2023年5月4日,中智集團黨委(wei)召開學習(xi)貫徹習(xi)近平新時代中國特色社會(hui)主(zhu)義(yi)思想主(zhu)題(ti)教育(yu)巡回(hui)指導組(zu)工(gong)作部署會(hui),研究部署集團主(zhu)題(ti)教育(yu)近期(qi)重點工(gong)作,對集團主(zhu)題(ti)教育(yu)巡回(hui)指導工(gong)作進(jin)行(xing)細化安排、提出具體要求。集團黨委(wei)副書記(ji)、董事、工(gong)會(hui)主(zhu)席,主(zhu)題(ti)教育(yu)領導小組(zu)副組(zu)長(chang)、辦(ban)公(gong)室主(zhu)任張(zhang)杰出席并講話。
會議傳達了國資委(wei)黨委(wei)第五巡(xun)回指(zhi)(zhi)導(dao)組(zu)的(de)工作(zuo)要求,就巡(xun)回指(zhi)(zhi)導(dao)的(de)工作(zuo)重(zhong)點和(he)具體(ti)措(cuo)施進行(xing)了解讀和(he)培訓,并在上級指(zhi)(zhi)導(dao)組(zu)列出(chu)的(de)22條重(zhong)點工作(zuo)清(qing)單基礎上,結合(he)自身實(shi)際進一步(bu)細化集團的(de)19條重(zhong)點工作(zuo)清(qing)單。
會(hui)(hui)議指出(chu)(chu),深入開(kai)展主題(ti)教育,最根本的是(shi)要把習(xi)近平總書記重(zhong)(zhong)要講話精(jing)神和重(zhong)(zhong)要指示批示精(jing)神全(quan)面系統學習(xi)好、融會(hui)(hui)貫(guan)通領會(hui)(hui)好、結合實際(ji)落實好;最關鍵的是(shi)要聚焦目標任(ren)務,突(tu)出(chu)(chu)問(wen)題(ti)導向,注重(zhong)(zhong)實際(ji)成效,推動主題(ti)教育有力有效開(kai)展。
會議(yi)強調,要(yao)(yao)確(que)保(bao)(bao)(bao)組(zu)(zu)織(zhi)(zhi)領(ling)(ling)導(dao)(dao)到(dao)(dao)(dao)位(wei)(wei)(wei),二(er)級成(cheng)員單位(wei)(wei)(wei)黨(dang)(dang)組(zu)(zu)織(zhi)(zhi)要(yao)(yao)認真(zhen)(zhen)履行主(zhu)體責(ze)(ze)任(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren),高度(du)重(zhong)(zhong)視(shi)、精(jing)(jing)心組(zu)(zu)織(zhi)(zhi)。黨(dang)(dang)組(zu)(zu)織(zhi)(zhi)書(shu)記切(qie)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)履行“第一責(ze)(ze)任(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)人”職責(ze)(ze),黨(dang)(dang)組(zu)(zu)織(zhi)(zhi)和(he)經(jing)(jing)理(li)層(ceng)主(zhu)要(yao)(yao)領(ling)(ling)導(dao)(dao)發揮表率帶頭作(zuo)(zuo)用,黨(dang)(dang)委副書(shu)記(或分(fen)管(guan)領(ling)(ling)導(dao)(dao))切(qie)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)履行直接責(ze)(ze)任(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren),領(ling)(ling)導(dao)(dao)班子(zi)(zi)成(cheng)員切(qie)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)履行“一崗雙責(ze)(ze)”。要(yao)(yao)確(que)保(bao)(bao)(bao)督促指導(dao)(dao)到(dao)(dao)(dao)位(wei)(wei)(wei),集團巡回(hui)指導(dao)(dao)組(zu)(zu)重(zhong)(zhong)點(dian)(dian)抓好(hao)二(er)級成(cheng)員單位(wei)(wei)(wei)領(ling)(ling)導(dao)(dao)班子(zi)(zi)成(cheng)員等關鍵少數,特別(bie)是(shi)(shi)黨(dang)(dang)組(zu)(zu)織(zhi)(zhi)和(he)經(jing)(jing)理(li)層(ceng)主(zhu)要(yao)(yao)領(ling)(ling)導(dao)(dao)的(de)(de)(de)主(zhu)題(ti)教育(yu)(yu)(yu);二(er)級成(cheng)員單位(wei)(wei)(wei)領(ling)(ling)導(dao)(dao)班子(zi)(zi)成(cheng)員要(yao)(yao)將理(li)論學(xue)習、專(zhuan)題(ti)研(yan)討、專(zhuan)題(ti)黨(dang)(dang)課、調查研(yan)究、檢視(shi)問題(ti)、謀劃對策、制(zhi)定措施(shi)、推(tui)(tui)動(dong)(dong)(dong)整(zheng)改一體貫(guan)通(tong)起(qi)來,統籌推(tui)(tui)進企業改革發展(zhan)和(he)黨(dang)(dang)的(de)(de)(de)建設各(ge)項(xiang)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),努力(li)(li)做到(dao)(dao)(dao)主(zhu)題(ti)教育(yu)(yu)(yu)與企業中(zhong)心任(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)務(wu)(wu)(wu)相(xiang)互促進、相(xiang)輔相(xiang)成(cheng)。