中國航(hang)發(fa)(fa)上海商用(yong)航(hang)空發(fa)(fa)動(dong)(dong)機(ji)制(zhi)造有限(xian)責任公(gong)司（以下簡稱商發(fa)(fa)制(zhi)造）作(zuo)為中國航(hang)發(fa)(fa)商發(fa)(fa)的(de)全(quan)資子公(gong)司，承擔商用(yong)航(hang)空發(fa)(fa)動(dong)(dong)機(ji)產(chan)品的(de)制(zhi)造、試(shi)驗、測(ce)試(shi)、裝(zhuang)配和試(shi)車，交付滿足(zu)設計要求和客戶(hu)需(xu)求的(de)產(chan)品。

中國(guo)航發商發為進一步加強設(she)計研發中心，商發制造(zao)領(ling)導班子建(jian)設(she)，現開展商發公司高管人員全球招聘工作，有關事項(xiang)公告如下：

一、招聘職位

（一）中國航發商(shang)發設計研發中心副主任兼首席技術(shu)官（CTO）1名。

（二）中國航(hang)發(fa)上海商用航(hang)空(kong)發(fa)動(dong)機制造有限責(ze)任公司(si)副總經理兼(jian)首席技(ji)術官（CTO）1名。

主要職責(ze)：

1.負(fu)責洞察商(shang)發(fa)公(gong)司戰略與客戶需求、捕捉(zhuo)商(shang)業機(ji)會(hui)、規劃所在(zai)業務中心（子(zi)公(gong)司）的技術(shu)(shu)發(fa)展，帶領團隊實(shi)現組織發(fa)展的技術(shu)(shu)目標(biao)。

2.負(fu)責按照商發(fa)公(gong)司戰略(lve)和整體(ti)(ti)規劃布局，推動(dong)(dong)建設所在業務中心(xin)（子(zi)公(gong)司）的技術體(ti)(ti)系、能力(li)與平(ping)臺(tai)，推動(dong)(dong)技術平(ping)臺(tai)團隊與應用(yong)研發(fa)團隊之(zhi)間的銜接聯動(dong)(dong)。

3.負責按照商發(fa)公(gong)司戰略(lve)和整體規劃布局，管理所在業務(wu)(wu)中心（子(zi)公(gong)司）研發(fa)過(guo)程(cheng)，推動(dong)(dong)端到端改進(jin)業務(wu)(wu)流程(cheng)，推動(dong)(dong)業務(wu)(wu)增長。

4.負責按照商發公司戰略(lve)和整體規劃布(bu)局，協(xie)助推(tui)動所在業務中(zhong)心(xin)（子公司）的(de)組(zu)織與人(ren)才建(jian)設(she)，協(xie)助負責人(ren)才梯隊建(jian)設(she)規劃與梯隊建(jian)設(she)，協(xie)助創(chuang)建(jian)創(chuang)新激(ji)勵機(ji)制(zhi)，激(ji)發人(ren)員創(chuang)新發展(zhan)。

二、應(ying)聘者應(ying)具(ju)備的(de)基本(ben)條件(jian)

Associate General Director & CTO of the Center of Design, Research & Development of
Commercial Aircraft Engine Co. Ltd, Aero Engine Corporation of China (AECC CAE)

AECC Commercial Aircraft Engine Co. Ltd was founded on January, 2009, jointly by AVIC Group, Shanghai Tobacco Group, Shanghai Electric Group and Shanghai Guosheng. It is engaged in the design, research and development, manufacturing, sales, service and technical consultation of commercial aero engines.

The center of Design, Research & Development is responsible for the design, R&D of aero engines. It is also responsible for the development and maintenance of engineering design systems and critical technology programs. It also carries out applied research programs in all applicable engineering disciplines to support product development and deployment.

Ⅰ. Main responsibilities include: leading commercial aero engine technology programs, continuous advancement of R&D systems, and development of technical capabilities and talents. Specific responsibilities include:

1.Lead fundamental and cutting-edge technology programs including planning, execution and technology transfer.

Ⅱ. Qualifications

Additional personal qualifications are as follows:

1.Bachelor's degree or above from an accredited institutions.

2.10+years of manufacturing experience, 5+years of chief technical and R&D officer equivalent technical leadership experience in a large engineering organization is preferred. Overseas work experience, mastering of Lean production, 6 Sigma and Integrated engineering product development and system engines, etc. is preferred.

3.Candidates under the age of 50 years are especially encouraged to apply.
