)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)安(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)。
杭黃(huang)(huang)鐵路(lu)(lu)將杭州、富春江、千島湖、黃(huang)(huang)山(shan)等名(ming)(ming)(ming)城、名(ming)(ming)(ming)江、名(ming)(ming)(ming)湖、名(ming)(ming)(ming)山(shan)國家級5A風景(jing)名(ming)(ming)(ming)勝(sheng)區(qu)緊密連接,構筑起一條世(shi)界級的黃(huang)(huang)金(jin)旅游(you)線,建(jian)成后從杭州到黃(huang)(huang)山(shan)由以(yi)前的3個(ge)多(duo)小時縮短至一個(ge)半小時,對(dui)促進(jin)沿線旅游(you)業開發,推進(jin)區(qu)域(yu)經濟(ji)協調發展,改善(shan)沿線山(shan)區(qu)人民群眾出行條件,優化和完(wan)善(shan)區(qu)域(yu)快速路(lu)(lu)網布局等具(ju)有深遠影響。
