中國(guo)航發(fa)(fa)商發(fa)(fa)設(she)計研(yan)(yan)發(fa)(fa)中心(xin)(xin)（以下簡稱商發(fa)(fa)研(yan)(yan)發(fa)(fa)中心(xin)(xin)）作為中國(guo)航發(fa)(fa)商發(fa)(fa)的業務中心(xin)(xin)之一，承擔航空(kong)發(fa)(fa)動機產(chan)品(pin)的工程設(she)計和關鍵技術(shu)攻關、應(ying)用基(ji)礎(chu)技術(shu)研(yan)(yan)究以及(ji)研(yan)(yan)發(fa)(fa)體系建設(she)，分析和全(quan)面響(xiang)應(ying)客(ke)(ke)戶需(xu)求，為公司和客(ke)(ke)戶創(chuang)造高價值的產(chan)品(pin)與服(fu)務。

中(zhong)國航(hang)(hang)發(fa)上海商用航(hang)(hang)空發(fa)動(dong)機(ji)制造(zao)(zao)有限責任公司（以(yi)下簡稱商發(fa)制造(zao)(zao)）作為中(zhong)國航(hang)(hang)發(fa)商發(fa)的(de)(de)全資(zi)子公司，承擔(dan)商用航(hang)(hang)空發(fa)動(dong)機(ji)產品(pin)(pin)的(de)(de)制造(zao)(zao)、試驗、測試、裝配和試車，交付滿(man)足設計要求和客戶需求的(de)(de)產品(pin)(pin)。

中國航發(fa)商發(fa)為進(jin)一步加強設計研發(fa)中心，商發(fa)制造領導班子(zi)建設，現開展商發(fa)公(gong)司高管(guan)人員全球招(zhao)聘工(gong)作，有關事項公(gong)告(gao)如(ru)下：

一、招聘職位

（一）中(zhong)國航發(fa)商發(fa)設計研發(fa)中(zhong)心副(fu)主任兼首(shou)席(xi)技術官(guan)（CTO）1名。

（二）中國(guo)航(hang)發上海商用航(hang)空發動機制造有限責任公(gong)司副(fu)總經理兼首席技(ji)術官(guan)（CTO）1名。

主要職責(ze)：

1.負責洞察商發公司戰略與客戶需求、捕捉商業(ye)機(ji)會、規劃所在業(ye)務中心(xin)（子公司）的技(ji)術發展，帶領團隊實(shi)現組織(zhi)發展的技(ji)術目(mu)標。

2.負責(ze)按照商發公司戰略和整體規(gui)劃(hua)布局，推(tui)動(dong)建設所在業(ye)務(wu)中(zhong)心（子公司）的技術體系、能力與平臺，推(tui)動(dong)技術平臺團隊(dui)與應用(yong)研發團隊(dui)之間的銜接聯動(dong)。

3.負責按照商發(fa)公司(si)戰略和(he)整體規(gui)劃布局，管理所在業(ye)務中心（子公司(si)）研(yan)發(fa)過程(cheng)，推(tui)動端(duan)(duan)到端(duan)(duan)改進業(ye)務流程(cheng)，推(tui)動業(ye)務增長。

4.負責按照商發(fa)公(gong)司(si)戰略(lve)和整體規劃布局，協(xie)助(zhu)推動(dong)所在業務中心（子公(gong)司(si)）的(de)組織與人(ren)才建設(she)(she)，協(xie)助(zhu)負責人(ren)才梯(ti)隊建設(she)(she)規劃與梯(ti)隊建設(she)(she)，協(xie)助(zhu)創建創新激勵機制，激發(fa)人(ren)員創新發(fa)展。

二、應(ying)聘者應(ying)具備的基本條(tiao)件(jian)

Associate General Director & CTO of the Center of Design, Research & Development of
Commercial Aircraft Engine Co. Ltd, Aero Engine Corporation of China (AECC CAE)

AECC Commercial Aircraft Engine Co. Ltd was founded on January, 2009, jointly by AVIC Group, Shanghai Tobacco Group, Shanghai Electric Group and Shanghai Guosheng. It is engaged in the design, research and development, manufacturing, sales, service and technical consultation of commercial aero engines.

The center of Design, Research & Development is responsible for the design, R&D of aero engines. It is also responsible for the development and maintenance of engineering design systems and critical technology programs. It also carries out applied research programs in all applicable engineering disciplines to support product development and deployment.

Ⅰ. Main responsibilities include: leading commercial aero engine technology programs, continuous advancement of R&D systems, and development of technical capabilities and talents. Specific responsibilities include:

1.Lead fundamental and cutting-edge technology programs including planning, execution and technology transfer.

2.Establish and enhance technical platform and core professional capabilities building.

3.Develop and maintain engine design tools and simulation platform.

4.Lead the demand management, coordination work (including design process, design tools, design specification, database, integration platform and etc.), coordinate the design system building plan, work plan and related management mechanism and process.

Requirements:

Ⅱ. Qualifications

Additional personal qualifications are as follows:

1.Bachelor's degree or above from an accredited institutions.

2.10+years of manufacturing experience, 5+years of chief technical and R&D officer equivalent technical leadership experience in a large engineering organization is preferred. Overseas work experience, mastering of Lean production, 6 Sigma and Integrated engineering product development and system engines, etc. is preferred.

3.Candidates under the age of 50 years are especially encouraged to apply.
