2021年1月,廣(guang)西國(guo)資(zi)(zi)國(guo)企以推(tui)動高質量發展為主(zhu)題,以深(shen)化(hua)供(gong)給側結構性改革(ge)(ge)為主(zhu)線,以“起步(bu)就(jiu)要(yao)提速、開局就(jiu)要(yao)爭先(xian)”的(de)奮(fen)斗姿態,扎實推(tui)進國(guo)企改革(ge)(ge)三年行動,推(tui)動國(guo)資(zi)(zi)國(guo)企各項改革(ge)(ge)全(quan)面提速,奮(fen)戰(zhan)一(yi)(yi)季度,加力開新(xin)局,做到生產經(jing)營(ying)調(diao)度“緊(jin)在(zai)前(qian)、快(kuai)在(zai)前(qian)、干在(zai)前(qian)”,經(jing)濟效(xiao)益(yi)增(zeng)長突出,主(zhu)要(yao)經(jing)濟指(zhi)標表(biao)現為“五增(zeng)一(yi)(yi)降(jiang)”,廣(guang)西國(guo)資(zi)(zi)國(guo)企邁好新(xin)年第一(yi)(yi)步(bu),深(shen)化(hua)改革(ge)(ge)發展見(jian)到新(xin)氣象。
經濟效益大幅增長
1月(yue)(yue),廣(guang)西國(guo)資委系統國(guo)有企業(ye)實現營(ying)業(ye)收入650.11億(yi)(yi)(yi)元(yuan),同(tong)(tong)(tong)比(bi)(bi)(bi)(bi)增(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)(chang)63.96%,利(li)潤總(zong)額(e)(e)25.11億(yi)(yi)(yi)元(yuan),同(tong)(tong)(tong)比(bi)(bi)(bi)(bi)增(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)(chang)330.84%,勞動(dong)生(sheng)(sheng)產總(zong)值93.65億(yi)(yi)(yi)元(yuan),同(tong)(tong)(tong)比(bi)(bi)(bi)(bi)增(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)(chang)23.74%,已交稅費42.49億(yi)(yi)(yi)元(yuan),同(tong)(tong)(tong)比(bi)(bi)(bi)(bi)增(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)(chang)47.88%。主要取決于以下(xia)幾個方面:一(yi)是(shi)制造業(ye)增(zeng)(zeng)產增(zeng)(zeng)效。柳鋼集(ji)團(tuan)(tuan)開足馬力加快生(sheng)(sheng)產,鐵(tie)(tie)、鋼、鋼材、自發電均超(chao)額(e)(e)完成(cheng)月(yue)(yue)度生(sheng)(sheng)產計劃,實現利(li)潤8.52億(yi)(yi)(yi)元(yuan),同(tong)(tong)(tong)比(bi)(bi)(bi)(bi)增(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)(chang)4.57倍;柳工集(ji)團(tuan)(tuan)完成(cheng)裝載(zai)機3,188臺的(de)目標產量,創下(xia)近(jin)10年同(tong)(tong)(tong)期新(xin)高,實現利(li)潤1.10億(yi)(yi)(yi)元(yuan),同(tong)(tong)(tong)比(bi)(bi)(bi)(bi)增(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)(chang)6.16倍。二是(shi)拓(tuo)展市(shi)場增(zeng)(zeng)效。玉柴集(ji)團(tuan)(tuan)發動(dong)機銷(xiao)售訂(ding)單累計達到(dao)8.2萬臺,同(tong)(tong)(tong)比(bi)(bi)(bi)(bi)增(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)(chang)114.4%,創造單月(yue)(yue)訂(ding)單量歷史新(xin)高;宏桂集(ji)團(tuan)(tuan)所屬汽(qi)車(che)修理(li)廠(chang)簽訂(ding)合同(tong)(tong)(tong)總(zong)金(jin)額(e)(e)3.02億(yi)(yi)(yi)元(yuan),同(tong)(tong)(tong)比(bi)(bi)(bi)(bi)增(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)(chang)了3.2倍,集(ji)團(tuan)(tuan)利(li)潤同(tong)(tong)(tong)比(bi)(bi)(bi)(bi)增(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)(chang)89.05%。