一季度完成營業收入350.12億元!云南建投集團實干爭先“開門紅”

  百舸爭流、千帆競發。今年以來,云南建投集團上下堅持“穩中求進、進中提質”工作主線,緊盯“五個以上”核心目標,以開局就是決戰的干勁、起步就要沖刺的拼勁大抓項目、大抓生產、大抓營收,實現首季“開門紅”。一季度云(yun)南建(jian)投集團完(wan)成營業(ye)收入350.12億(yi)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan),同(tong)(tong)比(bi)增長(chang)(chang)(chang)7.39%;完(wan)成合同(tong)(tong)額783.88億(yi)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan),同(tong)(tong)比(bi)增長(chang)(chang)(chang)5.49%;實(shi)現利潤總額10.59億(yi)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan),同(tong)(tong)比(bi)增長(chang)(chang)(chang)7.45%;資產(chan)總額達8092.21億(yi)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan),與2022年(nian)末相比(bi)增加239.87億(yi)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)。各項(xiang)經濟指標同(tong)(tong)比(bi)均實(shi)現增長(chang)(chang)(chang),呈(cheng)現穩中(zhong)有(you)進(jin)、穩中(zhong)加固、穩中(zhong)向(xiang)好的發展態勢。

  奮楫揚帆樹航標 提振信心勇爭先

  今年以來,云南建投集團全力以赴搶開局,多措并舉穩增長,樹立起“大抓項目、大抓生產、大抓營收”的鮮明導向,以“開局就是決戰、起跑就要加速”的奮進姿態,謀篇布局、大干快上。1月3日上午,云(yun)南建(jian)投集團在(zai)首個工(gong)(gong)(gong)作日(ri)(ri)召(zhao)開(kai)2023年(nian)(nian)(nian)第1次黨委(wei)(擴(kuo)大(da))會議。領(ling)導(dao)班子成(cheng)員(yuan)總結去年(nian)(nian)(nian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作成(cheng)效,匯報今年(nian)(nian)(nian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作計劃,部署全(quan)年(nian)(nian)(nian)重(zhong)(zhong)點任(ren)務,群策群力,舉旗(qi)定向,為新(xin)一(yi)(yi)年(nian)(nian)(nian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作開(kai)局(ju)起(qi)步(bu)明方向、定目標(biao)(biao)、出(chu)實招,督促(cu)引導(dao)干(gan)部職工(gong)(gong)(gong)心(xin)無旁騖謀發展、抓(zhua)落實、見實效。今年(nian)(nian)(nian)2月份(fen),云(yun)南建(jian)(jian)投(tou)集團在(zai)建(jian)(jian)項(xiang)(xiang)目全(quan)部有序復工(gong)(gong)(gong),復工(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)100%,人員(yuan)到(dao)崗(gang)率(lv)100%,復工(gong)(gong)(gong)項(xiang)(xiang)目涵(han)蓋高速公路(lu)、水(shui)利水(shui)電、房建(jian)(jian)市政、民生(sheng)保障等(deng)多個領(ling)域。永大(da)高速全(quan)線日(ri)(ri)夜(ye)兼程(cheng)、分秒(miao)必爭,正朝著今年(nian)(nian)(nian)上(shang)半年(nian)(nian)(nian)建(jian)(jian)成(cheng)通車(che)的(de)(de)目標(biao)(biao)全(quan)速邁進;瑞麗國(guo)際文(wen)體(ti)中(zhong)心(xin)項(xiang)(xiang)目全(quan)力搶回(hui)受疫情耽誤的(de)(de)時間,積(ji)極創(chuang)造條件大(da)干(gan)快上(shang),堅決確保建(jian)(jian)設任(ren)務年(nian)(nian)(nian)內收官(guan);云(yun)建(jian)(jian)綠(lv)砼(tong)在(zai)昆華國(guo)際醫院項(xiang)(xiang)目全(quan)面試點綠(lv)色新(xin)能(neng)源低(di)碳物流體(ti)系(xi),開(kai)啟(qi)新(xin)能(neng)源綠(lv)色運輸新(xin)征(zheng)程(cheng);自貿試驗(yan)區紅河片(pian)區壩灑(sa)監管區建(jian)(jian)設項(xiang)(xiang)目場坪工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)首次石(shi)方爆破成(cheng)功,項(xiang)(xiang)目全(quan)面進入(ru)大(da)干(gan)快上(shang)新(xin)階段……各個重(zhong)(zhong)大(da)項(xiang)(xiang)目錨定全(quan)年(nian)(nian)(nian)目標(biao)(biao)任(ren)務不動搖,以“一(yi)(yi)天也(ye)(ye)不耽誤、一(yi)(yi)刻也(ye)(ye)不懈怠”的(de)(de)干(gan)勁,全(quan)力沖刺(ci)首季“開(kai)門紅”。

