為(wei)(wei)認(ren)真(zhen)貫徹落實習(xi)(xi)(xi)近平總(zong)書(shu)記對制(zhi)止餐(can)(can)(can)(can)飲(yin)(yin)浪(lang)費(fei)行(xing)為(wei)(wei)作出(chu)的(de)重要指(zhi)示精神,國(guo)(guo)資委相關行(xing)業(ye)協(xie)會(hui)充(chong)分(fen)發(fa)揮聯(lian)系餐(can)(can)(can)(can)飲(yin)(yin)行(xing)業(ye)、貼近餐(can)(can)(can)(can)飲(yin)(yin)企(qi)業(ye)的(de)優勢(shi),向全行(xing)業(ye)發(fa)出(chu)制(zhi)止浪(lang)費(fei)、節約(yue)用餐(can)(can)(can)(can)的(de)倡議。8月11日,世(shi)界中(zhong)(zhong)餐(can)(can)(can)(can)業(ye)聯(lian)合(he)會(hui)發(fa)出(chu)《關于“堅決制(zhi)止餐(can)(can)(can)(can)飲(yin)(yin)浪(lang)費(fei)行(xing)為(wei)(wei)切實培養節約(yue)習(xi)(xi)(xi)慣(guan),在全社會(hui)營造浪(lang)費(fei)可(ke)恥節約(yue)為(wei)(wei)榮的(de)氛圍”倡議書(shu)》。8月12日,中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)商業(ye)聯(lian)合(he)會(hui)聯(lian)合(he)中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)連鎖經營行(xing)業(ye)協(xie)會(hui)、中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)烹飪協(xie)會(hui)、中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)飯店協(xie)會(hui)以(yi)及行(xing)業(ye)內相關知名企(qi)業(ye),向各地餐(can)(can)(can)(can)飲(yin)(yin)協(xie)會(hui)、飯店協(xie)會(hui)、國(guo)(guo)家(jia)級酒家(jia)和(he)住宿餐(can)(can)(can)(can)飲(yin)(yin)企(qi)業(ye)、餐(can)(can)(can)(can)飲(yin)(yin)外賣服務(wu)企(qi)業(ye)發(fa)出(chu)《關于制(zhi)止餐(can)(can)(can)(can)飲(yin)(yin)浪(lang)費(fei)行(xing)為(wei)(wei)培養節約(yue)習(xi)(xi)(xi)慣(guan)的(de)倡議書(shu)》。
倡議(yi)書中(zhong)(zhong),各行(xing)業(ye)協會(hui)從弘揚(yang)(yang)中(zhong)(zhong)華民族(zu)傳(chuan)統美德、踐行(xing)社會(hui)主義核心價值觀的(de)高度,闡述了制(zhi)止(zhi)餐(can)(can)(can)飲(yin)浪(lang)(lang)費(fei)(fei)行(xing)為的(de)重要性(xing),號召廣大餐(can)(can)(can)飲(yin)企(qi)業(ye)積極投身到節約用餐(can)(can)(can)行(xing)動(dong)中(zhong)(zhong)去:一是(shi)加大節約用餐(can)(can)(can)宣傳(chuan)力(li)度,弘揚(yang)(yang)尊重勞動(dong)、勤儉節約的(de)傳(chuan)統美德,倡導(dao)“文明就(jiu)餐(can)(can)(can),杜絕浪(lang)(lang)費(fei)(fei)”的(de)用餐(can)(can)(can)文化,引導(dao)廣大消(xiao)費(fei)(fei)者自覺抵制(zhi)鋪張(zhang)浪(lang)(lang)費(fei)(fei)。二是(shi)創(chuang)新與節約用餐(can)(can)(can)相適(shi)(shi)應(ying)的(de)經營服務(wu)(wu)方(fang)式(shi),積極開發推(tui)(tui)廣“小份、適(shi)(shi)價”套餐(can)(can)(can),推(tui)(tui)行(xing)公筷公勺、分餐(can)(can)(can)制(zhi)、環保(bao)打包(bao)等服務(wu)(wu)方(fang)式(shi),回應(ying)社會(hui)期待。三(san)是(shi)推(tui)(tui)動(dong)綠色(se)廚房創(chuang)建(jian),切實減(jian)少食材采購、烹飪、包(bao)裝等各環節的(de)浪(lang)(lang)費(fei)(fei),規范(fan)外(wai)賣食品(pin)一次性(xing)餐(can)(can)(can)具的(de)使用。四是(shi)開發制(zhi)作適(shi)(shi)應(ying)不同人群營養(yang)需(xu)要和口(kou)味(wei)特點的(de)菜(cai)品(pin),定期更(geng)新菜(cai)單,適(shi)(shi)時調整菜(cai)式(shi),滿(man)足消(xiao)費(fei)(fei)者求(qiu)新求(qiu)變的(de)餐(can)(can)(can)飲(yin)需(xu)求(qiu)。五是(shi)推(tui)(tui)動(dong)餐(can)(can)(can)飲(yin)信息(xi)公開透(tou)明,公示菜(cai)品(pin)主輔(fu)配料、口(kou)味(wei)、份量(liang)等內容,方(fang)便消(xiao)費(fei)(fei)者選(xuan)擇(ze),避免因信息(xi)誤導(dao)造成食品(pin)浪(lang)(lang)費(fei)(fei)。倡議(yi)書的(de)發布(bu),對餐(can)(can)(can)飲(yin)行(xing)業(ye)樹立綠色(se)發展理念,營造“文明消(xiao)費(fei)(fei)、節約用餐(can)(can)(can)”的(de)氛圍將起到積極推(tui)(tui)動(dong)作用。
