2017年(nian)，福建(jian)國資委(wei)委(wei)所(suo)出資企業計劃安排(pai)投資1149.6億元，其(qi)中高(gao)速公路項目投資320億元。
截至(zhi)4月底，所出資企業(ye)累計完(wan)(wan)成(cheng)(cheng)投(tou)(tou)(tou)(tou)(tou)資297.17億(yi)元(yuan)(yuan)（完(wan)(wan)成(cheng)(cheng)計劃25.83%）， 同(tong)(tong)(tong)比(bi)(bi)(bi)(bi)增(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)27.74%。其中，高速公(gong)路完(wan)(wan)成(cheng)(cheng)投(tou)(tou)(tou)(tou)(tou)資97.74億(yi)元(yuan)(yuan)，同(tong)(tong)(tong)比(bi)(bi)(bi)(bi)增(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)5.56% ；工(gong)業(ye)完(wan)(wan)成(cheng)(cheng)投(tou)(tou)(tou)(tou)(tou)資121.9億(yi)元(yuan)(yuan)，同(tong)(tong)(tong)比(bi)(bi)(bi)(bi)增(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)110.56%；能(neng)源電力完(wan)(wan)成(cheng)(cheng)投(tou)(tou)(tou)(tou)(tou)資9.01億(yi)元(yuan)(yuan)，同(tong)(tong)(tong)比(bi)(bi)(bi)(bi)增(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)77.49%；港口碼頭完(wan)(wan)成(cheng)(cheng)投(tou)(tou)(tou)(tou)(tou)資4.46億(yi)元(yuan)(yuan)，同(tong)(tong)(tong)比(bi)(bi)(bi)(bi)增(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)84.34%；服務業(ye)完(wan)(wan)成(cheng)(cheng)投(tou)(tou)(tou)(tou)(tou)資9.96億(yi)元(yuan)(yuan),下降74.51 %；金融完(wan)(wan)成(cheng)(cheng)投(tou)(tou)(tou)(tou)(tou)資21.92億(yi)元(yuan)(yuan)，同(tong)(tong)(tong)比(bi)(bi)(bi)(bi)增(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)4.73%；鐵路完(wan)(wan)成(cheng)(cheng)投(tou)(tou)(tou)(tou)(tou)資14.74億(yi)元(yuan)(yuan)，同(tong)(tong)(tong)比(bi)(bi)(bi)(bi)增(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)391.33%；房地產完(wan)(wan)成(cheng)(cheng)投(tou)(tou)(tou)(tou)(tou)資17.45億(yi)元(yuan)(yuan)，同(tong)(tong)(tong)比(bi)(bi)(bi)(bi)增(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)49.71%。