  多點發力促經營 快馬加鞭抓項目

  2月1日至2日,云南建投集團召開一屆七次職工代表大會,科學制定全年指標任務,全面謀劃全年重點工作,明確指出要樹立緊扣目標、實干爭先,樹立“業績論英雄”的鮮明導向。職代會后,云南(nan)建(jian)投集(ji)團召(zhao)開(kai)省外市場拓(tuo)展專(zhuan)題會,進(jin)(jin)一步鞏(gong)固“經(jing)(jing)營(ying)(ying)(ying)龍頭(tou)”地位(wei)(wei),堅定(ding)“走(zou)出(chu)去”決心。一季度(du),云南(nan)建(jian)投集(ji)團各單位(wei)(wei)全面融(rong)入重大(da)發展戰略,搶(qiang)抓市場機(ji)遇(yu),經(jing)(jing)營(ying)(ying)(ying)工作逆勢上揚,多(duo)點(dian)發力亮(liang)點(dian)凸(tu)顯。傳統項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)經(jing)(jing)營(ying)(ying)(ying)額(e)299.55億元,同(tong)比增(zeng)長(chang)29.57%,其(qi)中(zhong)省內傳統項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)增(zeng)長(chang)43.23%;新疆維吾爾自治區(qu)(qu)、西南(nan)、華東(dong)區(qu)(qu)域總(zong)部正式成立,省外市場拓(tuo)展注入新動(dong)能;國(guo)外市場經(jing)(jing)營(ying)(ying)(ying)逐步恢(hui)復(fu),經(jing)(jing)營(ying)(ying)(ying)額(e)同(tong)比增(zeng)長(chang)233.28%,順利簽(qian)約首個境外礦(kuang)產(chan)類項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)——馬(ma)來西亞(ya)鋁礬土礦(kuang)項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu),老(lao)中(zhong)高速(su)第四段(duan)孟賽-磨丁(ding)口岸(an)段(duan)項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)路線(xian)方案(an)獲得老(lao)撾(zhua)總(zong)理府批準。經(jing)(jing)營(ying)(ying)(ying)帶動(dong)生產(chan),生產(chan)促進(jin)(jin)經(jing)(jing)營(ying)(ying)(ying)。云南(nan)建(jian)投集(ji)團把重點(dian)項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)建(jian)設作為主抓手,緊(jin)盯(ding)既定(ding)目(mu)(mu)標(biao)(biao)任務,加大(da)攻堅力度(du),持續刷新“進(jin)(jin)度(du)條(tiao)”。兩個援老(lao)項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)順利交(jiao)接啟用,永大(da)、彌玉(yu)、永金、賓鶴(he)、那興、鶴(he)劍蘭高速(su)沙溪支線(xian)、施勐高速(su)(施甸至姚關段(duan))以(yi)及彌瀘和(he)(he)保山(shan)壩灌(guan)區(qu)(qu)全面加快推進(jin)(jin)。西藏阿里拉果錯鹽湖鋰(li)礦(kuang)采選工程、滬滇(dian)臨港(gang)昆明(ming)科(ke)技園、昆華國(guo)際(ji)醫院、云南(nan)碳(tan)中(zhong)和(he)(he)示(shi)(shi)范產(chan)業園、曲(qu)靖晶(jing)澳三期項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)、暹(xian)粒國(guo)際(ji)機(ji)場等(deng)項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)按(an)節點(dian)目(mu)(mu)標(biao)(biao)順利推進(jin)(jin)。滇(dian)池(chi)綠道、云南(nan)省國(guo)家心血(xue)管病(bing)區(qu)(qu)域醫療中(zhong)心、國(guo)際(ji)供應鏈示(shi)(shi)范中(zhong)心、滇(dian)東(dong)北區(qu)(qu)域醫療中(zhong)心等(deng)項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)有力推進(jin)(jin),交(jiao)出(chu)了含金量(liang)十(shi)足的優異“成績單”。

