突出“三抓” 強化引領把方向
抓理(li)論武裝(zhuang)筑根基(ji)、謀戰略。堅持(chi)落(luo)實(shi)(shi)“第(di)一議(yi)題”制度(du)(du),用習(xi)近平總書記系列重要講話及指示批示精神武裝(zhuang)黨(dang)員干部(bu)、教育職工(gong)(gong)群(qun)眾(zhong)、指導工(gong)(gong)作實(shi)(shi)踐。深入推進黨(dang)的(de)(de)領導融入公司治理(li)實(shi)(shi)現制度(du)(du)化、規(gui)(gui)范化、程(cheng)序化,全級次(ci)企業形成(cheng)以公司章程(cheng)為基(ji)礎、以“三(san)重一大(da)”決策制度(du)(du)為重點、以各(ge)決策主體工(gong)(gong)作規(gui)(gui)則和授權制度(du)(du)為支撐的(de)(de)制度(du)(du)體系。強化黨(dang)委理(li)論學(xue)習(xi)中心組(zu)研討(tao)實(shi)(shi)效(xiao),今年以來(lai)圍繞完整準確全面貫徹(che)新發展理(li)念、“雙(shuang)碳”戰略、科技創新、安全生(sheng)產(chan)等13個專題,開展黨(dang)委理(li)論學(xue)習(xi)中心組(zu)學(xue)習(xi)10次(ci),做到學(xue)原文、悟原理(li)、深研討(tao)、出實(shi)(shi)招。開展“發揮(hui)黨(dang)建引領作用,落(luo)實(shi)(shi)‘十四五’規(gui)(gui)劃”大(da)討(tao)論活動,進一步明晰公司發展方向和目(mu)標,凝聚(ju)加快構建“一體兩(liang)翼”發展格局強大(da)合力,切實(shi)(shi)將討(tao)論成(cheng)果轉化為推動“十四五”規(gui)(gui)劃高質量落(luo)地的(de)(de)具體行動。
