2020年(nian),安徽(hui)(hui)省(sheng)旅游(you)集團在安徽(hui)(hui)省(sheng)委(wei)、省(sheng)政府和省(sheng)國資委(wei)的堅(jian)強(qiang)領導下,堅(jian)持一手(shou)抓(zhua)疫(yi)情防(fang)控、一手(shou)抓(zhua)經(jing)營(ying)(ying)(ying)發展,經(jing)營(ying)(ying)(ying)發展呈現(xian)逐季向好、穩定恢(hui)復的良好態勢(shi)(shi)。集團公司全年(nian)累計實(shi)現(xian)營(ying)(ying)(ying)業收入超40億元(yuan),完(wan)(wan)成全年(nian)預(yu)(yu)算(suan)(suan)(suan)的113.83%,較上年(nian)同(tong)期增(zeng)(zeng)長17.24%,超額(e)完(wan)(wan)成年(nian)度(du)(du)預(yu)(yu)算(suan)(suan)(suan)序時(shi)進(jin)(jin)度(du)(du);累計實(shi)現(xian)利(li)潤總(zong)額(e)約1.4億元(yuan),完(wan)(wan)成全年(nian)預(yu)(yu)算(suan)(suan)(suan)的178.81%,較上年(nian)同(tong)期增(zeng)(zeng)長96.14%,超額(e)完(wan)(wan)成年(nian)度(du)(du)預(yu)(yu)算(suan)(suan)(suan)序時(shi)進(jin)(jin)度(du)(du),實(shi)現(xian)了營(ying)(ying)(ying)業收入和利(li)潤總(zong)額(e)雙增(zeng)(zeng)長。基本保持了穩中有進(jin)(jin)、持續改善的經(jing)營(ying)(ying)(ying)發展態勢(shi)(shi)。
千方百計降低旅游(you)主業疫情影響(xiang)。一是堅(jian)持營銷開(kai)(kai)路(lu),全(quan)(quan)(quan)力擴大增收渠道。天堂寨景(jing)(jing)區(qu)(qu)(qu)組織了(le)(le)“疫落花(hua)兒開(kai)(kai)金寨等(deng)你來”60 天免費游(you)金寨全(quan)(quan)(quan)國(guo)性免票及(ji)湖(hu)北省(sheng)(sheng)、合(he)肥(fei)市(shi)(shi)、六安市(shi)(shi)兩省(sheng)(sheng)一市(shi)(shi)區(qu)(qu)(qu)免票月活動(dong),創新舉辦華東首(shou)屆(jie)自駕車友節(jie)、首(shou)屆(jie)大別山(shan)年(nian)(nian)貨(huo)節(jie)等(deng)主題活動(dong),全(quan)(quan)(quan)年(nian)(nian)累計吸引41.63萬人(ren),并走進(jin)(jin)廣(guang)東清遠(yuan)、深(shen)圳、河南(nan)鄭州等(deng)進(jin)(jin)行旅游(you)推介,有效促進(jin)(jin)皖中(zhong)、皖北市(shi)(shi)場客流(liu)量(liang)同比提(ti)(ti)升近一倍,市(shi)(shi)場開(kai)(kai)發(fa)(fa)(fa)首(shou)次突破500公里(li)以外。二(er)是堅(jian)持與時俱(ju)進(jin)(jin),創新開(kai)(kai)發(fa)(fa)(fa)旅游(you)產(chan)品。桃花(hua)潭景(jing)(jing)區(qu)(qu)(qu)重(zhong)點(dian)開(kai)(kai)發(fa)(fa)(fa)水上10℃竹筏漂流(liu)、龍舟觀(guan)光、江岸茶舍、景(jing)(jing)區(qu)(qu)(qu)觀(guan)光車,著力探索突破門票收入為主的(de)產(chan)品格局。唐模景(jing)(jing)區(qu)(qu)(qu)利(li)用(yong)“游(you)學養(yang)十(shi)大目的(de)地”營銷資源,精心設計“古村尋寶”“戲曲學唱”“神(shen)筆馬良”等(deng)親(qin)(qin)子(zi)產(chan)品和研學課件,打造以農耕文化(hua)為主題的(de)網紅打卡(ka)、攝影采(cai)風等(deng)多(duo)款(kuan)二(er)銷產(chan)品。巢湖(hu)姥(lao)山(shan)島(dao)(dao)景(jing)(jing)區(qu)(qu)(qu)提(ti)(ti)出(chu)“生態(tai)島(dao)(dao)、零(ling)碳島(dao)(dao)、親(qin)(qin)密島(dao)(dao)”的(de)景(jing)(jing)區(qu)(qu)(qu)理(li)念(nian),榮獲“水域風光先鋒景(jing)(jing)區(qu)(qu)(qu)”稱號。三(san)是堅(jian)持管(guan)(guan)理(li)提(ti)(ti)升,確保要素企業運行平穩。天堂寨景(jing)(jing)區(qu)(qu)(qu)創建“五(wu)佳三(san)化(hua)”服(fu)(fu)務標(biao)準(zhun)化(hua)管(guan)(guan)理(li)法,成(cheng)功入選2020年(nian)(nian)“蘇浙皖贛滬(hu)先進(jin)(jin)質(zhi)量(liang)管(guan)(guan)理(li)方法100佳”,成(cheng)為2020年(nian)(nian)蘇浙皖贛滬(hu)唯一的(de)旅游(you)服(fu)(fu)務類先進(jin)(jin)質(zhi)量(liang)管(guan)(guan)理(li)方法。安徽(hui)飯店(dian)(dian)順利(li)通過(guo)省(sheng)(sheng)級(ji)服(fu)(fu)務標(biao)準(zhun)化(hua)試點(dian)單(dan)位評估驗收,成(cheng)功取得了(le)(le)阜合(he)安徽(hui)飯店(dian)(dian)、淮南(nan)建發(fa)(fa)(fa)飯店(dian)(dian)兩個四星(xing)級(ji)酒(jiu)店(dian)(dian)的(de)托(tuo)管(guan)(guan)經(jing)營權,累計實(shi)(shi)現外管(guan)(guan)收入1060.5萬元(yuan)。齊云山(shan)莊(zhuang)啟動(dong)“品牌宣傳年(nian)(nian)”,研發(fa)(fa)(fa)應季(ji)新品菜(cai)肴75道。海外旅游(you)公司(si)通過(guo)競標(biao)成(cheng)功組織了(le)(le)華夏人(ren)壽公司(si)等(deng)四個超百人(ren)的(de)國(guo)內團隊游(you),實(shi)(shi)現了(le)(le)由國(guo)際游(you)到跨省(sheng)(sheng)游(you)服(fu)(fu)務的(de)破冰轉型。友誼外汽公司(si)成(cheng)功取得安全(quan)(quan)(quan)生產(chan)標(biao)準(zhun)化(hua)二(er)級(ji)證書。