三是(shi)西部陸海(hai)新(xin)通道效益明顯。港務集(ji)團(tuan)(tuan)的(de)北(bei)部灣(wan)港完成(cheng)貨物吞吐量2,199.22萬噸,同(tong)(tong)(tong)比(bi)(bi)(bi)(bi)增(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)(chang)12.27%,其(qi)中,集(ji)裝箱吞吐量46.82萬標箱,同(tong)(tong)(tong)比(bi)(bi)(bi)(bi)增(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)(chang)37.59%。四川遂寧、湖南懷化到(dao)北(bei)部灣(wan)港的(de)鐵(tie)(tie)海(hai)聯(lian)運班列(lie)(lie)相繼首發,1月(yue)(yue)新(xin)通道累計到(dao)發班列(lie)(lie)456列(lie)(lie),同(tong)(tong)(tong)比(bi)(bi)(bi)(bi)增(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)(chang)128%。
固定資產投資穩步增長
廣西國(guo)(guo)(guo)資(zi)(zi)委系統國(guo)(guo)(guo)有企業(ye)固定資(zi)(zi)產投(tou)(tou)(tou)資(zi)(zi)延(yan)續上年增(zeng)長(chang)態勢,其中自(zi)治區國(guo)(guo)(guo)資(zi)(zi)委監管的國(guo)(guo)(guo)有企業(ye)固定資(zi)(zi)產投(tou)(tou)(tou)資(zi)(zi)同(tong)比增(zeng)長(chang)18.77%,項目(mu)開工率高,推動一(yi)批重(zhong)點(dian)項目(mu)建設取得(de)積極進展。如(ru):交投(tou)(tou)(tou)集團(tuan)(tuan)在建高速公路(lu)(lu)、鐵路(lu)(lu)項目(mu)提倡管理人(ren)員(yuan)、務工人(ren)員(yuan)在工作(zuo)地(di)過(guo)年, 1月底(di)在建項目(mu)開工點(dian)1,282處,完成(cheng)高速公路(lu)(lu)、鐵路(lu)(lu)投(tou)(tou)(tou)資(zi)(zi)71億元,占一(yi)季度(du)投(tou)(tou)(tou)資(zi)(zi)目(mu)標的39.4%,進度(du)為(wei)歷年同(tong)期(qi)(qi)最快;港務集團(tuan)(tuan)桂林蘇橋無水港一(yi)期(qi)(qi)工程順利(li)竣工,正式揭(jie)牌(pai)運營;廣西汽車集團(tuan)(tuan)“數字孿生(sheng)”項目(mu)落地(di)試運行;林業(ye)集團(tuan)(tuan)投(tou)(tou)(tou)資(zi)(zi)的全國(guo)(guo)(guo)首條大(da)型自(zi)動化連(lian)續平壓(ya)高端(duan)膠合板項目(mu)加快推進;北(bei)投(tou)(tou)(tou)集團(tuan)(tuan)沙尾左(zuo)江(jiang)特大(da)橋順利(li)合龍。
研發投入持續增長
廣西國(guo)資(zi)委系(xi)統(tong)國(guo)有(you)(you)企(qi)業(ye)(ye)研(yan)發費(fei)用4.75億(yi)元(yuan),同(tong)比增(zeng)長85.90%,其中自(zi)治區國(guo)資(zi)委監管的(de)國(guo)有(you)(you)企(qi)業(ye)(ye)研(yan)發費(fei)用4.73億(yi)元(yuan),同(tong)比增(zeng)長86.22%。研(yan)發投入力度大(da)的(de)企(qi)業(ye)(ye)有(you)(you)4戶(hu):柳(liu)鋼(gang)集團(tuan)(tuan)2.57億(yi)元(yuan)、北投集團(tuan)(tuan)0.92億(yi)元(yuan)、柳(liu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)集團(tuan)(tuan)0.49億(yi)元(yuan)、港(gang)(gang)務(wu)集團(tuan)(tuan)0.34億(yi)元(yuan)。