隨著航天工程技術快速發展,航天器有效載荷不斷增加、需求功率不斷增大,迫切需要長壽命、高可靠、輕量化、小型化的新一代蓄電池。我國高軌衛星儲能電池技術落后,難以滿足型號發展需要,亟需開展相關領域技術攻關,解決核心技術受制于人問題。
中國電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)科所(suo)屬第18研(yan)究所(suo)經(jing)過多年研(yan)究,攻(gong)克了鋰(li)離子蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)應(ying)用于高軌衛星(xing)的(de)(de)系(xi)列技術(shu)(shu)難題(ti),取(qu)得多項創新成果:一是(shi)突破(po)長(chang)壽命(ming)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)設計、一致(zhi)性(xing)篩選、壽命(ming)建模(mo)與評價技術(shu)(shu),掌(zhang)握長(chang)壽命(ming)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極制(zhi)備(bei)成套工(gong)(gong)藝,大幅提升電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)使用壽命(ming),研(yan)制(zhi)的(de)(de)鋰(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)子蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)全充、全放循環(huan)壽命(ming)超過3000次(ci),完(wan)全滿足高軌衛星(xing)15年的(de)(de)壽命(ming)需要(yao)(yao)。二是(shi)針對太空環(huan)境特殊要(yao)(yao)求,發明新型(xing)絕緣(yuan)密(mi)封結構,解(jie)決(jue)薄壁殼(ke)體(ti)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)子束焊(han)接難題(ti),滿足機械振動、電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)液(ye)腐蝕、真空負壓(ya)、輻射老化和(he)(he)多相絕緣(yuan)等(deng)復雜條件下,蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)的(de)(de)穩定(ding)性(xing)和(he)(he)可靠性(xing)要(yao)(yao)求。三是(shi)創新設計3并套筒式結構,解(jie)決(jue)蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)產品(pin)機電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)熱一體(ti)化技術(shu)(shu)難題(ti),減小(xiao)了產品(pin)安裝體(ti)積、功率回路(lu)(lu)路(lu)(lu)徑(jing)和(he)(he)輸出阻(zu)抗,降低了整機溫度梯度和(he)(he)系(xi)統短(duan)路(lu)(lu)風(feng)險。四是(shi)發明自(zi)主均衡矩陣補償技術(shu)(shu),可根(gen)據單體(ti)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)與平均電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)比較關系(xi),對單體(ti)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)進行補償分流(liu),解(jie)決(jue)了因電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)自(zi)放電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)導致(zhi)的(de)(de)性(xing)能離散問題(ti),提升了蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)在軌工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)的(de)(de)自(zi)主管控水平。
項(xiang)目授權發明專利5項(xiang),發表(biao)論(lun)文10篇,獲國防(fang)科技進步一(yi)等(deng)獎1項(xiang),形成核心技術秘密2項(xiang),創造直接(jie)經濟(ji)效益(yi)3.6億元以上。項(xiang)目成果先后在北斗導航衛(wei)星、“DFH-3B”衛(wei)星平臺等(deng)應用,解決了長壽(shou)命高軌衛(wei)星用高性能儲能電池(chi)長期依(yi)賴進口的問(wen)題,為我國實(shi)現關鍵(jian)航天產(chan)品“自主可控(kong)、穩定(ding)運行(xing)”作出了重(zhong)要貢獻。