多措并舉促進(jin)(jin)旅游地產(chan)(chan)項(xiang)目發(fa)(fa)展。一是搶抓工程進(jin)(jin)度,加快項(xiang)目建(jian)設。集中精(jing)力(li)加快推進(jin)(jin)淮北(bei)隋唐(tang)運(yun)(yun)河(he)古鎮4A景區(qu)、運(yun)(yun)河(he)人(ren)家、安興(xing)正和(he)城、學(xue)府壹號、相(xiang)王(wang)(wang)廣(guang)(guang)場、淮北(bei)相(xiang)湖春(chun)曉(xiao)等既定項(xiang)目建(jian)設。二是圍繞運(yun)(yun)營難點,加速庫(ku)存去化(hua)。運(yun)(yun)河(he)大觀(guan)園順利(li)進(jin)(jin)入銷售(shou)階段,相(xiang)王(wang)(wang)廣(guang)(guang)場首次公(gong)開(kai)發(fa)(fa)售(shou),相(xiang)湖春(chun)曉(xiao)產(chan)(chan)品招商、蓄(xu)客等營銷前期準備就緒,市(shi)場營銷率先發(fa)(fa)力(li)。太陽灣老年公(gong)寓盤活(huo)“康(kang)養(yang)樓”固定資(zi)產(chan)(chan),收入效益實現新突破。三是突出融(rong)合(he)發(fa)(fa)展,拓(tuo)展項(xiang)目資(zi)源(yuan)。立足(zu)蕭(xiao)縣縣政(zheng)(zheng)府“圣泉小鎮”戰(zhan)略合(he)作(zuo)框架(jia)協(xie)議,成(cheng)立項(xiang)目開(kai)發(fa)(fa)和(he)運(yun)(yun)營機構(gou),編制了(le)概念性規劃設計方案、4A景區(qu)創建(jian)方案及景區(qu)運(yun)(yun)營方案。同時深耕(geng)淮北(bei)市(shi)場,持續推進(jin)(jin)與烈山區(qu)政(zheng)(zheng)府股(gu)權合(he)作(zuo)項(xiang)目,對(dui)岳西司空山、霍邱水門(men)塘(tang)等旅游資(zi)源(yuan)的合(he)作(zuo)開(kai)發(fa)(fa)進(jin)(jin)行了(le)調研(yan)論證和(he)洽談(tan)對(dui)接,達成(cheng)初步合(he)作(zuo)意(yi)向,努力(li)壯大旅游地產(chan)(chan)板塊的實力(li)。
多路并進助推(tui)糧(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)食(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)產(chan)業(ye)經濟(ji)發展(zhan)。一(yi)是鞏固(gu)政(zheng)(zheng)策(ce)性(xing)糧(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)食(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)收儲規模。主(zhu)動(dong)響應國家政(zheng)(zheng)策(ce)性(xing)糧(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)食(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)去庫存(cun)(cun)要求,積極(ji)爭取(qu)收購點(dian)獲準(zhun)入市(shi)(shi)收購。2020年,累計糧(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)食(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)總(zong)庫存(cun)(cun)超460萬噸,其中(zhong)政(zheng)(zheng)策(ce)性(xing)存(cun)(cun)儲糧(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)約占安(an)徽(hui)省政(zheng)(zheng)策(ce)庫存(cun)(cun)總(zong)量的(de)(de)20%,分布在(zai)安(an)徽(hui)16個地(di)(di)市(shi)(shi)150個儲存(cun)(cun)庫點(dian),在(zai)國家糧(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)食(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)“保供穩(wen)價”中(zhong)的(de)(de)作用充分彰顯。二是加(jia)大(da)糧(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)食(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)市(shi)(shi)場化貿(mao)易(yi)力度(du)。