部(bu)分企(qi)業(ye)(ye)研(yan)發投入產生效益明(ming)顯(xian),如(ru)柳(liu)鋼(gang)集團(tuan)(tuan)5G+智慧工(gong)(gong)(gong)廠億(yi)元(yuan)級(ji)標桿項目(mu)應用落(luo)地,實(shi)現(xian)產線降本增(zeng)效,已被納入中國(guo)鋼(gang)鐵協(xie)會5G最佳實(shi)踐案例、入選國(guo)家(jia)5G鋼(gang)鐵行(xing)業(ye)(ye)白皮書;柳(liu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)集團(tuan)(tuan)推出了(le)(le)全新一(yi)代電動(dong)裝載機856E MAX和靜液壓裝載機870HST,柳(liu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)智能制(zhi)造(zao)再上新臺(tai)階(jie);北投集團(tuan)(tuan)所(suo)屬(shu)路橋集團(tuan)(tuan)積極推進智慧高(gao)速(su)建設(she),成功(gong)實(shi)現(xian)了(le)(le)復雜工(gong)(gong)(gong)況(kuang)下的(de)設(she)備(bei)無人(ren)作(zuo)業(ye)(ye),施工(gong)(gong)(gong)軌跡精(jing)確控制(zhi)在(zai)2-3厘(li)米,提高(gao)了(le)(le)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)質(zhi)量,有(you)(you)效節(jie)省了(le)(le)作(zuo)業(ye)(ye)成本;港(gang)(gang)務(wu)集團(tuan)(tuan)北部(bu)灣港(gang)(gang)實(shi)現(xian)艙單(dan)申報、引航拖(tuo)輪、理貨作(zuo)業(ye)(ye)、貨物(wu)查(cha)驗(yan)等7類港(gang)(gang)口主要業(ye)(ye)務(wu)單(dan)證的(de)電子化(hua)和無紙化(hua),減少港(gang)(gang)口通關37個人(ren)工(gong)(gong)(gong)環節(jie)和28項紙質(zhi)單(dan)證,港(gang)(gang)口業(ye)(ye)務(wu)辦理平均節(jie)省時間超過(guo)20小時。
出口收入逆勢增長
廣西國(guo)資(zi)委(wei)系(xi)統國(guo)有企業克服疫情不利影響,出(chu)(chu)口銷(xiao)(xiao)售收入實現(xian)逆勢增(zeng)長,1月份達(da)到5.44億元,同(tong)(tong)比增(zeng)長46.50%。柳工路(lu)機整(zheng)機海外市(shi)(shi)場(chang)(chang)出(chu)(chu)口同(tong)(tong)比增(zeng)長74.40%,銷(xiao)(xiao)量再創歷史同(tong)(tong)期(qi)新高(gao);柳工叉車(che)攻下(xia)多個重(zhong)點市(shi)(shi)場(chang)(chang)、重(zhong)點客戶,拿下(xia)南美、東歐、東南亞(ya)、中東等(deng)地區大客戶訂(ding)單500多臺(tai);宏桂集(ji)團子公(gong)(gong)司五金(jin)礦產進出(chu)(chu)口公(gong)(gong)司向美國(guo)市(shi)(shi)場(chang)(chang)銷(xiao)(xiao)售2.6萬噸重(zhong)晶石礦;汽車(che)集(ji)團打響了五菱品牌2021年(nian)開拓海外市(shi)(shi)場(chang)(chang)的“頭(tou)炮”,銷(xiao)(xiao)往東南亞(ya)國(guo)家(jia)20輛(liang)定制款五菱客車(che)。
社會貢獻不斷增長
廣(guang)(guang)西(xi)(xi)國資委系統國有企(qi)業實現(xian)勞動生產(chan)總值93.65億(yi)元(yuan),同比增長(chang)23.74%,已交稅費(fei)總額42.49億(yi)元(yuan),同比增長(chang)47.88%。農(nong)信社(she)累(lei)計投放“桂惠貸(dai)”4,406筆,金(jin)額53.97億(yi)元(yuan),“桂惠貸(dai)”投放量居全(quan)區金(jin)融機構首位,直(zhi)接(jie)降低企(qi)業融資成本(ben)1.11億(yi)元(yuan);廣(guang)(guang)投集(ji)團(tuan)所屬(shu)企(qi)業廣(guang)(guang)西(xi)(xi)藥(yao)品(pin)集(ji)團(tuan)采購服(fu)務平臺上線運(yun)營(ying)1年多來,藥(yao)品(pin)采購價格平均下降41.56%,單品(pin)種最大(da)降幅為(wei)87.62%。