  換擋調速優結構 齊抓共管筑屏障

  云南建投集團深入結合市場大環境及集團發展節奏,推動投資工作實現換擋調速、結構優化,多元開展融資工作為企業發展提供堅強保障。云南建(jian)投(tou)集團遵循“有所投、有所不投”,做到穩健投資、謹慎投資,穩步提升投資質量;繼續高位推動各大金融機構的高頻互動、交流合作,舉辦可持續發展掛鉤銀團貸款推介會,落地云南省首筆雙認證可持續發展掛鉤(ESG)銀團貸款,融資工作取得新突破。不斷優化投融資結構布局的同時,云南建投集(ji)團始(shi)終(zhong)把(ba)防風化債(zhai)和項(xiang)(xiang)目管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)作(zuo)為極端重要的(de)工(gong)作(zuo)來抓。領(ling)導班(ban)子帶頭,壓實主體責任,形成(cheng)(cheng)整(zheng)體聯動、齊抓共管(guan)(guan)的(de)工(gong)作(zuo)局面。堅持質(zhi)量安全(quan)常抓不懈,嚴格落實“四(si)保一(yi)(yi)控一(yi)(yi)樹(shu)(shu)”項(xiang)(xiang)目管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)要求,優(you)化項(xiang)(xiang)目全(quan)生命周期管(guan)(guan)控,全(quan)力打造精(jing)品工(gong)程、示(shi)范工(gong)程。中(zhong)國(guo)援(yuan)老撾(zhua)萬(wan)象(xiang)市皮瓦(wa)中(zhong)學項(xiang)(xiang)目安全(quan)管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)出(chu)色、質(zhi)量優(you)良,在萬(wan)象(xiang)市樹(shu)(shu)立了項(xiang)(xiang)目管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)新標(biao)桿,榮獲(huo)萬(wan)象(xiang)市“突出(chu)貢獻獎(jiang)(jiang)”;牛欄(lan)江—滇池補水工(gong)程榮獲(huo)中(zhong)國(guo)土木工(gong)程詹(zhan)天佑獎(jiang)(jiang),成(cheng)(cheng)為云南省首件同獲(huo)“魯班(ban)獎(jiang)(jiang)”“大禹(yu)獎(jiang)(jiang)”“國(guo)優(you)金獎(jiang)(jiang)”“詹(zhan)天佑獎(jiang)(jiang)”四(si)項(xiang)(xiang)國(guo)家級(ji)獎(jiang)(jiang)項(xiang)(xiang)的(de)水利(li)工(gong)程。

  一線調研出良方 咬定目標再向前

  自黨中央提出在(zai)全黨大(da)興調查研究之風(feng)以來,云南建投集團(tuan)領(ling)導班子全面貫(guan)徹落(luo)實黨的二十大(da)精神(shen)和(he)全國兩會(hui)精神(shen),深入(ru)(ru)貫(guan)徹落(luo)實黨中央關于大(da)興調查研究的決(jue)(jue)(jue)策(ce)部署,深入(ru)(ru)推進“兩個(ge)革命”,積極踐(jian)行(xing)“三個(ge)工作法”,采取“四不兩直”方式,主動(dong)深入(ru)(ru)老撾、柬埔寨等海外重點(dian)項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu),昆明(ming)市(shi)區、楚雄(xiong)、昭通(tong)、紅(hong)河等片區多個(ge)項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)開展(zhan)調研,現場(chang)把情(qing)況摸(mo)清(qing)(qing)、把問(wen)題找準、把對(dui)策(ce)謀實,出真招(zhao)、硬招(zhao)、實招(zhao)。根(gen)據各項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)調研情(qing)況,逐(zhu)一梳理形成問(wen)題清(qing)(qing)單、責任(ren)(ren)清(qing)(qing)單、任(ren)(ren)務清(qing)(qing)單,逐(zhu)一列出解(jie)決(jue)(jue)(jue)措施、責任(ren)(ren)單位、責任(ren)(ren)人和(he)完(wan)成時(shi)限(xian)。對(dui)短期能(neng)夠解(jie)決(jue)(jue)(jue)的,立(li)(li)行(xing)立(li)(li)改、馬上就辦(ban)。對(dui)一時(shi)難以解(jie)決(jue)(jue)(jue)、需要持續推進的,明(ming)確(que)目(mu)(mu)(mu)標,緊盯不放,一抓到(dao)底,做(zuo)到(dao)問(wen)題不解(jie)決(jue)(jue)(jue)不松(song)勁(jing)、解(jie)決(jue)(jue)(jue)不徹底不放手(shou),切實打(da)通(tong)“中梗(geng)阻”,加快推動(dong)項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)建設。
