近日,從中國(guo)鐵建(jian)獲悉,2023年一(yi)季度,中國(guo)鐵建(jian)新簽(qian)合同總額5396.34億(yi)元人民幣,同比增(zeng)長15.82%,市場開發經營勢頭良好(hao)。
按地區(qu)分布(bu)統計(ji),中國鐵建(jian)境內新(xin)簽合同(tong)總額5092.83億(yi)元人民幣,約占新(xin)簽合同(tong)的94.38%,同(tong)比增(zeng)長(chang)17.33%。
按(an)業(ye)務(wu)類型統計,中(zhong)(zhong)國鐵建(jian)新(xin)(xin)簽(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)合(he)(he)同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)中(zhong)(zhong),工程總(zong)承包類新(xin)(xin)簽(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)項(xiang)目924個(ge),合(he)(he)同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)總(zong)額(e)(e)(e)3976.95億(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)元(yuan)人(ren)(ren)(ren)民(min)幣,占(zhan)(zhan)新(xin)(xin)簽(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)合(he)(he)同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)總(zong)額(e)(e)(e)的(de)73.70%;投資運營類新(xin)(xin)簽(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)合(he)(he)同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)總(zong)額(e)(e)(e)434.74億(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)元(yuan)人(ren)(ren)(ren)民(min)幣,占(zhan)(zhan)新(xin)(xin)簽(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)合(he)(he)同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)總(zong)額(e)(e)(e)的(de)8.06%;綠色環保(bao)類新(xin)(xin)簽(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)合(he)(he)同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)總(zong)額(e)(e)(e)202.48億(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)元(yuan)人(ren)(ren)(ren)民(min)幣,占(zhan)(zhan)新(xin)(xin)簽(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)合(he)(he)同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)總(zong)額(e)(e)(e)的(de)3.75%;規(gui)劃設計咨詢類新(xin)(xin)簽(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)合(he)(he)同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)總(zong)額(e)(e)(e)85.42億(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)元(yuan)人(ren)(ren)(ren)民(min)幣,占(zhan)(zhan)新(xin)(xin)簽(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)合(he)(he)同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)總(zong)額(e)(e)(e)的(de)1.58%;其他業(ye)務(wu)新(xin)(xin)簽(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)合(he)(he)同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)總(zong)額(e)(e)(e)696.76億(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)元(yuan)人(ren)(ren)(ren)民(min)幣,占(zhan)(zhan)新(xin)(xin)簽(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)合(he)(he)同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)總(zong)額(e)(e)(e)的(de)12.91%。在房地產開發項(xiang)目經營中(zhong)(zhong),一季(ji)度簽(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)約銷(xiao)售面積約131.29萬平方米,同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)比增(zeng)長(chang)(chang)73.99%;簽(qian)(qian)(qian)(qian)約銷(xiao)售合(he)(he)同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)額(e)(e)(e)198.40億(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)元(yuan)人(ren)(ren)(ren)民(min)幣,同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)比增(zeng)長(chang)(chang)83.48%。
據(ju)悉,近年來,中國(guo)鐵建堅(jian)持質(zhi)(zhi)效優先,圍(wei)繞中心工作(zuo)(zuo),加(jia)快布(bu)局(ju)優化(hua)、結(jie)構(gou)調整,在(zai)發(fa)(fa)展中做到經(jing)(jing)營提質(zhi)(zhi)、生產提能(neng)、發(fa)(fa)展提效。主動(dong)融入(ru)“雙循環”格局(ju),大力(li)拓展國(guo)內國(guo)際兩個市場,加(jia)強工作(zuo)(zuo)統籌安排,對重(zhong)大項目(mu)分(fen)級分(fen)類(lei)提級管理,成立經(jing)(jing)營專班,確保項目(mu)落地(di);堅(jian)持“海(hai)外(wai)優先”不(bu)動(dong)搖,抓住“一帶一路”10周年契(qi)機,加(jia)大國(guo)際化(hua)經(jing)(jing)營力(li)度,深耕屬地(di)市場,不(bu)斷擴大海(hai)外(wai)份額;堅(jian)持量質(zhi)(zhi)并舉,保持企業經(jing)(jing)營規模穩增長的同時,有(you)側重(zhong)地(di)承攬符合自(zi)身品(pin)牌、發(fa)(fa)展定(ding)位的市場項目(mu),堅(jian)持打(da)造(zao)專項能(neng)力(li)、拳(quan)頭產品(pin),從經(jing)(jing)營源(yuan)頭上構(gou)筑品(pin)牌競爭(zheng)優勢。
今年以(yi)來,中國(guo)鐵建工(gong)程承包(bao)、綠色環保(bao)、工(gong)業制造、房地(di)產(chan)開發、物(wu)資物(wu)流(liu)、產(chan)業金(jin)融、新興產(chan)業均保(bao)持穩增長態(tai)勢。