以糧(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)食(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)集團本部(bu)為引領(ling),綜合(he)打好聯(lian)購聯(lian)銷、代購代銷、委托(tuo)購銷等組合(he)拳,建(jian)立(li)覆蓋重慶、廣東、海南(nan)、浙江等地(di)(di)優(you)質企(qi)業(ye)的(de)(de)戰略合(he)作聯(lian)盟,積極(ji)開展(zhan)內外貿(mao)易(yi)。同(tong)時(shi),積極(ji)開拓國際(ji)市(shi)(shi)場,成(cheng)功取(qu)得進口肉類產(chan)品、大(da)宗農產(chan)品備(bei)案資質。2020年市(shi)(shi)場化貿(mao)易(yi)糧(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)同(tong)比增長(chang)32.3%。三是牢(lao)(lao)牢(lao)(lao)守住糧(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)食(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)“兩個安(an)全”。持續強化兩個安(an)全主(zhu)體(ti)責任體(ti)系,有序推(tui)進糧(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)油(you)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)測中(zhong)心建(jian)設,形成(cheng)“一(yi)部(bu)一(yi)中(zhong)心、共抓大(da)監(jian)管(guan)”新(xin)(xin)局(ju)面。順應政(zheng)(zheng)策(ce)性(xing)糧(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)食(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)監(jian)督檢(jian)(jian)(jian)查新(xin)(xin)變(bian)化,筑牢(lao)(lao)安(an)全生(sheng)產(chan)、安(an)全儲糧(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)新(xin)(xin)防(fang)線,打好“四(si)(si)不(bu)兩直(zhi)”檢(jian)(jian)(jian)查、庫存(cun)(cun)大(da)清查和政(zheng)(zheng)策(ce)性(xing)糧(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)食(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)風險隱患摸排兩個“回頭(tou)看”三場硬仗,“兩個安(an)全”態勢良好。四(si)(si)是糧(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)食(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)產(chan)業(ye)鏈協同(tong)發展(zhan)。加(jia)快發展(zhan)糧(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)食(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)產(chan)業(ye)經濟(ji),著力打造合(he)肥(fei)新(xin)(xin)橋、全椒華豐(feng)、宣城景豐(feng)、南(nan)陵等四(si)(si)個糧(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)食(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)產(chan)業(ye)園區建(jian)設,有效彌補產(chan)業(ye)鏈短(duan)板。全椒華豐(feng)糧(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)食(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)產(chan)業(ye)園初(chu)具規模,年產(chan)20萬噸大(da)米加(jia)工項(xiang)目于12月份正(zheng)式建(jian)成(cheng)投產(chan)。投資2500萬元實施了南(nan)陵糧(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)食(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)產(chan)業(ye)園年產(chan)8萬噸大(da)米加(jia)工、日(ri)烘干300噸潮糧(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)食(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)項(xiang)目,設立(li)省糧(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)食(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)集團檢(jian)(jian)(jian)測中(zhong)心,打造具備(bei)第三方檢(jian)(jian)(jian)測能力、獨立(li)開展(zhan)社會化服(fu)務(wu)的(de)(de)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)測機構,促(cu)進創新(xin)(xin)能力和業(ye)務(wu)直(zhi)管(guan)能力更加(jia)突出(chu),市(shi)(shi)場化水(shui)平得到強化。