要(yao)(yao)確(que)保(bao)(bao)(bao)重(zhong)(zhong)點(dian)(dian)任(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)務(wu)(wu)(wu)完成(cheng)到(dao)(dao)(dao)位(wei)(wei)(wei),理(li)論學(xue)習要(yao)(yao)突(tu)出(chu)“真(zhen)(zhen)”,重(zhong)(zhong)點(dian)(dian)看(kan)原(yuan)著(zhu)原(yuan)文是(shi)(shi)否(fou)(fou)(fou)真(zhen)(zhen)學(xue)真(zhen)(zhen)懂、聯系實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)際(ji)是(shi)(shi)否(fou)(fou)(fou)真(zhen)(zhen)信真(zhen)(zhen)用;調查研(yan)究要(yao)(yao)突(tu)出(chu)“深(shen)(shen)”,重(zhong)(zhong)點(dian)(dian)看(kan)調查課題(ti)準不準、發現(xian)問題(ti)深(shen)(shen)不深(shen)(shen)、調研(yan)成(cheng)果好(hao)不好(hao);推(tui)(tui)動(dong)(dong)(dong)發展(zhan)要(yao)(yao)突(tu)出(chu)“實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)”,重(zhong)(zhong)點(dian)(dian)看(kan)有沒有解決(jue)問題(ti)的(de)(de)(de)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)招、有沒有推(tui)(tui)動(dong)(dong)(dong)發展(zhan)的(de)(de)(de)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)績、有沒有服務(wu)(wu)(wu)基層(ceng)的(de)(de)(de)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)事;檢視(shi)整(zheng)改要(yao)(yao)突(tu)出(chu)“嚴(yan)”,重(zhong)(zhong)點(dian)(dian)看(kan)是(shi)(shi)否(fou)(fou)(fou)做到(dao)(dao)(dao)貫(guan)穿始終(zhong)、是(shi)(shi)否(fou)(fou)(fou)做到(dao)(dao)(dao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)真(zhen)(zhen)碰(peng)硬、是(shi)(shi)否(fou)(fou)(fou)做到(dao)(dao)(dao)建章(zhang)立制(zhi)。要(yao)(yao)確(que)保(bao)(bao)(bao)宣(xuan)(xuan)傳(chuan)引導(dao)(dao)到(dao)(dao)(dao)位(wei)(wei)(wei),積極宣(xuan)(xuan)傳(chuan)習近平(ping)總書(shu)記重(zhong)(zhong)要(yao)(yao)講話和(he)黨(dang)(dang)中(zhong)央(yang)決(jue)策部署,宣(xuan)(xuan)傳(chuan)主(zhu)題(ti)教育(yu)(yu)(yu)重(zhong)(zhong)大(da)(da)意(yi)(yi)義(yi)、目標任(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)務(wu)(wu)(wu)和(he)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)際(ji)成(cheng)效(xiao),把(ba)黨(dang)(dang)員干部思想統一到(dao)(dao)(dao)黨(dang)(dang)中(zhong)央(yang)精(jing)(jing)神(shen)上來,注重(zhong)(zhong)總結(jie)好(hao)經(jing)(jing)驗(yan)、好(hao)做法(fa),特別(bie)是(shi)(shi)要(yao)(yao)及時(shi)報(bao)(bao)送重(zhong)(zhong)要(yao)(yao)節點(dian)(dian)和(he)重(zhong)(zhong)大(da)(da)活動(dong)(dong)(dong)的(de)(de)(de)新聞(wen)和(he)各(ge)類宣(xuan)(xuan)傳(chuan)稿(gao)件,為(wei)(wei)主(zhu)題(ti)教育(yu)(yu)(yu)營(ying)造良好(hao)氛圍。要(yao)(yao)確(que)保(bao)(bao)(bao)作(zuo)(zuo)風(feng)(feng)轉變到(dao)(dao)(dao)位(wei)(wei)(wei),堅(jian)持(chi)(chi)以好(hao)的(de)(de)(de)作(zuo)(zuo)風(feng)(feng)開展(zhan)主(zhu)題(ti)教育(yu)(yu)(yu),切(qie)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)把(ba)反(fan)對形式主(zhu)義(yi)貫(guan)穿主(zhu)題(ti)教育(yu)(yu)(yu)各(ge)方面、各(ge)環(huan)節、全過(guo)程,嚴(yan)格執行中(zhong)央(yang)八項(xiang)規定及其實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)施(shi)細則精(jing)(jing)神(shen),防止扎堆調研(yan)、作(zuo)(zuo)秀式調研(yan),不隨意(yi)(yi)要(yao)(yao)求(qiu)基層(ceng)填報(bao)(bao)材料、不增加基層(ceng)負(fu)擔(dan),堅(jian)持(chi)(chi)兩(liang)手(shou)抓、兩(liang)促進,把(ba)推(tui)(tui)動(dong)(dong)(dong)主(zhu)題(ti)教育(yu)(yu)(yu)同(tong)企業改革發展(zhan)重(zhong)(zhong)點(dian)(dian)任(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)務(wu)(wu)(wu)深(shen)(shen)度(du)融(rong)合,切(qie)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)把(ba)黨(dang)(dang)員干部學(xue)習工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)熱情轉化為(wei)(wei)攻堅(jian)克難、干事創業的(de)(de)(de)強大(da)(da)動(dong)(dong)(dong)力(li)(li)。
集(ji)團主題(ti)教育巡回指(zhi)導組(zu)全體人(ren)員、領導小組(zu)辦公室相關人(ren)員以及各二級成員單位相關負責(ze)人(ren)參會(hui)。與會(hui)人(ren)員結合實際(ji)工(gong)作進(jin)行了交流和研討。
